The phage growth in host bacteria was inhibited by the sub-bacteriostatic dose of streptomycin (SM) added at the latent period of phage and, the earlier the adding time of SM was, the more remarkable became the inhibiting grade. The SM, however, introduced at the late latent period did not show any influence to the phage growth. The phage adsorbed to host bacteria for 10 minutes at 37°C multiplicated a little even though the bacterial growth is inhibited by SM. The higher the grade of SM resistance of host bacteria was, the lower became the grade of phage growth. The appearance of multiplication, in normal host bacteria, of the phage passed through the SM resistant-host cells was much different from that showed in SM resistant-host cells. A small dose of SM did not give any special influence to the phage growth in SM resistant-host bacteria. The character of phage was a little changed by passing through the SM resistant-host bacteria.

이웃 패턴 감응 고장을 위한 효과적인 메모리 테스트 알고리듬

Since memory technology has been developed fast, test complexity and test time have been increased simultaneously. In practice, March algorithms are used widely for detecting various faults. However, March algorithms cannot detect NPSFs(Neighborhood Pattern Sensitive Faults) which must be considered for DRAMs. This paper proposes an effective algorithm for high fault coverage by modifying the conventional March algorithms. 반도체 기술의 발달로 인하여 메모리가 고집적화 됨에 따라 테스트의 복잡도와 시간도 같이 늘어나게 되었다. 실제로 널리 쓰이는 메모리 테스트 방법인 March 알고리듬은 DRAM에서 발생되는 고장을 검출하기 위해 고안된 것이다. 그러나 DRAM의 집적도가 증가함으로 반드시 고려해야 하는 이웃 패턴 감응 고장을 기존의 March 알고리듬으로는 테스트할 수 없고 DRAM의 이웃 패턴 감응 고장을 테스트하기 위한 기존 알고리듬들은 메모리 셀의 개수를 n이라고 할 때 O(n2)의 복잡도를 갖기 때문에 테스트 시간을 많이 소요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 메모리 테스트에 많이 쓰이는 March 알고리듬을 확장하여 메모리의 이웃 패턴 감응 고장 검출율을 효과적으로 높일 수 있는 알고리듬을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the structure of the settlement and the salt field of reclaimed land in Namyang Bay. The result gained is summarized as follows; After Japanese made a salt field in Juan, Inchon in 1907, Korea modern salt field has been developed. In study area, the modern salt field was established in 1954. After then, salt fields were spread out around Namyang Bay. The average scale of a salt field is 5 hecteres. A salt field is usually divided into a strong reservoir, a pond of evaporation, and a opnd of crystallization. The land track of salt field is regular. So, it is different from a landscape of a rurul village. The period of producing salt is 8 months〔from March to October〕. The salt village is built intentionally to produce salt and to live in it. The volume of salt products and the price of salt are related to weather conditions. As a result, the feature of salt village is different that the feature of the rural village was formed spontaneously on permanent place. It is a distinctive feature that the long houses are formed both side or one side along the road. The location of these houses is in the inside of the old coatline and on ouse. The structure of house has the feature of linking house. They had two-room type at the reclaimed stage. They have three-room type at the fixing stage. The long house which mult-households live in jointly is different from the traditional Korea house. AS attached facilities, there are salterns for keeping salt and outhouses. Salterns arranged at regular intervals along the road is raised the ground. The quantity of saltern shows the scale of salt field, the volume of salt products and the population of salt worker. The greater part of population is male. Because salt products need heavy labor worker. Usually country people moves to cities for a large income. But, salt workers move from salt field horizontally. Because they don't have any other technique or lacking of capitals. This is a distinctive phenomenon as a population movement in Korea.

정신분열증 환자의 결혼 상태에 관한 고찰

The author has studied on the marital status of 130 cases of schizophrenic patient (male 67, female 63), from June to September 1980 among out-and in-patients of psychiatric department of Busan National University Hospital as well as private psychiatric clinics and psychiatric institutes located in Busan areas. Results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. Sex ratio of the patients who married after breakdown was high in the male patients (male 28.4%, female 15.9%). 2. In the male patients who married after breakdown, late marriage was seen with high proportion. 3. Most of the marriage was accomplished by arranged one in both sexes (male 85.1%, female 87.3%) 4. The martial status at the time of study showed that a. More than one half of total cases were mostly engaging in treatment only in both sexes (male 69.7%, female 52.4%). b. Divorced status was seen much more in the male patients. c. Separation or divorce under discussion was much more in the female patients. 5. Divorce was frequently performed during the period 1-2 year or 7-8 year later after breakdown in the male patients, but not in the female patients. Among the divorced cases, over one half of all were done by mutual agreement in both sexes, but forcible divorce was noticed only in the male patients. 6. Separation which was significantly more frequent in the female patients was mostly done forcibly during early period of illness.

