낙상예방 운동 프로그램이 치매 노인의 균형, 보행과 하지 근력, 심리사회적 특성에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: This study measured the impact of a 12-week fall-prevention exercise program on balance, ambulatory ability, lower limb strength, and psychosocial characteristics in older adults diagnosed with dementia. METHODS: The participants comprised 31 older adults (9 men, 22 women) diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or vascular dementia at a long-term care hospital located in Gunsan City. A fall-prevention exercise program was provided to the experimental group, while the control group was only provided with instruction and materials related to the fall-prevention exercise program. The participants were evaluated before the intervention, 6 weeks after the intervention, and 12 weeks after the intervention on static and dynamic balance abilities (using Timed Up and Go test: TUG, Tinetti-balance scale, one-leg standing test: OLS), gait (Tinetti-balance scale, 6-minute walk test: 6MWT), lower limb strength (sit to stand test; STS), and psychosocial characteristics (Short Form 36 Health Survey-Korean version, Korean Mini-Mental State Exam). RESULTS: An independent samples t-test and repeated measures analysis of variance were used for the statistical analysis. There were statistically significant improvements after the intervention (p<.05) in dynamic balance abilities (TUG and OLS using the left foot), gait (6MWT), and lower limb strength (STS) for the experimental group, but not for the control group. No difference was seen in psychosocial characteristics. CONCLUSION: Older adults with dementia who participated in the fall-prevention exercise program showed significant improvements in their static and dynamic balance abilities, lower limb strength, and ambulatory ability after the intervention.

우리 사회는 대형 사건사고를 통하여 법제도적인 위험 대응시스템을 갖추고 있음에도 재난관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 코어시스템 이론은 시스템의 다양한 투입요소를 산출로 전환하는 과정인 전환과정을 구성하는 핵심체계에 주목하고 그 핵심체계의 요소로 가치, 제도, 리더십, 헌신, 전문성을 제시하였다. 제천의 화재사고를 사례로 코어시스템 모델을 이용해 재난관리의 문제점과 대응방안을 살펴보았다. 제천참사는 화재에 취약한 건축구조물, 형식적인 화재안전관리 및 소방시설 점검, 부족한 인력과 장비, 불법 주정차, 상황실의 컨트롤타워 기능의 부재, 구호의무의 소홀, 전문성의 결여 등의 문제점이 확인됐다. 결국 안전의식의 결여, 법과 제도의 미비, 현장 지휘관의 리더십 부족 등 여러 요인이 복합적으로 작용해 발생한 인재이다. 따라서 어느 한 요소가 아닌 코어 시스템 전반에 걸쳐 종합적이고 입체적인 접근을 통하여 문제를 해결하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 법과 제도의 개선, 인력과 장비 확충을 위한 예산 지원, 시민들의 참여를 바탕으로 한 거버넌스적 협력체제 구축 등이 필요하며, 특히 지방자치단체의 역할이 중요하다. Even though a response system has been prepared to manage risks, w hy are the risks not managed properly and major disasters repeated? We analyzed the fire disaster in Jecheon sports center using the Core System Model to see why. According to the analysis, problems such as building structure vulnerable to fire, perfunctory fire safety management and inspection of firefighting facilities, insufficient personnel and equipment, illegal parking vehicles, lax management of situations, neglect of relief duties and lack of professionalism were identified. The Jecheon fire disaster is a man-made disaster caused by a combination of factors, including a lack of safety awareness, lack of law and system, and lack of leadership by field commanders. Therefore, problems should be solved through a comprehensive, three-dimensional approach across the core system, not by one component. In particular, the role of local governments is important, such as the improvement of laws and systems, the support of budgets to expand manpower and equipment, and the establishment of a governance cooperative system based on citizens participation.
신경회로망과 GA를 이용한 SRM의 고효율운전에 관한 연구

The switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed characteristics. However, higher torque ripple are one of the few disadvantages of the SRM drives. The SRM would have to operated with an MMF waveform specified for switching angle and phase voltage.<br/> This paper proposes control modelling method using ANN (Artificial Neural Network) and GA(Genetic Algorithms) that are used to control switch-on angles and input voltage.
마이크로비트를 활용한 등속, 등가속 운동 실험 도구 개발

본 연구는 최근에 주목받는 피지컬 컴퓨터인 마이크로비트를 활용하는 등속, 등가속 운동 실험 방안을 제안하였다. 등속, 등가속 운동은 물리학에서 중요한 주제로, 중, 고등학교에서 여러 맥락과 유형 수준에서 반복적으로 제시되는 실험이다. 본 연구에서는 마이크로비트와 RC카, 초음파 센서를 이용하여 등속, 등가속 운동을 구현하고 분석하는 실험방안을 탐색했다. 그 결과 RC카의 출력을 조절하는 방식으로 등속, 등가속 운동을 구현하였다. 또 RC카에 연동된 초음파센서로 측정한 운동 데이터가 무선 전송되어 컴퓨터에 저장되고, 이것을 엑셀 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하여 등속운동, 등가속운동을 판별하고 속도와 가속도를 계산하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 등속, 등가속운동에 대한 새로운 실험방식은 수학, 정보 교과와 융합, STEAM 융합, 인공지능과 융합 등 다양한 융합 활동으로 활용될 수도 있다. This study proposed a new experiment concerning constant-velocity motion and uniformly accelerated motion by using the micro:bit, a physical computer that has recently attracted attention. Constant velocity motion and uniformly accelerated motion are important topics in physics, and are experiments that are repeatedly presented in various contexts and types in middle and high schools. In this study, we explored a new experiment to implement and analyze constant velocity motion and uniformly accelerated motion using micro:bit, RC car, and ultrasonic sensors. As a result, constant speed and constant acceleration motion were implemented by controlling the output of the RC car. In addition, the motion data measured by the ultrasonic sensor linked to the RC car was transmitted wirelessly and stored on the computer. This was analyzed using an Excel program to determine constant velocity motion and uniformly accelerated motion and calculate speed and acceleration. The new experimental method for constant velocity and uniformly accelerated motion presented in this study can be used in various convergence activities such as convergence with mathematics, or information subjects, STEAM convergence, and convergence with artificial intelligence.
