        Purpose The main purpose of this study is to analysis what relations are exist in the center of Gravity and physique. Subject. To this end, the researcher has selected twelve sorts of sports, In Ballgame, Soccer, Volley-ball, Basket-ball, Hand-ball. In Record game, Track and Field, swimming, skating, cycle, In match game, Taekwondo, Boxing, Yudo, wrestling were them. Each event of these I selected ten male University Atheletes in Seoul Area. Method. The researcher of this study classify the Measurement into the followlng categories: 1) Standing Height. 2) Head Breadth. 3) Shoulder Breadth. 4) Hip Breadth. 5) Low limb lergth. 6) Center of Gravity. Results As a result of study on the relation between the athletes' physique of each event in sports, it came to the conclusion as following (1) The center of gravity of an athlete is usually higher than than of others And this study also Shows that, if we consider only in the part of the center of gravity, an athlete's center of gravity is as high us that of a westerner, and that athletes, physique is becoming like the westerns, one. (2) Through this study I could get the truth that motion a man whose standing Height is lower, whose hip Breadth is wider, and whose low limb length is longer, can have the adventage in doing exercise because of his high center of gravity. (3) It also came to the conclusion that a man who has lower standing Height, wider Hi Breadth, is able to have the adventage in doing the sports needed the stability in the halted state and changeless movement. (4) The correlation between center of gravity and physique exetys effect on each other in proper seqence of the below. 1. Shoulder Breadth. 2. Standing Height. 3. Low limb length. 4. Head Breadth. (5) I could also reach the conclusion that the different physical condition is required according to the purpose of the movement carried out by players.

      • 심박수와 환기량을 이용한 최대산소섭취량 추정연구

        Direct measurement of oxygen uptake(V O₂??) is used to standard index of cardiorespiratory fitness, but is practical only in a laboratory setting. The purpose of this paper is presented assessing formular of V O₂?? with measured heart rate and ventilation as the independent variables and with directly measured V O₂?? as the dependent variables. Twenty males with college hand ball players volunteered to exercise on a bicycle ergometer by 2-min incremental load exercise. Incremented bicycle ergometer test was used to measure maximal values of metabolic variables. To calculated assessing formular of V O₂??, It was using linear regression and multiple linear regression. The conclusion were as follows : 1. Correlation Coefficient of heart rate and ventilation, oxygen uptake and ventilation, oxygen uptake and heart rate were presented r=0.918, r=0.936, r=0.930, respectively. also, multiple regression equation derived from data of the test group were; V O₂??(ml/kg/min)=HR(0.151)+VE-BTPS(0.012)-4.04…………(1) R²=0.9079 2. Linear regression of heart rate and oxygen uptake were: V O₂??(ml/kg/min)=HR(0.312)-14.03……………(2) R²=0.8654 3. Linear regression of ventilation and oxygen uptake were: V O₂??(ml/kg/min)=VE-BTPS(0.022)+6.997………(3) R²=0.8760 4. It was calculated more V O₂?? by using multiple linear regression considered two variables than assessing equation of V O₂?? with heart rate or ventilation.

      • Plyometric Training 效果에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        To investigate the effects on the plyometric training was studied by having subjects perform in different vertical jumping conditions.(Height of Box ; 0.40, 0.50, 0.60M.) The subjects for the study were 27 male HANDBALL player, divided according to the height of Box. (0.40M ; n = 7, 0.50M ; n = 7, 0.60M ; n = 7, and control group n = 6). On a registering force-platform the jumps were performed 1) from a semi-squatting position, 2) after a natural counter-movement from a standing position, and 3) jump down from height of box respectively. The heights of the jumps were calculated from the recorded flight time. As a results the below are. Plyometric training was significantly to advance the performance in vertical jump(p<0.05). Box height in the Box drill among plyometric training had the maximum effects when the training has taken in the proper height according to the subjects height and weight (p<0.01, 0.05), the effects of the plyometric training in the vertical jump was significantly greater than that in the standing broad jump(p<0.05). In a jumping by the action of the arms, the utilization of recoil elastic energy in muscle seems to be contributed the effect to the vertical jump.

      • 핸드보올 代表選手 選拔에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to offer scientific selection method for National Hand Ball player. Eighty six members of National Hand Ball player (Male 49, Female 37) Who were trained at Taenung Training Center from 1981 till 1984 for servral International Game and One hundred eight male player and ninety female player who were took part in the Los Angeles Olympic Game. The subjects were estimated physique and phyical fitness (except Olympic player) Facter Analysis method were used to determined the difference of group means and standard deviation on the each performance of them, and Cajori evaluation method which was devided five steps from datum point of its mean to 1.00 was also used for this study. As the results of this study was as follow; 1. The study suggests the items for evaluating the physique and physical fitness of Hand Ball player. 2. The study shows a standard index of physique and physical fitness make use of selection of National Hand Ball player.
