        유능한 유아교사에 대한 현직교사와 예비교사의 주관적 이해 분석: Q-방법론을 활용하여

        This study was conducted to investigate the difference between teachers' subjective understanding and pre-service teachers' understanding of a competent early childhood teacher. It was analyzed by using Q-methodology, which is used to distinguish the difference of subjective comprehension. After analyzing the subjective understanding, the object of the study was categorized into four groups, which were named as follows: Subjective understanding of pre-service early childhood teachers, standard early childhood teachers, philosophers on the straight and narrow, and people who have a talent for practical business. The fact that pre-service early childhood teachers and early childhood teachers were classified into different groups means that there is contrast between an educational program for early childhood teachers and at the chalkface. Therefore, it suggests that an educational program for early childhood teachers needs to reflect the work in a school more than ever before. 본 연구는 유능한 유아교사에 대한 현직교사와 예비교사의 주관적 이해의 차이를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 주관적 이해의 차이를 알아보는 데 활용하는 Q-방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주관적 이해를 분석한 결과 연구대상은 4개 집단으로 분류되었으며, 다음과 같이 명명하였다: 예비교사집단-학습자적 이해, 교사A집단-교수자적 이해, 교사B집단-철학자적 이해, 교사C집단-실무자적 이해. 예비교사와 현직 유아교사가 다른 집단으로 묶였다는 것은 유아교사 양성과정에서 얻은 주관적 이해가 현장과 차이가 있음을 나타낸다. 따라서 유아교사 양성과정이 보다 현장을 반영해야 할 것을 시사한다.

      • 유아교육 관련 인터넷 사이트의 현황조사 및 평가준거 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the present conditions of the internet site in relation to the early childhood education, 2) to develope questions and to investigate the validity of internet site evaluation criteria. The present conditions of the internet site in relation to the early childhood education have been surveyed by means of the searching words "early childhood education" in the site providing us with the searching engine service. In the course of this study 517 sites were found on the 12th day of September, 2000. The items of evaluation criteria have been made by the researcher on reference to preceding studies, and the validity was investigated on the criteria referred to a questionnaire by means of E-mail. The questionnaire was composed of 28 items about criteria and this items were rated at 4 point scale by teachers, parents, early childhood education majors. The results had it that generally rating about evaluation criteria was concentrated to "important", so they agreed to appropriateness as early childhood educational internet site evaluation criteria.

      • 수학선형 선미에서 두꺼운 3차원 난류경계층의 해석 및 실험(I) 유동계측

        본 논문에서는 이러한 두꺼운 3차원 난류 경계층의 체계적인 연구를 위하여 적합한 수학선형을 개발하고 저속풍동에서 경계층 실험을 수행하였다. 이 수학선형 은 가능한 실제 선체주위의 유동특성이 잘 나타나도록 설계되었다. 실험을 통하여 전체적 유동을 파악하고 표면에서 평균 속도분포, 마찰저항계수 및 각종 적분변수들을 측정하였다.

        인체의 표류특성 추정을 위한 현장실험

        인체의 표류특성을 규명하기 위해 1997년 8월부터 1998년 4월까지 실물을 이용한 현장실험을 실시하였다. 실험은 부산 영도구에 위치한 조도 부근해역에서 행하여졌고, 조난자로는 제중 60∼87kg, 키 170∼178 cm의 대학생들이 역할을 대신하였다. 실험중 조난자의 과도한 열손실을 방지하기 위해 네오프렌 재질의 5mm 잠수복을 착용하였다. 그리고 표류물체 주위의 유속 측정을 위해서는 비닐 백을 사용하였다. 결과 비교를 위해 조난자 옆에 스쿠버 장비를 갖추고 부력조절기에 바람을 가득 넣은 다이버를 함께 표류시켰다. 자료를 분석한 결과 잠수복만 입은 조난자 및 스쿠버 다이버의 평균 leeway rate는 각각 수면상 10m 높이 풍속의 약 0.4%와 1.3%이었다. A field experiment of the leeway of person-in-water(man with wetsuit) was conducted during October 1997∼ April 1998. The experiment area was northeast side of Cho Do island in Pusan. The college students whose weight ranges 60∼87 kg, height 170∼178 cm were actually drifted for the experiment. The person-in-water wore 5 mm neoprene diving wetsuit to prevent heat loss of the body. The current near the target was measured using a colored vinyl bag. To compare the result a scuba diver equipped with scuba gear and with his BC(buoyancy compensator) fully inflated was drifted alongside. The average leeway speed of man with wetsuit and that of scuba diver were about 0.4 percent and 1.3% of the 10 m wind speed above the water respectively.

