The purpose of this study is to suggest public roles and responsibilities about Architecture Heritage under Act on Value Enhancement of Hanok and Other Architecture Asset by analyzing the Architecture Heritage System of Spain. The case study on Spain, Catalonia, Barcelona’s Act of architectural heritage was conducted to analyze the laws and guidelines related to Architectural Heritage and to confirm the perspective on Architectural Heritage and roles by subjects through interviews with the department in charge. The role of the central governments is to the responsibility of preservation that can be offset by create incentives and expand programs to create consensus among citizens. The architecture asset survey, which is the responsibility of the municipal governments, should increase confidence by the detailed survey to define the authority and role of the basic local government. And the municipal governments must increase the architectural heritage more support and incentive. Excellence architectural assets must diversify the range of incentive and preservation, and ask for registration that various subjects can apply it by expanding category of application to public sector, non-governmental organization, citizens rather than an owner.

The mixed-use building sensitively react to economic condition change. because it's included commercial, business. product facilities etc. The study is to propose regulations & development solution which analysis correlation of urban economic condition change and mixed-use development(MXD). The analysis method is used to present conditions analysis. regression analysis. factor analysis for characteristics analysis of MXD. As a result. the following conclusions could be made. The MXD is found to have problems of development, regulations, function. To solution of the MXD's problems, 1. the MXD is developed to consider resident preference. development demand. 2. it's developed locational differential to consider industrial change, income change, urban development characteristic change etc.

This study analyze variable factor of land use control and effect of factors in urban fringe, so it makes overtures to land use control & planning improvements for prevention injudicious development. A case study is Koyang City neighboring the Seoul Metropolitan Region, and analysis of results are followings to effective urban fringe management for land use control & planning improvements. 1. To encourage developers in developing not quasi-agricultural zone but quasi-urban zone, reorganization of multiple zoning which is complicately divided in the zoning and the areas must be accomplished. Therefore, it improve the land use management and meet the land use demand. 2. With considering connection of cities, the land use system of an urban fringe should be converted into land use management of a wide areal planning. 3. It is necessary to unify urban planning area in the urban planning law and the zoning in the national land use and several related laws.
