        국어 관용구의 영상도식적 은유 연구

In a cognitive linguistic approach, this paper tries to inspect how our conceptual structure links with language by examining various aspects of Image-schematic Metaphor in Korean idioms and diverse idioms derived from conceptual metaphors. A metaphor is the definition mechanism that enables us to understand certain meanings more easily as well as the formation mechanism for new idioms. Idioms in this study show that the phrases used as literal meanings can have new meanings transferred by metaphors. A metaphor based on image schema is easily found in our everyday language. There are many examples of idioms affected by the metaphor based on image schema. Korean idioms are motivated by container metaphor, movement metaphor, orientational metaphor and link metaphor among various metaphors based on image schema. This study shows that meanings of idioms still have links with literal meanings. At the same time, metaphors involved to create meanings of idioms is not dead metaphor, but is rather naturally linked with our conceptual structure.

        The Relationship between Fat Level and Quality Properties of Ground Pork Patties Cooked by Microwave Energy

        This study was carried out to elucidate the relationship between different fat levels (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%) and the quality of ground pork patties cooked to reach an internal temperature of $75^{\circ}C$ in a microwave oven. The relationship between fat level and cooking rate of pork patties cooked by microwave energy was highly significant ($R^2=0.72$), and had a low determination coefficient ($R^2=0.55$). The relationship between fat level and total cooking loss of pork patties cooked by microwave energy was also very significant, with a high correlation coefficient of $R^2=0.89$. The correlation coefficient between fat level and cooking drip loss of patties cooked by microwave energy was 0.92, which was highly significant. Although the correlation coefficient between fat level and evaporation loss had a negative value ($R^2=-0.63$), there was a highly significant relationship between fat level and shear force of pork patties cooked by microwave energy.

        해양경찰의 수사관할에 관한 연구 : 입법론적 해결방안을 중심으로

        2021년 1월 1일 개정 형사소송법 시행으로 해양경찰은 수사의 주체로서 검찰과 대등한 협력관계에서 수사에 관한 1차 종결권을 가지는 등 수사 권한이 한층 확대되었 다. 이에 따라 사법경찰 업무의 독립성 보장과 책임수사 실현을 위한 제도적 기반 마련은 필수불가결한 선결과제가 되었다. 그러나 수사권 조정과정에서 일반사법경찰권을 가진 수사기관으로서 해양경찰청 과 경찰청 간 중복수사와 관할 공백 등의 분쟁요인을 명확하게 해소하지 못했다. 검 찰과 경찰의 수사권은 형사소송법, 검찰청법 등 법률로 규정하고 있는 것과 비교할 때 국민의 권익보호와 법적 안정성의 측면에서 상당히 아쉬운 부분이다. 이와 관련 2017년 7월 26일 정부조직법 개정으로 경찰청의 해양 관련 수사 기능이 해양경찰청으로 환원되면서 양 기관의 수사관할에 대한 업무협력 양해각서를 체결한 바 있다. 이러한 양해각서는 법적 구속력이 없이 기관 상호 간의 적극적인 협조를 바탕으로 하기 때문에 어느 한 기관에서 언제든지 파기하더라도 사실상 강제할 방법 이 없다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 불완전한 상태인 해양경찰의 수사관할을 명확히 하고자 하 였다. 특히 해양범죄의 개념을 확정하기 위해 관계법령의 규정과 선행 연구를 고찰 하고, 비교법적 검토와 해양경비안전본부 시기의 경찰청 실무규정에 대한 분석을 병 행하였다. 이러한 작업을 통해 수사관할의 가장 기본적 준거인 해양범죄에 관한 구체적인 정의규정을 명문화하고, 해양경찰청과 경찰청 간에 관할 분쟁의 여지가 있는 개별적인 사례를 중심으로 세부 기준을 정하는 입법론적 방향을 제시하였다. With the enforcement of the revised Criminal Procedure Act on January 1, 2021, the Korea Coast Guard further expanded their investigation authority, including the right to first terminate the investigation in an equal partnership with the prosecutors. Accordingly, establishing an institutional basis for ensuring the independence of judicial police work and realizing responsible investigation has become an indispensable prerequisite. However, as an investigative agency with general judicial police authority in the process of adjusting the investigation authority, it was not able to clearly resolve the problems caused by overlapping investigations between the Korea Coast Guard and the National Police Agency. Compared to those stipulated by laws such as the Criminal Procedure Act and the Prosecutors' Office Act, the prosecution and police's right to investigate is quite regrettable in terms of protecting people's rights and legal stability. In this regard, on July 26, 2017, the National Police Agency's maritime investigation function was returned to the Korea Coast Guard due to the revision of the Government Organization Act, and a memorandum of understanding was signed on the investigation jurisdiction of the two agencies. Since such a memorandum of understanding is based on active cooperation between institutions without legal binding, there is virtually no way to enforce it even if it is destroyed at any time by any one agency. Therefore, in this paper, the investigative jurisdiction of the Korea Coast Guard, which is in an incomplete state, was attempted to be clarified. In particular, in order to clarify the concept of maritime crime, the provisions of related laws and prior studies were reviewed, and the comparative legal review and the National Police Agency's practical regulations at the time of the Maritime Security and Safety Headquarters were reviewed. Through this work, specific definitions of maritime crimes, the most basic criterion of investigative jurisdiction, were stipulated, and legislative directions were presented to set detailed standards based on specific cases that could be disputed between the Korea Coast Guard and the National Police Agency.

