      • 15. 고농도 포도당에 노출된 췌장 소도 베타세포에서 산화 스트레스

        췌장 소도 베타세포가 장기간 고농도 포도당에 노출되었을 때 PDX-1 및 RIPE-3b1 activator와 같은 인슐린 gene transcription factor 등이 감소 하여 비가억적으로 인슐린 분비능이 떨어지는 것을 포도당 독성(glucosetoxicity)이라고 하나, 포도당 독성의 정확한 기전은 밝혀져 있지 않다. 고농도 포도당에 노출되었을 때 세포내 free radical을 증가하고, 이러한 free radical이 췌장 소도 기능을 저하시킨다고 하며, 최근 췌장 소도 베타세포에서 항산화 제제가 포도당 독성을 부분적으로 방지한다는 보고도 있다. 한편, 여러 자극으로부터 췌장 소도를 보호하는 것으로 superoxide dismutase, catalase 및 glutathione peroxidase (GPx) 등의 항산화 효소, Heat Shock protein 70 (hso 70) 그리고 Heme Oxygenase-1 (HO-1) 등이 있다. 췌장 소도는 다른 조직에 비해 낮은 항산화 효소를 가지고 있으며, 이러한 효소를 췌장 소도에 과발현시켜 포도당 독성에 의한 산화 스트레스(oxidative stress)를 방지할 수 있다는 연구도 있다.

        The purpose of this study was to examine whether the policy of child care was operated satisfactorily in child care facilities. for attaining the purpose, six research questions were posed covering the satisfaction level at job relation scope. In order to see the level of job satisfaction, questionnaire survey was conducted over six job areas(companions, working condition, pay, job self, administrative system, relationship with principal) of early childhood education teachers. To address the research questions, the theoretical background was built, by which this study was unfolded. the instrument used in this study to see if the policy of early childhood education was operated satisfactorily in kindergarten. was questionnaire covering teacher satisfaction. the questionnaire consisted of 17 items covering 6 areas of teacher job relation. the areas of teacher job relation were categorized into 6 areas, in consideration of various things including earlier studies or current studies, and 17 items that had validity, reliability and internal congruence above a certain standard were selected from among 32 items. The objects in this survey were 215 selected teachers who were serving in early childhood education at Seoul and Kyunggi province. In Seoul, the questionnaire survey was conducted by professor and supporters, and in another regions, that was made by supporters. the collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program, ANOVA and posttests were carried out. the brief findings of the study on the satisfaction level at the job relation scope of early childhood education teachers were as below: The satisfaction level(3.42) of the early childhood education teachers investigated at the overall areas of the job relation scope was a little dissatisfied. Every group"s satisfaction level ranged from 2.83 to 4.29. The area they expressed most satisfied was companion area(4.77), which was satisfied. the administrative system appeared to be very dissatisfied(1.45). this level was the least satisfied. the satisfaction level of working condition was 2.89 and the satisfaction level of pay was 2.98. the satisfaction level of job self was 4.45.

        The purpose of this study was to examine whether the dual operations of early childhood education and care policy were offered validly in that sort of facility. for attaining the purpose, six research questions were posed covering the validity level at education operations. In order to see if dual operations were offered validly in early childhood education policies questionnaire survey was conducted over teacher validity level at six areas of dual operations of early childhood education policy : administrative organization. curriculum, teacher education system, government aid, laws and definitions on early childhood education. To address the research questions, a research model was built based on the theoretical background, by which this study was unfolded. The subjects in this study were 215 selected teachers who were serving in early childhood education facility at Seoul and Kyunggi province, which in Seoul, the questionnaire survey was conducted by visiting the facilities, and in another regions, that was made by study supporter. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program, and ANOVA and posttests were carried out. the brief findings of the study of the validity level at the dual operations of early childhood education policy were as below: The validity level(2.67) of the teachers investigated at the overall areas of the dual operations of early childhood education policy was not validity. Every group"s validity level ranged from 2.18 to 2.91. The area they expressed most validity at was curriculum(3.22), which was more than not validity. The government aid appeared to be not validity(2.14), and the teachers expressed the least validity at this area. The validity level of administrative organization was 2.63. The validity level of teacher education system was 2.59. The validity level of laws on early childhood education was 2.82 and the validity level of definitions on early childhood education was 2.62.