      • 成熟赤血球의 Evans´blue 吸收에 미치는 二價金屬이온의 影響에 關한 硏究

        Non-nucleated mature erythrocytes of human blood were stored at 4℃ in darkness for 4 hours. Upon the storage erythrocytes were separated by the fractional centrifugal method. The effect of divalent metallic ions on the percent of dye uptake rate of Evans' blue as a neutral salt of a organic dye in the presence of 580mM glucose was observed and the following results were obtained. 1. The dye uptake rate was found to be kinetically proportional in function of incubation period in the stored eryrocytes for 4 hours with the dye uptake of 42.2 percent for 120 minutes incubation. 2. The statistical analysis of this effect of the relationship between the incubation period and the percent dye uptake rate was found to be very highly significant (p<0.001). 3. The effect of magnesium ion (5 mM) on the percent dye uptake rate in function of incubation times was kinetically increased in human matured erythrocytes when compared to that of control group. At the end of 40 minutes of incubation the human matured erythrocytes treated with magnesium ion ( 5 mM) increased about 1.5 times more of 30.5 percent dye uptake than the control group of 20.3 percent dye uptake. 4. The effect of magnesium ion was slightly accelerated with the addition of 0.01 mM magnesium ion; between 0.05 mM and 10 mM of magnesium ions the influence of this divalent metallic ion was greatest. 5. The increase in the concentration of copper ion inhibited proportionally and remarkablly the percent dye uptake rate by human matured erythrocytes. Fifty percent inhibitory concentration (1_50) of copper ion on the percent dye uptake rate by human matured erythrocytes was found to be 10.07 micromoles. 6. Also, the effect of ferrous ion (5 micromoles) on the percent dye uptake rate is human matured erythrocytes for 40 minutes incubation was found to be 21.4 percent inhibition and it inhibited that the effect of hematin (5 micormoles) on the percent dye uptake rate o Evans' blue by 65.6 percent points for 40 minutes incubation. 7. No effect was exerted on the percent dye uptake rate in human matured erythrocytes during the incubation periods by the addition of calciumion (5 mM) and manganese ion (tmicromoles). 8. The addition of lithium ion at the concentration of 5 micormoles to reactant mixture was effectively increased on the percent dye uptake rate of Evans' blue for a incubation of 40 minutes when compared to that control group (20.3%) to 43.9 percent. In view of the above findings it is clear that the effect of magnesium ion and lithium ion, as divalent metallic ions, on the Evans' blue absorbed into non-nucleated erythrocytes is considered to accelerate this enhancing effect while it does not accelerate that of hematin and copper ion. However, the effects of calcium ion and manganese ion was ineffective on the percent dye uptake of Evans' blue by human matured erythrocytes.

        세 가지 방식으로 제작된 레진코핑의 내면적합성 평가: 3차원적 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the internal fitness of the resin coping that was fabricated by the traditional and Digital manufacturing methods through 3-dimensional analysis. Methods: maxillary right second molar was chosen implant master model. Custom-built impression trays were manufactured. After screwing the pick-up impression coping onto the master cast, impressions were made with silicone impression. The Working model was then made with type IV stone. The coping was fabricated: SLAC group (n=8), APPC group (n=8), LAPC group (n=8) Resin coping data was measured by using a three-dimensional evaluation program. Internal fitness was calculated by RMS (Root Mean Square).It measures mean and Stand Deviation (SD). Results: Three groups are measured 47.11±(3.08)㎛ total RMS of SLAC group, 48.35(±1.55㎛) for total RMS of LAPC group, 43.45±2.09㎛ for total RMS of APPC group. Measured value is gradually increased. Followed by autopolymerized pattern resin; Stereolithography resin, Light-activated pattern resin But there were no differences stastically(P>0.321). Conclusion: Evaluation of internal fitness on Resin copings was fabricated by three–ways methods showed that no differences statistically significant and clinically acceptable results
