The experiences and knowledge of the repatriates is the important competitive advantage in the parent-country nationals(PCNs). This paper discussed the incentive mechanism of the repatriates based on the view of knowledge transfer, constructed the theoretical model according to the games and information economics, and pionted out the knowledge transfer was the process of repeated games between the repatriates and employees in the PCNs. The building of incentive mechanism was the result of looking up this games equilibrium, it was (transfer, transfer), and the paper also provided the relative suggestions for promoting the knowledge transfer of the repatriates in the PCNs.
