        광방출 분석법을 이용한 산화물 식각 장비의 세정 주기 최적화

        이 논문에서 광방출 분석법을 응용하여 반응용기 내부 오염과 특정 파장 크기변화의 관계를 알아보았다. 광방출 분석법을 이용하면 $O_2$ 플라즈마에서 폴리머가 제거되는 것이 관찰된다. 하지만 광방출 분석법은 외부영향에 의한 노이즈로 분석이 힘들며 다양한 조건에서의 폴리머 제거 상태를 비교하는 건 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하고자 diff_CO 함수를 정의하고, 여러 경우에서의 diff_CO 함수 변화를 확인하였다. diff_CO 함수는 RF 인가시간이 증가함에 따라 최대값의 크기 감소와 작은 꼭지점 개수의 증가를 관찰할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하면 반응용기를 열지 않고도 반응용기 내부 오염정도를 파악하여 반응용기 세정 시점을 정할 수 있었다. In this paper, the relationship of chamber contamination and the intensity change of specific wavelength was investigated. "diff_CO" formula was introduced to rule out background noise caused by external conditions and to detect when the polymer is removed from the chamber. As RF time increased, diff_CO trend showed the decrease of the maximum peak and increased number of small intensity peaks. From the diff_CO change, it was possible to determine when the chamber needs to be cleaned without opening the chamber.

        Many car accidents are happened on the road frequently due to heavy snow and water freezing in the winter. In order to resolve this problems, we are spending a lot of money and manpower. This study is performed to reduce the cost and manpower by the problems. A study on the snow melting and deicing system by pulsating heat pipe is about road facilities to keep surface temperature of the road higher than freezing point of water for melting the snow accumulated on it. The pulsating heat pipe is located under paved road at a certain depth and pitch and operated automatically and manually. This study shows the optimized pitch and depth of the pipe under paved road. to get the best performance.

        This study represents the heat collecting performance of the evacuated solar collector using the pulsating heat pipe. In this study, the important thing is collection efficiency of the evacuated solar collector. The evacuated solar collectors with the shape of the heat pipe were investigated in the same operating condition for a outdoor experiment equipment. The experimental conditions are as follows ; The charging ratio of working fluid was 110% of evaporation section volume. The inclination angle was 35˚from the ground. The mass flow rate is 1 ㎏/min. The working fluid is 142b.

        온리약인 부자, 건강, 육계, 오수유의 면역조절효과 비교

        This study was carried out to investigate the comparison of immunomodualtory effects of water-extracted Aconiti lateralis Preparata Radix(PR), Zingiberis Rhizoma(ZR), Cinnamomi Cortex(CC) and Evodiae Fructus(EF). The parameter examined to assess apparent immunomodulatory effect of the water-extracted PR, ZR, CC and EF included the regulation of Nitric oxide (NO). Also, ZR and EF represent the expression of Th1/Th2 type cytokine, the change of B cell phenotype. The water-extracted PR, ZR, CC and EF inhibited NO production and iNOS protein expression in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. In the Th1 and Th2 cytokine expression, the water-extracted ZR and EF induced IL-2, IFNr and IL-10 mRNA gene expression. Therefore, it seems that the water-extracted ZR and EF have a inducing effect of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines. In the Flow cytometry analysis, the water-extracted ZR and EF changed B cell phenotype (CD45R/B220), did NOT in PR and CC. The water-extracted PR, ZR, CC and EF have a reducing effect of immune suppression cause by Methotrexate (MTX), an agent of immune suppression. These results suggest that the immunomodulatory effects of the water-extracted ZR and EF may be, in part, associated with the inducing IL-2 and IFNr mRNA gene expression In and regulation of NO production in macrophage cells.

