        강구조 건축물의 지진피해 후 긴급위험도 평가를 위한 성능수준별 층간변형각

        Foreign countries such as United States and Japan have settled detailed procedures and standards for assessment of availability of buildings and prevention of human casualties caused by secondary disasters, for the initial responding phase right after earthquake. But when it comes to Korea that suffered relatively less earthquake casualties, the procedures and quantitative standards for post-earthquake safety evaluation by structure type are insufficient. Furthermore, risk of steel structure buildings can be quantitatively evaluated by story drift angle caused by earthquake, but domestic studies on standards of story drift angles by performance levels do not take account of variable axial force which is caused by actual earthquake. Therefore, in this Study aims to propose reliable story drift angle which can evaluate the safety of post-earthquake steel structure building, by calculating the value of variable axial force weighed on ten-story scale building, based on equivalent static force analysis method of Korea building code(KDS 41 17 00:2019). The result of flexural-compression test of steel beam-column members under variable axial force showed the fact that, the domestic standards for story drift angle are overestimated by neglecting variable axial force. Therefore, this study newly suggests story drift angle and residual story drift angle by performance level, considering the deformation capacity reduction by variable axial force.

        Phylogenetic analysis of PISTILLATA sequences in Neillia (Rosaceae)

        Putative PISTILLATA genes were generated in nine species of Neillia, to examine the phylogenetic relationships among the species, and to test the hypothesis of hybrid origin within the genus. The PI genes determined in Neillia have two introns in the I-box region, which is consistent with PI genes in other Rosaceae. Phylogenetic analyses of the I-box region, including the introns, indicated that the species formerly classified in Stephanandra were nested within Neillia, supporting the taxonomic merger of the two genera. The PI data do not have a sufficiently strong signal to reject the hypothesis that Stephanandra is a hybrid in origin. The PI data, in conjunction with nuclear LEAFY, ribosomal DNA, and chloroplast DNA data, suggest that N. affinis might have been derived from hybridization between N. thibetica and N. gracilis. The phylogenetic position of N. affinis in the N. thibetica clade is supported by the PI and rDNA data, whereas N. affinis is also supported as a sister to N. gracilis in the LEAFY and cpDNA data. The pattern of phylogenetic placements of N. affinis in two different clades in two different sets of data suggests that the genome of the species might be comprised of a combination of the putative parental species.

        추구편익에 따른 골프관광 시장세분화에 관한 연구- 제주방문 내국인 골프관광자를 대상으로 -

        Golfers or potential golfers could be divided according to the benefits they seek in a golf resort class or specific resort. Benefit Sought segmentation can be used in golf resort design, advertising, pricing and distribution decisions to better reach the golf resort market. The purpose of this paper is to explore the golfer's benefits and examine some clusters to describe the characteristics of each segment. The data was obtained from survey to 261 golfers just finished their golf tour in Jeju airport and analyzed using statistical methods such as frequent analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that Jeju golf resort market was comprised of big four segments in terms of benefits sought by golfers. Each cluster was described in detail to reveal the overall demographic and behavioral traits. The findings could be used to develop the target marketing strategies in stagnating Jeju golf resort industry.

        제주지역 쌔너투어리즘의 관광동기특성과 만족에 미치는 영향 - 제주4.3평화 공원 방문객 대상으로 -

        Tourism resources related to violent death of people have potential to attract special interest tourists. This study aimed to examine tourist motivation to visit thanatourism site and its impact on tourist satisfaction. Based on the related literatures, five dimensions(i.e., death experience, novelty, specificity, historicity and remembrance) of thanatourism motivation were derived. Data were collected from 291 visitors to Jeju Peace Park on May 2009. Results of a factor analysis showed that the five dimensions of thanatourism motivation were valid and reliable. Results also indicated that among 5 motivations, death experience and specificity had statistically significant influence on visitor satisfaction. Results of this study suggest that visitors motivations of thanatourism sites might be different from those of other tourist sites. Limitations of the study were also discussed. 죽음관련 관광자원(지)은 사람들에게 관심을 유발시키는 잠재력 있다. 선행연구자들은 사관광지의 방문을 ‘죽음’과 관련된 새로운 욕구에 의해서 기인한다고 하면서, 특별한 동기가 유발된다고 하였다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 사관광지를 방문하는 동기를 규명하기 위해서 제주4.3평화공원을 방문객 대상으로 291개의 유효표본을 확보하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 사관광지를 방문동기는 죽음성, 신기성, 특이성, 역사성, 추모성 등 5개의 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 죽음성과 역사성의 방문만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사관광지들은 일반적인 관광동기와는 차별적인 요소로 나타난 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 따라서 관광마케터들은 사관광지의 ‘죽음성’과 ‘역사성’을 감안하여 전략을 수립하고 추진해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

        Phylogeny and systematics of Crossosomatales as inferred from chloroplast atpB, matK, and rbcL sequences

        Crossosomatales is a recently recognized order in the rosid II clade with about 64 species in eight morphologically distinct families that have been previously classified in as many as 15 other orders. Phylogenetic relationships among the families and genera within Crossosomatales were investigated using chloroplast atpB, matK, and rbcL sequences employing maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood, and Bayesian methods. The phylogenetic framework was used to examine the patterns of morphological evolution and synapomorphies for subclades within Crossosomatales. The combined data with representative species from all genera in the order strongly supported monophyly of Crossosomatales. Strong support was found for the families in the Southern Hemisphere, in which Aphloiaceae is sister to the clade of (Geissolomataceae, (Ixerbaceae + Strasburgeriaceae)). The sister relationship between the Southern Hemisphere clade and families distributed primarily in the Northern Hemisphere was also supported. As in the previous studies, following relationships were found within the Northern Hemisphere clade: Staphyleaceae is sister to a clade of (Guamatelaceae, (Stachyuraceae + Crossosomataceae)). The pattern analysis indicates that evolutionary pattern of morphological characters is complex, requiring multiple changes within Crossosomatales. Several reproductive traits, such as inflorescence, aril, stigma, and conspicuous protrusion from pollen aperture, corroborate the molecular phylogeny.
