네비게이션 지도 상의 시각 정보 디자인 요소의 비교분석을 통한 표준화 기반 연구

본 연구는 국내 네비게이션 제작업체들에게 지도상의 메뉴 및 시각 정보에 대한 최적의 디자인을 위한 근거제공과 사용자들의 명확한 정보 인지를 통한 안전하고 편리한 운전 환경 조성을 위하여 네비게이션 지도상의 메뉴 및 운행 중 제공되는 시각 정보 디자인 요소의 비교분석을 통하여 표준화를 위한 기반을 마련하고자 하는 의도에서 시작되었다. 본 연구는 다양한 차량용 네비게이션 지도들을 사례분석 대상으로 정하여 조작 요소와 운행 중 나타나는 정보 전달 요소들의 표현방식과 레이아웃을 비교 분석함으로써 시각 정보 디자인 요소의 표준화를 위한 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구는 다음과 같은 과정으로 진행되었다. 첫째 국내 대표적인 차량용 네비게이션사(만도 팅크웨어 아틀란)의 4개 맵(맵피 지니 아이나비 파인드라이브)의 시각 정보 디자인 요소들을 다양한 운행 상황을 통해 추출하였다. 둘째 추출된 시각 정보 디자인 요소들을 조작요소와 정보전달 요소 구조 요소로 분류하고 일관성과 인지문제 요인의 관점으로 비교 분석하였다. 셋째 비교 분석 결과를 토대로 시각 정보 디자인 표현방식의 관습과 경향성을 찾고 문제점을 개선하는 방향으로 표준화 방향을 제시하였다. This study starts from the intention to prepare the foundation for design standardization of visual information and menus on car navigation map for domestic navigation map companies to provide standards for the optimal design and for user to have safe and convenient driving environment through clear and consistent perception of visual information. This paper aims to suggest standardization directions for visual information design of control and information elements of car navigation map through comparative analysis of 4 different map brands. The research process is as follows: First various visual information elements are collected through various kinds of driving situations from the recorded screens of 4 different navigation maps such as Mappy Gini I-navi and Finedrive which are the most popular brands in the market. Second collected visual information elements are categorized into three categories; control elements information elements and structure elements. Then they are compared and analyzed in terms of consistency and cognitive error. Third standardization directions of visual information design were suggested based on analysis to find conventions and tendency of visual presentation form.

Celiac disease (CD) is an immune-mediated enteropathy of small intestine diagnosed in both childhood and adulthood. CD is caused by gluten, which produces gliadorphin during its digestion. The enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) breaks gliadorphin down nevertheless the last tripeptide remains and eventually inhibits DPP4, thus slowing down its process. Therefore, the idea is to produce an additional DPP4 enzyme which is crucial. Consequently, the functional DPP4 gene was cloned into pCDNA3 intermediate (FLAG+DPP4) vector and finally a recombinant plasmid pSB1C3 (Andersons promoters+ FLAG+DPP4) was constructed using synthetic biology. Normally, a DPP4 inhibitor is used as a cure for diabetes. Another important concern was overexpression of DPP4, which might lead to diabetes, accordingly the work was also performed for the regulation of the DPP4 gene expression. In this regard, three types of Anderson promoters (strong, moderate and weak) were utilized to study the control overexpression. This is the first report of idealistic trial for control the exogenous DPP4 gene-expression by molecular biologic tools.

The Oriental mayfly, Ephemera orientalisMcLachlan, 1875 (Ephemeroptera: Ephemeridae), can be a promising candidate used for monitoring environ-mental risk in aquatic ecosystem. Its quite large distri-its genetic variability due to local selection and adap-tation according to environmental hazard gradient. Before addressing the hypothesis, we needed to havepolymorphic loci to discriminate individuals and cha-racterize a specific population. For this reason, mito-chondrial cytochrome oxidase-I subunit (mtCO-I) was chosen because of its relatively high mutational rate among mitochondrial genome. Two regional E. ori-entalis populations were obtained at Andong andHoengseong, where few industrial complexes werelocated and could be regarded as being conserved in genetic variability. The amplified product showed550bp in all tested samples and digested with Alu I andRsa I. Alu I cuts one site in wild type (major), buttwo sites in variants. Rsa I cuts one site in both wild and variant samples, but difered in position of the restriction site. With these markers, Andong and Hoeng-seong populations recorded variant ratios of 1.7% and 30.0%, respectively. However, wide-regional sampleand Russia did not show any variant types in thisanalysis, probably due to quite small numbers of sam-ples (one or two) in each location. In highly poly-morphic Hoengseong population, thorax morphological characters reflected the restriction site polymorphism.

아로마요법이 스트레스 관련 변인에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

최근 현대인들이 겪는 만성적 스트레스가 심각해짐에 따라 건강을 예방·치유하기 위한 대체요법으로 아로마테라피에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 바, 아로마요법이 스트레스에 미치는 개별 연구물들을 바탕으로 통합적인 결과를 도출하여 치유를 위한 체계적 근거를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2000년 1월-2017년 12월까지 수행 된 아로마테라피와 스트레스 변인과 관련한 연구 논문 129편을 기반으로 R프로그램의 ‘metafor’ package을 활용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 아로마요법이 스트레스에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례 수는 총 508개, 전체 효과크기가 0.394로 중 간 정도의 효과크기가 나타났고, 그에 따른 전체 38가지의 하위변인에서 정신적 스트레스가 -1.49로 다른 변인에 비해 가장 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 정신적(심리적) 완화를 위한 대체요법을 발견했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 한편, 한계점으로 병리, 의학, 건강에 접목한 다각적 연구가 부족했다는 점이다. 향후 연구에서는 융합적 접근을 통해 다양한 변인을 추가하여 연구를 진행해보고자 한다. Recently, as the chronic stress of modern people has become serious, interest in aromatherapy has been increasing as an alternative therapy to prevent and heal health. As a result, treatment has been developed based on individual studies of aromatherapy on stress. The purpose is to prepare a systematic basis for. Therefore, in this study, meta-analysis was conducted using the ‘metafor’ package of the R program based on 129 papers related to aromatherapy and stress variables conducted from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2017. As a result, the total number of cases for the effect of aromatherapy on stress was 508, and the overall effect size was -0.394, showing a moderate effect size, and the mental stress was -1.49 in all 38 sub-variants. It was analyzed to have the largest effect size compared to other variables. This study is significant because it has found alternative therapies for mental (psychological) relief. On the other hand, the limitation was that there was a lack of multi-faceted studies incorporating pathology, medicine, and health. In the future research, we intend to proceed with research by adding various variables through a convergent approach.

This paper presents BLDC FCM which constantly developing for a high-end European customer and continuously improving to maintain the state of the art. The FCM (fuel control module) controls a BLDC fuel pump according the demand of the engine in order to achieve an increase of fuel efficiency. The main functions of BLDC FCM are to achieve a desired fuel pressure in the low pressure pump lines in the vehicle using the feedback control loop logic of a BLDC fuel pump motor, the network communication over CAN bus line and failure monitoring and handling. To achieve optimum torque of BLDC fuel pump motor the phase commutation and rotor position have to be synchronized.
