Objective : Phyllostachyos Folium (PF) has been used to treat patients with febrile disease consuming the body fluids marked by fever with restlessness, thirst etc. In the theory of herbology, PF can clear away heat and promote the production of the body fluids, relieve restlessness. Recently PF is known to have anti-bacterial, anti-oxidantic effects. Methods : The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of PF on solid tumor in mice in terms of immune-potentiating and direct cytotoxic action of PF in vitro and vivo study. The present author investigated thymocyte and splenocyte proliferation to confirm immune-potentiating activity of PF and also investigated tumor/body weight ratio and survival rates in tumor bearing mice. Result : In this study, administration of PF decreased tumor/body weight ratio significantly, and prolonged survival duration compared to non-treated control. In addition, treatment with PF suppressed proliferation rate of Sarcoma 180 (S-180) cells significantly, and elevated proliferation rates of thymocytes isolated from normal mice. These results were co-related with in vivo study. Conclusion : In conclusion, these results suggest that PF is useful to treat patient with solid tumor, because PF has direct toxic action for tumor cell and immune -potentiating action for T cells. Further study will need to elucidate exact mechanisms related in anti-cancer action of PF.

Diamond thin films were deposited on pretreated Co cemented tungsten carbide (WC-6%Co) inserts as substrate by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) system, equipped with a 915MHz, 30kW generator for generating a large-size plasma. The substrates were pretreated with two solutions Murakami solution $[KOH:K_3Fe(CN)_6:H_2O]$ and nitric solution $[HNO_3:H_2O]$ to etch, WC and Co at cemented carbide substrates, respectively. The deposition experiments were performed at an input power of 10 kW and in a total pressure of 100 torr. The influence of various $CH_4$ contents on the crystallinity and morphology of the diamond films deposited in MPCVD was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy. The diamond film synthesized by the $CH_4$ plasma shows a triangle-faceted (111) diamond. As $CH_4$ contents was increased, the thickness of diamond films increased and the faceted planes disappeared. Finally, Faceted diamond changed into nano-crystalline diamond with random crystallinity.
현삼이 DNCB로 유발된 알레르기성 접촉성 피부염에 미치는 영향

Objective : In the theory of Korean medicine, Scrophulariae Radix (SR) can clear away heat and cool the blood, nourish yin and promote the production of the body fluids, relieve toxin and benefit the throat. The present study was carried out to investigate effects of SR on allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in mice. Methods : In this experiment, effects of SR on clinical aspects on the skin, histopathological changes such as spongiosis, mast cell distribution, immune cell infiltration in tissue, spleen / body ratio and production levels of serum cytokines were investigated in vivo. In addition, effects on cell viability and release of b-hexosaminidase and histamine were also investigated in vitro. Results : SR treatment diminished erythema, desquamation and keratosis which were induced by repeated painting of DNCB. Spongiosis and edema were diminished by painting of SR in histopathological observation, infiltrations of mast cell and monocytes were also decreased in SR group. In addition, spleen / body ratio was lowered compared to ADC control group. Production level of IFN-${\gamma}$ in serum was decreased, but level of IL-4 did not affected by SR. Finally, more than 400 ${\mu}g/ml$ of SR treatment groups showed decreased cell viabilities in RBL-2H3 cells. Treatment with over 200 ${\mu}g/ml$ of SR decreased b-hexosaminidase release, and treatment with over 400 ${\mu}g/ml$ decreased histamine release in vitro. Conclusion : these data suggest that SR can decrease symptoms of ACD, then SR is useful to treat patient with ACD.

형태소 분석기는 텍스트 분석을 통해 사람, 장소, 사건에 대한 정보를 추출하여 감정 분석, 트렌드 분석, 카테고리 세분화 등의 분야에 사용되는 기법이다. 그러나 SNS와 같이 사용자 지정어가 많고 띄어쓰기가 부정확한 환경에서는 기존 데이터 사전에 포함되지 않은 단어가 존재하여 형태소 분류기의 정확도가 감소된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 형태소 분류기에 SNS 태그 데이터 사전을 추가하고 데이터 사전별로 우선 순위를 부여하여 사용자 지정어가 가장 많은 SNS 태그 데이터 사전을 우선 분류하는 기법을 설계하고 제안한다.
IoT 환경에서 센서 데이터 처리율 향상을 위한 Apriori 기반 빅데이터 처리 시스템

Recently, the smart home environment is expected to be a platform that collects, integrates, and utilizes various data through convergence with wireless information and communication technology. In fact, the number of smart devices with various sensors is increasing inside smart homes. The amount of data that needs to be processed by the increased number of smart devices is also increasing, and big data processing systems are actively being introduced to handle it effectively. However, traditional big data processing systems have all requests directed to cluster drivers before they are allocated to distributed nodes, leading to reduced cluster-wide performance sharing as cluster drivers managing segmentation tasks become bottlenecks. In particular, there is a greater delay rate on smart home devices that constantly request small data processing. Thus, in this paper, we design a Apriori-based big data system for effective data processing in smart home environments where frequent requests occur at the same time. According to the performance evaluation results of the proposed system, the data processing time was reduced by up to 38.6% from at least 19.2% compared to the existing system. The reason for this result is related to the type of data being measured. Because the amount of data collected in a smart home environment is large, the use of cache servers plays a major role in data processing, and association analysis with Apriori algorithms stores highly relevant sensor data in the cache.