        키네시오 테이핑이 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자의 보행패턴에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of kinesio taping in patients with degenerative arthritis. 40 female patients with degenerative arthritis were voluntarily recruited and randomly divided into experimental and control group. Experimental group(mean age was 73.4 years, height was 153.5cm, and weight was 59.9kg) was applied patellar inferior and medial gliding, quadriceps, tibial external rotation, gastrocnemius, and soleus using a kinesio tape. And control group(mean age was 72.7 years, height was 154cm, and weight was 58.6kg) was received a interferential current therapy(ENDOMED 582, Enraf-Nonius, Holland). And we received a consent form from all subjects. Measuring was conducted by using a 3-dimensional gait analysis system for measuring of stride length, cadence, and velocity. The results were as follow: Stride length was significantly increased after than before treatment(p<.05). Cadence was significantly increased after than before treatment(p<.05). And Velocity was significantly increased after than before treatment(p<.05). Cadence was a significant difference between experimental and control group(p<.05), but there was no significant difference stride length and velocity between two groups. So we suggest that kinesio taping has a effectiveness in patients with degenerative arthritis.

        Cancer Vaccines Targeting HER2/neu for Early Breast Cancer

        Recent studies of immune responses to pathogens have identified pathogen-associated molecular patterns recognized by the innate immune system through specialized receptors called toll-like receptors (TLRs). Signaling through these receptors initiates robust immune responses. By exploiting TLR signaling pathways, immunity to tumor-associated antigens may be generated. Many tumor-associated antigens are involved in the regulation of tumor phenotype or carcinogenesis. Immune targeting of these antigens may either alter the tumor phenotype, yielding a more treatable tumor, or eradicate early tumor stem cells preventing tumor formation. The oncoprotein HER2/neu, which is often overexpressed in ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), may provide such a target. Immune responses directed against HER2/neu may eliminate the disease, make tumors more amenable to anti-estrogen therapy, or prevent escape of hormone-resistant tumor phenotypes. Effective breast cancer prevention in preclinical studies utilizing murine HER2/neu transgenic models has stimulated interest in, and optimism regarding, protective breast cancer vaccines in humans. Induction of anti-HER2/neu T cell (CD4+ and CD8+) and B cell responses has been demonstrated in an ongoing clinical study targeting HER2/neu using a TLR agonist-primed dendritic cell vaccine. Moreover, these vaccinations lead to reductions in both HER2/neu expression and extent of DCIS. HER2/neu expression and aromatase activity have recently been linked through the intermediary cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2). This convergence between growth factor and hormone mediated pathways provides additional support for the notion that a significant number of breast cancers may be prevented through effective immune targeting of HER2/neu. As progress is made towards the development of vaccines for breast cancer prevention, the contributions of immune-mediated effecter and inhibitory mechanisms to the pathogenesis of HER2/neu overexpressing breast cancer will need to be better understood.

