Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 3, pp. 177-189, 2004. Kinematic and kinetic analysis using 3D Motion Capture system are common, yet there is little in the literature that discuss the relationship and coactivity between muscles during the golf swing. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between the employed 16 muscles during golf swing. We could observe 3 muscle patterns such as 'Line' shape, 'L' shape, and 'Loop' shape for the golf swing activity. The 'Line' shape indicates that two muscles act almost perfectly in phase, and the 'L' shape represents that two muscles act in a reciprocating manner(When one is active, the other is quiescent and vice versa). And the 'Loop' shape indicates that two muscles act sequently(After one is active, the other act). In these results, we knew the muscle patterns during golf swing is similar to the patterns during gait. And we presented it was possible to show the consistence of golf swing through the frequency analysis of muscle patterns. We believe that the results potentially useful for the golf players and coaches to analyze their performance.
중부지역 옥수수 파종기에 따른 생육단계 및 수량성 변화

Maize hybrids were planted on April 1, April 25, May 20 and June 15 in 2012, 2013 at the experimental paddy and upland fields in Suwon city , respectively to know changes of growth stage and yield according to different planting time. Maize planting on April 1 was not recommended because total growing days at planting on April 1 was not different with that at planting on April 25 due to many days from planting to emergence over 20 days at planting on April 1. Total growing days were not much different among three planting time after April 25 because days from silking to maturity was lengthened though days from planting to silking was shortened at later planting time. Stalk weight was decreased as planting time was delayed, particularly at planting times after May 20 at paddy field by excess water injury during early growth stage. But, grain yield was not low as in May and June. It is needed to introduce early maturity maize variety as Yanganok at late planting for higher grain yield and enough time for soil preparation for next winter crops

The relative stability as function of geometry in the rigid tricyclopropylcarbinyl cations with varied bond angle (${\alpha}$) between the plane of cyclopropane ring and the bond connecting cyclopropane ring to cationic carbon was examined by $^{19}F$ nmr spectroscopy. 7-p-Fluorophenyltricyclo[2.2.2.$0^{2,6}$]octan-7-yl(4) and 8-p-fluorophenyltricyclo[3.2.2.$0^{2,7}$]nonan-8-yl cation (8) were generated from corresponding tertiary alcohols under stable ion conditions, and their $^{19}F$ chemical shifts were compared with those of model compounds such as 7-nortricyclyl cation (3) and tricyclo[3.3.1.$0^{2,7}$]octan-8-yl cation (7). Consequently, it is concluded that the varied orientation of bond angle (${\alpha}$) within in the bisected conformation does not affect degree of the charge delocalization into cyclopropane ring.

This study was carried out to evaluate the comparison of antioxidant activity and antioxidant components between yellow color corn and red corn color. For the antioxidant activities, a chemiluminometer and nitrite scavenging activity were used. Also, antioxidant components were analyzed by total phenolic content, carotenoid content and anthocyanin content. Between inbred lines of yellow color corns and red color waxy corns, the antioxidant activity and components showed various results. Nitrite scavenging activity of yellow color and red color corn at various pH levels (pH 1.2, 4.2, 6.0) was decreased by pH 1.2, 6.0, and 4.2. Antioxidant activity used by chemiluminometer ranged from 85.5 to 3.54 in yellow corn and from 94.3 to 24.2 in red corn.In total phenolic content, some lines in red color corns showed the high antioxidant activities than yellow corn lines. The average total phenol content of yellow color and red color corn was 606.2 μg/g and 524.9 μg/g, respectively. Carotenoid content of yellow color corn ranged from 230.8 μg/g to 34.3 μg/g. Anthocyanin of red color corn ranged from 0.53 μg/g to 1.59 μg/g.
Hepatoprotective Effect of Aged Black Garlic Extract in Rodents

In this study, we investigated the hepatoprotective effects of aged black garlic (ABG) in rodent models of liver injury. ABG inhibited carbon tetrachloride-induced elevation of aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT), which are markers of hepatocellular damage, in SD rats. D-galactosamineinduced hepatocellular damage was also suppressed by ABG treatment. However, ABG does not affect the elevation of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), a marker of hepatobilliary damage, in rats treated with carbon tetrachloride or D-galactosamine. We also examined the effect of ABG on high-fat diet (HFD)-induced fatty liver and subsequent liver damage. ABG had no significant effect on body weight increase and plasma lipid profile in HFD-fed mice. However, HFD-induced increase in AST and ALT, but not ALP, was significantly suppressed by ABG treatment. These results demonstrate that ABG has hepatoprotective effects and suggest that ABG supplementation might be a good adjuvant therapy for the management of liver injury.

Development of Set-Top Box-Typed Hardware Systems with Internet of Things-Based Embedded Middleware

This paper developed the set-top box-typed hardware terminal which process data collected from heterogeneous sensors and RFID readers. The developed terminal can reduce expenses because it can process tag data of heterogeneous sensors and RFID readers as the integrated terminal which collect and process data and be provided with users by the method which support several client applications with requirements of various tag data. This study developed the hardware terminal that support of common data formats which are necessary for sophistication of data processing modules of various sensors, stabilization of communication modules, and status management was improved. It extracted the core function of the middleware which are commonly necessary for various typed USN application services.
Direct Observation of an Antihomoaromatic Bicyclooctadienyl Cation

The question of the bicyclohomoaromatic stabilization and destabilization is examined. The chemistry of bicyclo(3.2.1)octa-3,6-dienide anion has been studied on order to test these concepts. The bicyclooctadienide anion is shown to be stable delocalized ion which undergoes a facile proton-deuterium exchange reaction. The solvolysis of bicyclo(3.2.1)octa-3,6-dienyl p-nitrobenzoate is much slower than the monoene analog. We have made direct observation of the bicyclooctadienyl and octenyl cations by $^{19}F$-nmr spectroscopy, and were able to demonstrate that the bicyclooctadienyl cation was bishomoantiaromatic.
