산양 배 분할구의 체내배양에 관한 연구

In order to obtain basic informations and to develop basic techniques for the production of monozygotic twins of Korean native goats, the study of superovulation, ova recovery, bisection of embryos and in vivo culture of separated blastomeres was carried out. For the study, 19 goats were treated with FSH to induce superovulation and, as a result, 16 goats were responded. Ova or embryos were recovered from the uterus by surgical method after 4.0-7.0 days from the first mating. The mean number of corpora lutea and recovered ova were 10.1±3.3 and 5.9±2.5, respectively. 53 morula were recovered after 5.0-6.0 days from the first mating. Of these recovered morula, 48 were bisected by glass needle or razor blade and 61 available demi-embryos were obtained among them. 61 available demi-embryos were cultured in vivo and after culture for 48 hours, low rate of the demi-embryos was recovered. However, some of the recovered demi-embryos were developed to blastocyst.

지역의 사회경제적 요인과 주민건강의 관련성에 대한 다수준 분석

본 연구는 사회생태학적 관점에서 지역별 지역주민의 건강수준을 알아보고 사회경제적 요인 과의 상호관련성 및 영향요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2014년도 지역사회건강조사 원 자료와 통계청의 국가통계포털(KOSIS)에서 제공하는 다양한 지역의 경제적, 사회적 상황을 대 리하는 지표들을 선별하여 활용하였다. 그리고 개인들의 건강상태를 측정하기 위한 변인으로 서 신체적 건강은 이환여부, 정신건강은 우울감 여부, 주관적 건강상태를 종속변수로 사용하였 다. 분석방법은 독립변수들의 단위가 위계적일 때 유용한 위계적(다층)분석 모형을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 지역의 일자리, 생활경제 상태와 지역경제 수준, 보건과 재해안전 및 사망위험 환경 등 제반 사회경제적 요인들이 주민 개인들의 이환과 우울 및 주관적 건강에 다양하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 지역주민들의 건강을 개인적 책임으로만 치부하기보다 지역 사회가 적극적으로 주민들의 건강증진을 위해 실천적 정책적 노력을 강구해야함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to find out, from a socioecological perspective, the health condition of the local residents by region, and identify its relation to the socioeconomic factors and its effects. To do so, the study selected indexes that represent economic and social situations of various regions provided by the National Statistics Portal (KOSIS) of the National Statistics Office and the raw data of regional community health survey in 2014. Also, it used residents’ disease contraction for physical health, depression for their mental health, and their subjective health condition as dependent variables to measure the health condition of individuals. Analysis method is used a useful hierarchical (multiple layer) analysis model when the unit of independent variables are hierarchical. The results showed that all socioeconomic factors such as each region’s jobs, living economic condition, regional economic level, healthcare, disaster safety, and death risk environment influence individual residents’ disease contraction and depression and subjective health. This implies that a region should actively make practical policy efforts to improve the health of residents instead of regarding local residents’ health as an individual responsibility.

신약성경에 나타난 기독교사회복지의 고찰

This research is consideration of Christian social welfare in the view of the New Testament. The core of the New Testament is the Kingdom of God. Jesus has proclaimed the kingdom of God in this world. So I considered the Christian social welfare which is seen in the Kingdom of God which is the main theme of the New Testament. We know that when the Kingdom of Heaven comes, true recovery of man is achieved. That means the true social welfare can be done when the Kingdom of god comes. That's why the goal of christian social welfare is the realization of the Kingdom of God. Secondlly. love for the neighbor can be motivation of the practice of the Christian social welfere. We can love our neighbor when we love our God first. Last, the philosophy of diaconia is the basis of 'service and voluntary'. So the role of Christian social welfare worker can be practicing the diaconia. 본 연구는 기독교사회복지를 신약 성경 속에서 고찰하였다. 신약성경속에서 가장 핵심적인 사상이라고 할 수 있는 것이 바로 하나님 나라이다. 예수님께서 이 땅에 오셔서 하나님 나라를 선포하셨다. 따라서 먼저 신약성경의 핵심 주제라 할 수 있는 하나님 나라에서 나타난 기독교사회복지를 고찰하였다. 하나님의 나라가 임할 때 온전한 치유와 회복이 일어나는 것을 알 수 있다. 이것은 진정한 복지는 하나님의 나라가 임할 때 가능하다는 것을 보여주는 것이다. 그러므로 기독교사회복지의 목표는 하나님의 나라를 바라보게 하는 한다. 두 번째로 신약성경에서 언급하고 있는 이웃사랑의 실천은 기독교사회복지의 실천 동기로 제시될 수 있다. 그런데 여기서 말하는 이웃사랑은 하나님 사랑이 전제된 이웃사랑이다. 하나님의 사랑이 먼저 전제된 이웃사랑이 바로 기독교사회복지의 실천 동기라 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 디아코니아 사상은 기독교사회복지에서 다루는 중요한 핵심 개념인 ‘섬김, 봉사’의 정신의 근거가 된다. 따라서 기독교사회복지사의 역할은 바로 디아코니아를 행하는 것이라 할 수 있다.