        중심합성계획법에 의한 남부 조생벼 재배요인의 최적조건 구명

        수도재배에 있어서 수량은 여러 가지 요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 나타난 반응의 산물이다. 수도의 적정재배조건을 구명하기 위하여 지금까지는 제한된 요인 및 수준에서 시험연구가 수행되어 왔는데, 처리요인수 및 각 요인당 처리수준이 증가될 경우 전체 처리수의 급증으로 시험수행이 어렵게 된다. 본 연구는 이를 극복하고자 조생량 벼 품종 '운봉벼'의 재식주수, 주당본수, 질소시비량, 이앙일, 육묘일수 등 5가지 계량적 재배요인의 최적조건을 구명하기 위한 시험을 수행하고 수량을 Box와 Wilson의 중심합성계획법에 따라 분석하였으며(시험 1), 같은 품종을 공시하여 실험 1과 같은 요인을 Finney의 부분실시법(FFD)과 비교함으로써(시험 2) CCD의 농사시험연구에의 활용가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 1. 재배조건에 따른 수량반응 수량은 5요인중 4요인의 수준을 중심수준에서 통제하였을 때 각 요인별 최대수량은 중심수준(재식주수, 90수/3.3m2 ; 주당본수, 5본 ; N시비량, 11kg/10a ; 이앙일, 6월 25일 ; 육묘일수, 35일) 부근이었고 각 요인이 양극단수준으로 갈수록 감수하였으며 5요인중 3요인을 중심수준에서 통제하고 난 뒤에 2요인들 간의 상호작용에 의한 수량은 가 수준의 중심부에서 최고치를 보였다. 전체 5개 요인의 상호작용에 의해 나타난 수량의 정상점은 안부점이었다. 2. 두 계획법의 비교 가. CCD에서 수량에 대한 각각의 정상점에서의 재배조건은, 재식주수 107주/3.3m2 , 주당본수 4본, 질소시비량 10kg/10a, 이앙일 6월 26일, 육묘일수 33일이었고, 정상점에서의 수량은 439kg/10a으로서 FFD에서의 그것들과 비슷하였다. 나. CCD에 의하면 요인수와 수준수가 많아도 처리조합수를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있었고, 실험재료의 절적, 작업시간의 단축 및 작업의 간편화를 가져왔다. 다. CCD(각 요인별 5수준)는 FFD(각 3수준)에 비하여 수준수가 많았지만 결과를 도해화하기에 편리하였다. 라. 양 계획법에 있어서 수량의 정상점이 안부점인 것으로 보아 요인의 설정시 각 요인 상호간의 이질성을 고려해야 하며, 처리요인의 지나친 증가도 억제되어야 할 것이다. 마. CCD는 극한수준(± 2, ± 2, ± 2, ± 2, ± 2)의 처리가 없기 때문에 각 요인의 극한수준의 실험영역에 대해서는 적은 정보를 얻었으나. FFD보다는 많은 유익한 정보를 획득할 수 있었다. 따라서, CCD는 획기적으로 처리수를 줄였어도 유익한 정보를 제공하는 것으로 보아, 농사시험연구에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 계획적으로 확인되었다.적으로 확인되었다. Two field experiments were carried out to assess the applicability of a central composite design (CCD) in determining optimum culture condition of an early rice cultivar, Unbongbyeo in southern Korea. A central composite design with two replicates was applied to five levels of five factors such as the number of hills per 3.3m2, the number of seedlings per hill, the levels of nitrogen, the transplanting date and the seedling age (Experiment 1). The levels of planting density were ranged from 30 hills to 150 hills per 3.3m2 ; the number of seedlings per hill from 1 seedling to 9 seedlings per hill; the levels of nitrogen application from 1 kg/l0a to 21 kg/l0a; the transplanting date from June 15 to July 5; the seedling age from 25 days to 45 days. A fractional factorial design was applied to three levels of five factors tested in CCD (Experiment 2). Yield per hill and per unit area were examined and the results obtained from both experiments were compared. The benefits from the central composite design were discussed. Maximum yield of brown rice per unit area was obtained at the combination of the central levels of one of five factors when the other four factors were fixed at central point. Furthermore, brown rice yield per unit area affected by interaction of two factors was maximized at the central point when the remain three factors being fixed at the central level. The responses of five factors to brown rice yield per hill and unit area were found to be a saddle point in both designs. Actual values of the stationary points were 107 hills per 3.3 m2, 4 seedlings per hill, 10 kg nitrogen per l0a, transplanting date of rice on June 26 and 33 days of seedling age in the central composite design. Brown rice yield per unit area at the stationary points were estimated 439 kg/l0a in the central composite design and 442 kg/l0a in the fractional factorial design. Considering the number of experimental treatment combinations, the central composite design was rather convenient in reducing the number of treatment combinations for similar information. It was more convenient for an experimenter to present the results from the central composite design than those from the fractional factorial design. Considering the optimum yields of brown rice per unit area at the stationary points being verified as saddle points in both designs. inter-heterogeneity of each of the factors should be avoided in setting up factors in pursuit of inducing unidirectional response of the factors to yield. Even though both the lower and higher levels in the central composite design being beyond the region of an experimenter's interest. they were considered highly valued in interpretation of the results. Conclusively. the central composite design was found to be more beneficial to optimize culture condition of paddy rice even with several levels of various factors were involved.