In order to see if the policy of early childhood teacher was offered validly, questionnaire survey was conducted over teacher validity level at six areas of the policy of early childhood teacher : teacher education institute, curriculum, teacher field training, supervision, promotion, salary. The objects in this study were 209 selected teachers who were serving in early childhood education facility at Seoul and Kyunggi province, which in Seoul, the questionnaire survey was conducted by visiting the facilities, and in another regions, that was made by study supporter. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program, and ANOVA and posttests were carried out. the brief findings of the study of the validity level atthe policy of early childhood teacher were as below. The validity level(3.14) of the teachers investigated at the overall areas of the policy of early childhood teacher was little validity. Every group"s validity level ranged from 2.56 to 4.59. The area they expressed most validity at was teacher education institute (4.59), which was a little validity. The salary appeared to be not validity(2.56), and the teachers expressed the least validity at this area. The validity level of curriculum was 3.16. The validity level of teacher field training was 2.91. The validity level of supervision on early childhood education was 3.04 and the validity level of promotion on early childhood education was 2.78. 본 연구는 유아교원정책이 타당성 있는지를 평가한 것이다. 평가목적을 수행하기 위하여 유아교원정책을 여섯 가지 영역(양성기관, 교육과정, 교육실습, 장학, 승진, 보수)으로 분류하여 조사연구에 의해 연구를 진행하였다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 이론적 배경을 토대로 연구모형을 구축하였고 이에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도의 유치원에 근무하는 209명의 유치원교사이다. 서울은 연구자가 직접 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 나머지 지역은 보조원을 통해 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 프로그램을 통해 분석을 하였으며 ANOVA와 사후검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아교원정책의 타당성 수준은 낮은 수준이었다. 유아교원정책의 전체 영역에 있어서의 타당성 수준은 3.14를 나타내어 ‘조금 타당하지 않음’ 각 영역별 타당도는 2.56에서 4.59의 수준을 나타냈다. 유아교원정책의 6가지 영역 중 가장 높은 타당성을 보인 영역은 양성기관 영역으로 4.59(조금 타당함)의 수준을 나타내었다. 교육과정영역의 타당성 수준은 2.91을 나타냈고, 장학영역은 3.04를 나타내었고 승진영역에 있어서는 2.78을 나타내었다.

      • 과학영재 교육기관 운영에 관한 연구 : 과학고등학교를 중심으로 Focus on the Science High Schools

        이 연구는 과학영재 교육기관으로서의 과학고등학교 교육이 만족스럽게 운영되고 있는가를 연구하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 과학고등학교의 교육을 6개 영역(학생 영재성, 교수학습활동, 교직자체, 교과 외 활동, 근무여건, 행정제도)으로 나누고, 6개 영역에 대한 과학고등학교 교사들의 만족도를 설문지를 통한 조사연구를 통해 밝혔다. 만족도의 측정은 '매우 불만족'에서 '매우 만족'까지 6단계를 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6의 순으로 배점하였다. 연구내용에 따라 그 결과를 요약·제시하면 다음과 같다. 과학고등하교 교육운영에 있어서는 교육운영 전체 영역에 대한 만족도는 '조금 만족한다(3.772)'에 가깝게 나타났다. 각 집단별 만족도 수준으로는 학생 영재성 관련 영역의 만족도는 4.284, 교수 학습활동 영역의 만족수준은 3,963, 교직자체 영역 만족수준은 4.27, 교과 외 활동 영역의 만족수준은 4.00, 근무여건 영역의 만족수준은 3.973, 행정제도 영역의 만족수준은 2.344로 나타났다. 과학고등학교 교육운영 관련 문항의 만족 수준은 4.687에서 1.845까지의 수준을 나타냈다. In order to see if education was offered satisfactorily in science high schools, questionnaire survey was conducted over teacher satisfaction level at six areas of science high schools education operations : student giftedness, teaching-learning activity, teaching profession, extracurricular activity, working condition and administrative system. The brief findings of the study of the satisfaction level at science high schools education operations were as below: The satisfaction level of the teachers investigated at the overall areas of science high schools education operations(3.772) were between a little dissatisfaction and a little satisfaction. Every group's satisfaction level ranged from 2.344 to 4.284. The area they expressed most satisfaction at was student giftedness(4.284), which was more than a little satisfaction. The administrative system appeared to be unsatisfactory(2.344), and the teachers expressed the least satisfaction at this area. The item the teachers showed most satisfaction at(4.687) was students' interest and participation in math or science contest, which could be nearly said to be satisfactory. The item that gave the next most satisfaction to the teachers(4.442) was students' task performance, which was more than a little satisfaction. The item that gained the least satisfaction from the teachers(1.620) was the abolition of school achievement comparison system, which could be said to be very unsatisfactory.