        ISO 13785-2 대체 점화원의 열적 특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, the types of ignition sources suggested by the international standard ISO 13785-2 by external wall fireevaluation methods were examined. The suitability of these sources was reviewed through a large-scale test to determinethe agreement between main and alternative fire sources. ISO 13785-2 implements external ignition of the flame by apropane burner, which is a standard ignition source, and uses liquid fuel or a wood crib as an alternative ignition sourceof the propane burner. The thermal characteristics of wood crib among alternative ignition sources were analyzed, and themaximum heat release rate of wood crib is approximately 5.11 MW which is calculated with formula. In the case of afull-scale experiment two repeated experiments were performed to ensure data reliability, and Test 1 was approximately 2.9MW and Test 2 was approximately 3 MW. The standard temperature of the calibration range is defined as the averagetemperature of the top three thermocouples (T1~T3) above 800 ℃, and the measurement results showed that Test 1 was472.4 ℃ and Test 2 was 514.9 ℃. Comparison of the value calculated using the formula derived in previous studies withthat of the experimental results, it was concluded that there was a difference between the main and alternative ignitionsources in the range of intersections suggested in the international standard. 본 연구에서는 국제표준 ISO 13785-2에서 제시하는 외벽화재평가방법에 의한 발화원의 종류를 조사하였다. 주요화재원과 대체 화재원의 일치 여부를 결정하기 위해 대규모 테스트를 통한 화재원의 적합성을 검토하였다. ISO13785-2는 표준 점화원인 프로판 버너에 의한 화염의 외부 점화를 구현하고, 프로판 버너 외에 대체 점화원으로 액체연료 또는 목재크립을 사용한다. 대체 점화원 중 목재크립에 대한 열적 특성을 분석하였고, 계산식에 의한 목재크립의 최대열방출량은 약 5.11 MW으로 나타났다. 실규모 실험의 경우 데이터 신뢰성 확보를 위해 2회 반복 실험을 진행하였으며, Test 1은 약 2.9 MW, Test 2는 약 3 MW로 나타났다. 교정범위 기준온도는 개구부 상단 3개(T1~T3) 열전대의 평균온도가 800 ℃이상으로 규정하고 있으며, 측정결과 Test 1은 472.4 ℃, Test 2은 514.9 ℃로 나타났다. 선행연구에서 도출한 공식을 이용하여 계산한 값과 실험결과를 비교하여 국제표준에서 제시하는 교차점 범위에서 주 발화원과 대체 발화원에 차이가 있는 것으로 결론지었다.