내장된 자체 테스트 기법을 이용한 새로운 다중 클락 회로 테스트 방법론

VLSI intergrated circuits like SOC(system on chip) often require a multi-clock design style for functional or performance reasons. The problems of the clock domain transition due to clock skew and clock ordering within a test cycle may result in wrong results. This paper describes a new BIST(Built-in Self Test) architecture for multi-clock systems. In the new scheme, a clock skew is eliminated by a multi-capture. Therfore, it is possible to perform at-speed test for both clock inter-domain and clock intra-domain. SOC와 같은 VLSI 집적 회로는 기능적 이유 등으로 인해 다중 클락의 설계 기법을 필요로 한다. 테스트시 클락 오더링과 같은 문제의 효과적이지 못한 대응으로 인해 클락 도메인간의 전이에서 많은 오류들이 발생한다. 본 논문은 다중 클락 시스템에서의 새로운 자체 테스크 기법을 제시한다. 클락 스큐의 문제는 다중 캡쳐의 동작으로 제거하며, 다른 클락 도메인간 혹은 같은 클락 도메인간의 테스트 모두를 동작속도에서 가능하게 한다.

후신경구 절제술을 행한 흰쥐의 살서행위에 대한 연구 : 중추 Serotonin성 기전

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the central serotonergic trans-mission on muricidal behavior in the olfactory bulbectomized rats. Incidences of muricidal behavior and degree of aggressiveness and irritability were observed in three experimental groups of olfactory bulbectomized rats(OB group), sham operation group(control group) and a group of rats treated with p-chlorophenylalanine (300mg/kg, i.p. once daily for 3 days) which failed to show muricidal behavior within 10 days after olfactory bulbectomy (OB-PCPA group). In addition, effects of serotonergic drugs such as methiothepin(seroto-nergic autoreceptor blocker), ketanserin and methysergide(serotonergic receptor antagoni-sts) on muricidal behavior, aggressiveness, irritability were evaluated. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Muricidal behavior was seen in 36.1% of the OB group but not in any of sham ope-ration group. Whereas 86.7% of the OB-PCPA group show muricide. 2) Muricidal behavior, aggressiveness, irritability were suppressed by the administration of 5-HTP(10 or 30mg/kg, i.p.) to the rats showing muricide after olfactory bulbectomy only or olfactory bulbectomy with PCPA(OB-M group or OB-PCPA-M group). The suppression was more prominent in the OB-PCPA-M group. 3) Muricidal behavior and aggressiveness were inhibited by administration of methiothe-pin or ketanserin in the OB-M- group. Effects of methysergide was similar to that of keta-nserin but in a lesser degree. 4) Methiothepin and ketanserin did not show any effect on muricidal behavior, aggressi-veness or irritability in the OB-PCPA-M group. From these results, it is suggested that the functional withdrawal of the cetnral seroto-nergic transmission may be one important factor in the development of muricidal behavior and aggressiveness. However in addition to this inhibitory serotonergic function, other ex-citatory central neurotransmissions are proposed to be involved in the development of mu-ricidal behavior, aggressiveness and/or irritability after olfactory bulbectomy.

빅데이터와 핀테크 스타트업의 기회 및 동향

스마트폰과 태블릿 등 모바일 디바이스의 대중화로 우리 주변에는 규모를 가늠할 수 없을 정도로 많은 정보와 데이터가 생산되는 “빅데이터(Big Data)” 환경이 도래하고 있다. 최근 몇 년간의 빅데이터 기술 혁신은 공히 낙후된 금융 산업에도 많은 변화를 낳고 있다. 해외에는 미국과 영국을 중심으로 핀테크 스타트업에 대한 투자가 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 국내의 경우에는 아직 금융IT 분야에 있어 선도적인 서비스가 없어[1], 스타트업 회사들에게 많은 기회가 있다고 파악된다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터의 도래로 인한 시장 환경 변화를 살펴보고, 해외 금융 시장의 혁신을 선도하는 핀테크 스타트업 동향을 알아본다. 이를 통해, 국내에서 핀테크 스타트업이 앞으로 가질 수 있는 기회에 대하여 전망해 본다.
