        초·중·고등학교 학생, 학부모, 일반교사의 보건교육 요구

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify needs of health education of the students, parents, general teachers, and health teacher of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Method : 279 schools of elementary, middle, and high school were sampled nonproportionally during the period from June 28 to July 26, 2004 . The data were collected by the questionnaire from 1,888 students, 1,876 parents, 1,695 general teachers, 279 health teachers. A frequency, % and χ2-test were used to analysis by SAS program. Result : 1. It showed that 98.1% of elementary school students, 92.3% of middle school students, 89.6% of high school students answered that they need health education. The most of students, parents, and general teachers had high interests in health education. 2. In the case of students, main causes of needs of health education was 'to prevent diseases or accidents''. But parents answered that it was 'to build up a healthier behavior'. General teachers answered that it was 'more effective systematic and continuous health education'. 3. Over 80% of students, parents, and general teachers about the question of who qualified person is to teach health education as a regular class responded that health teacher is available. Especially 93% of elementary school students answered like that. 4. The most of students, parents, and general teachers answered that health education in the classroom is favorable 1 to 2 hours per week. Conclusion : As results of the study , the majority of students, parents, general teachers agreed needs of health education. Therefore, on the basis of this study, systematic and continuous health education is necessary. Additionally the establishment of independent health subject is required certainly.

        초·중·고등학교 학생·학부모·일반교사의 보건교육 영역별 요구도와 보건교육

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of health education in students, their parents and teachers in the elementary, middle and high schools and the current situation of health education class. Method: The subjects of this study were a total of 9450 persons including students, their parents and teachers from 279 schools throughout the country. They were selected through convenient sampling. Data were analyzed through x^(2)­test and ANOVA. Result: Students, their parents and teachers replied that 18 dimensions of health education class (DHEC) are necessary. The four DHEC - healthier life style, sex education, mental health and safety education - showed high educational needs in students, their parents, and teacher. High school students had higher educational need of 'symptom management for daily living' than elementary and middle school students. Students, their parents and teachers in elementary school had higher educational needs of 17 DHEC that those in middle and high school. The percentages of schools with health education class taught by health teachers were 99.2%, 75.5% and 66.0% respectively in elementary, middle and high schools. Health education was given mainly using physical education classes at elementary schools, and creative class hours at middle and high schools. In general, health education took 1-3 hours per week at elementary schools, and less than an hour at middle and high schools. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results, systematic health education class should begin from elementary school to meet the need of health education in students, their parents and teachers, and further study should be made on the number of hours required and the amount of contents of 18 DHEC.

      • 지방산, 지방 알코올 및 프로필렌글리콜이 클렌부테롤의 경피투과에 미치는 영향

        Clenbuterol, a selective β_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a potent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. For the purpose of developing a transdermal preparation for clenbuterol, we attempted to select an optimal solvent system and permeation enhancer among fatty acids and fatty alcohols which are known to accelerate the penetration of various drugs in permeation experiments using hairless mouse skin and Franz diffusion cell. Apparent partition coefficient of clenbuterol was increased as pH of buffer solution was increased and solubility of clenbuterol was increased as the percent of propylene glycol(PG) in buffer solution(pH10) was increased. Permeability of clenbuterol from different buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixtures was decreased as the percent of PG in pH 10 buffer solution was increased and among the various enhancers studied, lauryl alcohol was found to be the most effective enhancer, increasing the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 76-fold compared with control. Lauryl alcobol(0-2%) enhanced the permeability of clenbuterol concentration-dependently. In this study, the optimal solvent system for the penetration of clenbuterol was found to be 50/50 buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixture containing 2% lauryl alcohol.

      • 都市流域에서의 雨水流出에 關한 硏究(Ⅱ) : Analysis by the HEC-2 Model HEC-2 모델을 中心으로

        This study aims at the analysis of an storm-runoff characteristic considering an effect of backwater by external water stage in urban river basin. The HEC-2 model used in this study is designed to calculate water surface profiles for steady, gradually varied flow in natural or man-made channels. And the main objective of the HEC-2 program is to simply compute water surface elevations at all locations of interest for given flow values. Data requirement include flow regime, starting elevation, discharge, loss coefficients, cross sectional geometry, and reach lengths. The urban river basin in this used in this study is divided into sub-basins including A-line, D-line(the industrial area connected with POSCP), Kumu stream and Nam stream.

      • 핵사포드 기계 공구의 재구성을 위한 발-배치 알고리즘 개발

        본 논문에서는 새로운 병렬구조를 갖는 기계장치의 하나인 핵사포드 기계 기구의 발-배치 알고리즘에 대하여 기술한다. 모듈 병렬운동 기계의 구성을 위한 도구로써 핵사포드 기계 기구의 발-배치를 위한 해석법을 정의하고 제안한다. 이동 플랫폼의 제안된 작업 영역과 다리 모듈의 이동 범위에 기초하여 이 프로그램이 원하는 작업영역을 제공하기 위한 각 발의 가장 적절한 위치를 결정하는 것을 제시된 실험을 통하여 확인할 수 있다. This paper presents an investigation of new reconfiguration used for enhancing the ability of hexapods to adapt to the workspace change and assisting them to integrate into the current manufacturing environment. As a utility to guide the reconfiguration of module PKMs, this defined and presented a construction method for Foot-Placement Space (FPS). Based on the desired workspace of the mobile platform and the range of motion of theleg modules, the program will provide information on the feasible locations for the feet of the legs so that the required workspace can be realized. Experimental results have shown to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