      • 개정된 영유아보육법 보육교사 자격관련 교과목에 대한 연구 - 2005년도 영유아보육법 시행규칙을 중심으로

        본 연구는 2005년도 개정된 영유아보육법 시행규칙에 나와 있는 보육교사 자격관련 교과목에 대한 연구이다. 연구내용을 살펴보면 개정된 보육교사 자격관련 교과목에 대한 연구의 필요성과 방법을 밝혔고, 이론적 배경으로는 교육과정 일반이론과 보육교과 교육과정에 대한 이론을 고찰하였다. 이어서 개정된 시행규칙의 보육교사 자격관련 교과목의 문제점과 해결방안을 다음과 같이 네 가지로 고찰하였다. 첫째, 법률의 시행시기와 동일하게 교과목의 적용시기를 규정하는데서 오는 문제점을 지적하였다. 둘째, 개정된 교과목이 기존 교과목 영역을 새롭게 축소함으로 인해 발생되는 문제점을 지적하였다. 셋째, 개정된 영유아보육법 시행규칙에 규정되어 있는 ‘과목명이 틀리더라도 내용만 같으면 동일한 과목으로 인 한다’는 내용이 지켜지지 않음으로 인해 발생되는 문제점을 고찰하였다. 넷째, 보육교사 자격관련 교과목을 담당하는 관할 행정부서의 문제점을 지적하였다. 현행 업무 구분을 보면 보육관련 업무는 여성가족부에서 담당하고 교육과정에 대한 사항은 교육인적자원부에서 주관하고 있다. 그러나 교과과정운영에 관련되는 내용을 해당부서가 중심 이 되어 주관하지 않음으로 인해 관련학과의 교과과정운영에 혼란을 야기 시키고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점 등을 고찰하고 이에 대한 해결방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this research is to study the curriculum of the law of early childhood care, which has been amended in 2005. the law of early childhood care has been amended to enforce the qualification of the early childhood care teacher, study method of this research is described, the background of the general curriculum and early childhood care department curriculum is studied. the researches of the problems and solutions are as follows : First, the problem and solution method of the applicable semester on curriculum is suggested. which is brought about the same application of the law and semester. Second, the problem and solution method on the criteria of the curriculum classification is suggested. new curriculum concretize the early childhood care curriculum scope and reduce the early childhood care subject. Third, the problem and solution method on the similar subject is suggested, the law of early childhood care declare that the similar subject is recognized widely. but as the management of the curriculum, the norm is ignored. Fourth, the problem and solution method on the ministry of the early childhood care curriculum is suggested, as the classification of the jurisdiction, the province of the early childhood care belongs to the ministry of the women and family. and the province of curriculum belongs to the ministry of education and human resource, these days, many department of the early childhood care is agonized by the report which was sent from unrelated institute.