대추의 成熟 및 追熟中의 生理化學的 變化

Jujube Fruits(Zizyphus jujuba Miller) of Bokjo cultivar were harvested at three stages( green, turning, and ripe) of maturity and changes in the major component of the fruits and respiration were determined to assess its food value. The increase in the proximate compositions, but for the crude fiber, in accordance with acidity (pH ), water soluble pectins and sugars was observed as the fruit matured. Ascorbic acid content was 592mg per 100g of edible portion of the fresh ripe fruits which shows that jujube fruit is a very rich source of ascorbic acid. The major sugar of the ripe jujube fruits was found to be sucrose on the contrary to fructose and glucose in the fruits of their green and furning stages of maturity. Production rate of CO₂ by fruits of jujube, picked at the turning stage of maturity and held at 25℃ in respiration chamber for 10 days followed a climacteric pattern of respiration.

대추의 Polyethylene Film 包裝 貯藏에 關한 硏究

Increase in water soluble pectins and decrease in total ascorbic acid on dry weight basis during holding at room temperature after harvest for 15 days were observed. Remarkable retention of firmness and retardation of color development of turning jujube fruits with storage at 5℃ in sealed 0.05mm polyethylene film bag for 10 days were also observed. Storage of ripe jujube fruits in sealed polyethylene film bag(20×20cm) at 5℃ and room temperature (18-20℃ ) for 14 days revealed to change from the original CO₂ and O₂composition of normal air of 0.03% CO₂/ 21.0% O₂ to 8.74% CO₂ /12.30% O₂ and 10.70% CO₂/10.30% O₂, respectively.

Cr Interlayer 삽입에 따른 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅과 SUS 304 기판의 밀착 특성 연구

이 연구에서는 SUS304 기판과 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅사이의 밀착특성을 향상시키기 위하여 하이브리드 증착 법으로 Cr Interlayer를 기판위에 증착시킨 후 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅을 증착하였다. 그리고 Ball-on-disk 마모테스트와 스크래치 테스트를 통해 밀착력, 파괴기구, 그리고 마찰거동 등을 살펴보았다. Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅에 60㎚ 두께의 Cr Interlayer 삽입되었을 때는 기판에 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅만 증착되었을 때의 밀착력(~30N) 보다 더 우수한 ~50N의 밀착력을 나타내었고 내마모성 또한 향상되었다. 밀착력 증가는 Cr Interlayer 삽입에 따른 SUS304 기판과 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅사이의 전단응력 감소에 기인한 것으로 사료된다.

사회복지정책 준거틀로 본 국가보훈정책

본 연구는 국가보훈정책을 사회복지준거틀로 분석한 것이다. 사회복지정책의 차원분석의 준거틀인 Neil Gilbert와 Paul Terrell의 혜택의 할당 기제(benifit allocation framework) 틀을 사용하여 4가지 차원으로 분석하였다. 국가보훈정책의 급여 대상, 급여 형태, 전달 체계, 재정 양식의 순서로 분석한 것이다. 국가보훈 대상자를 선정하는데 있어서 매우 복잡한 양상을 보이고 있다. 총 29종류의 대상 형태를 보여주면서 일정한 원칙과 방향성이 부족한 혼합된 대상 선택 결과임을 보여주고 있었다. 따라서 치밀한 선별작업이 요구되고 있다. 그 기준과 원칙을 더욱 정교하게 마련하는 일이 시급히 요청된다고 할 수 있다. 급여는 현금과 현물로 나누어서 설명할 수 있다. 현금에는 보상금과 수당 그리고 사망일시금이 있다. 보상금은 희생의 정도와 공헌의 정도에 따라 다르게 지급되고 있다. 독립유공자와 국가유공자 보상금 급여 원칙에서 차이를 보이고 있었다. 독립유공자의 경우는 신체적 희생이 기준이아니라 국가로부터 부여받은 서훈의 격이 기준이었다. 수당의 경우는 세 가지 형태로 분류되고 있다. 전달체계에 있어서는 국가보훈정책의 특수성으로 인해서 대부분 공공기관이 주최가 되어이루어지고 있다. 국가보훈처 본부와 5곳의 지방보훈청, 19곳의 보훈지청, 5곳의 보훈병원, 그리고 3곳의 국립묘지, 3곳의 호국용사묘지를 통해서 전달되고 있었다. 재정양식에서는 기부금 등의 민간재원보다는 조세로 충당되고 있었다. 앞으로 기부금 문화를 국가보훈과 관련하여 정착시키는 일이 필요하다고 내다보았다.