      • 로봇응용에 있어서의 학습제어

        이 논문에서는 저자들에 의해 개발된 학습제어에 대한 연구결과를 총괄적으로 분류, 정리하였다. 여러 가지 방법들이 모든 시스템 즉, 시변과 시불변, 선형과 비선형, 시간영역과 주파수 영역, 그리고 이산적 시간과 연속적 시간 시스템에 대해서 개발되었다. 주제를 분류해 보면 1. 반복영역에 적용되는 적분 제어 개념에 기초를 둔 학습제어 2. 학습 과정의 향상된 과도응답을 제공하는 새로운 알고리즘(algorithm) 3. 간접 적응 학습제어 개념에 기초를 둔 간접 학습 제어 4. 직접 기준 모델 학습제어 5. 주파수 영역에 기초를 둔 학습제어 6. 학습제어에서 신경망(neural network) 이론의 사용 7. 분산식 학습 제어기들이 제안되고 있다. 이러한 학습 알고리즘들은 현재 로봇 제어에 주로 적용되고 있다. 일반적인 로봇은 분산된 제어기 구조를 사용하므로 분산된 학습제어 법칙은 로봇응용에서 특히 중요하다. This paper presents an overview of research results obtained by the authors in a series of publications. Methods are developed both for time-varying and time-invariant, for linear and nonlinear, for time domain and frequency domain, and for discrete-time and continuous-time systems. Among the topics presented are : 1. Learning control based on integral control concepts applied in the repetition domain. 2. New algorithms that give improved transient response of the learning process. 3. Indirect learning control based on indirect adaptive control ideas. 4. Direct model reference learning control. 5. Learning control based frequency domain. 6. Use of neural networks in learning control. 7. Decentralized learning controllers. These learning algorithms apply to robot control. The decentralized learning control laws are important in such applications because of the usual robot decentralized controller structure.

      • 수면 부유 방법에 의한 연초 육묘

        Carbonized rice hull, perlite, and vermiculite were mixed and investigated for the probability of tobacco transplant production by means of plug and transfer float system. These seedling bed materials in condition of float system have gaseous phase ranged from 6% to 13% showing a proper growth of tobacco seedling. However compost media mixed with soil, sand, and compost in condition of float system led to the shortage of respiration in root system by very low proportion of gaseous phase skewing a wicked growth of seedling. Absorption of heat by floating water for the daytime increased rhizosphere temperature in condition of float system during the night and low temperature season resulting in better growth of tobacco seedling. Consequently transplant production of tobacco seedling by float system with mixed materials of carbonized rice hull, perlite, and vermiculite was thought to be desirable method for manufacturing production system of transplant considering the effective management of water, nutrients, and temperature of seedling bed materials.

      • EXPERIMENTS IN THE USE OF FREQUENCY TYPE LEARNING CONTROL FOR PRECISION ROBOT MANIPULATOR

        The theory developed gives a unifying understanding of the stability boundary for convergence to zero tracking error, and of a stability condition obtained by using frequency response arguments. Experiments in the use of learning control for high precision tracking in robot manipulators are performed. These experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of learning control concepts for improving high speed tracking accuracy by a large margin, with minimal knowledge about the system dynamics, and doing so very quickly and easily. These experiments use a hierarchy of learning control laws, and study the ability of these laws to reduce errors in a large angle trajectory involving all seven joints of a redundant 7 degree-of-freedom Robotics Research commercial robot manipulator. In order to maximize the difficulty and nonlinearity of the problem, this trajectory reaches the maximum rated speed for several of the robot joints, and travels through much of the workspace. When using only the rather sophisticated built-in joint controllers on this robot, the tracking errors reached a maximum of roughly 9 degrees. Application of learning control laws for 5 or 10 repetitions of the trajectory resulted in a decrease in this tracking error by a factor of 100 to 1000, depending on which learning control law was employed.

        The social functions of dancing can be summed up as follows. 1. As a Communicatory function, dance is used not only to represent human will and expression biologically but also to produce dormant Capability and achieve physical-emotional unity. 2. As a play function, dancing satisfies human sportive instinct with its vertigo and Mimicry factors. 3. As an exorcistic function, man uses dancing in Shaman rituals and so forth as a way of getting over the limitations of human faculty. 4. As a medical function, man resorted to exorcisms in order to cure diseases by way of a catharsis methed in primitive times. Nowadays insane Patients and physically disabled persons are applied to a dance therapy. The researcher hopes many futher studies will be made along the medical function of dancing, so that the importance of dancing can be appreciated to cure and prevent illness.

      • 내식성 복합재구조물 제작용 비닐에스테르 수지의 조성 및 그 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper dealed the studies on the fomulation and properties of vinyl ester resin for chemical resistant composite structures. The chemical structure of vinyl ester, Derakane 510A-40 and its hardener were characterized by H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR and infrared spectroscopies. The Derakane 510A-40 resign was identified to be have the structure of tetrabromobisphenol A epoxy-baed vinylester carrying the enthylenically unsaturated end groups. The spectral analysis on vinylester hardener indicated that is composed of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and inactive aromatic compounds. The test on the mechanical and thermal properties of cure vinyl ester specimens were also tested. The tensile strength and modules wer 10,300 psi and 480 Ksi, whereas the flexural strength and modulus wer 17,200 psi and 520 Ksi. The heat deflection temperature of cured vinyl ester resin was 107℃.
