      • A Comparative Study on the Types of Conflicts between Historical and Cultural Attractions: Bukchon Hanok Village

        As tourist attractions in residential areas are threatened by the dwelling environment such as privacy violation, noise and garbage dumping, changes in traditional commercial areas, and the damage to the residential environment, Strategies and support are needed to identify and resolve conflicts. The purpose of this study is to understand and resolve the conflicts caused by tourist attractions in the historical and cultural sightseeing districts selected and managed in urban areas with various historical meanings. Through this study, it is found that the conflicts between the settlement and settlement in the Hanok Village in Bukchon, Seoul, conflicts between the public and the residents, conflict between the residents and visitors. Participants in the resident population residing in Gahoe-dong showed much inconvenience to the situation that they were injured by the unspecified number of residents without consent. Research participants who are aimed at tourism experiences that are not related to residential or commercial purposes are also aware of similar discomfort experiences.

      • 카페형 떡 전문점 이용 경험이 고객 만족 및 관계 지속성에 미치는 영향

        한국인들은 간편하고 편하게 먹을 수 있는 인스턴트 식품을 선호하며, 떡은 젊은이들에게는 매력적이지 않다고 생각합니다. 이에 떡 소비를 활성화하고 떡의 인지도와 활용도를 높이기 위한 연구가 필요합니다. 이번 연구는 떡 카페 경험이 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였고, 떡 소비 활성화와 떡 인지도와 활용도를 높이기 위한 계획을 도출하기 위해 설문 조사를 진행하였습니다. 연구 결과, 먼저 떡의 맛, 품질, 서비스, 분위기 등 다양한 요소를 고려하여 고객 만족도를 높이는 것이 중요합니다. 둘째, 고객 충성도를 높이기 위해서는 고객 만족도를 유지하고 향상시키는 것이 필요합니다. 셋째, 고객 충성도를 유지하고 강화하여 관계의 연속성을 높이는 것이 중요합니다. Koreans prefer instant foods that are easy and convenient to eat, and do not find rice cakes appealing to younger generations. Therefore, research is needed to activate rice cake consumption and increase awareness and utilization of rice cakes. The goal of this study was to analyze the impact of rice cake cafe experiences on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to derive plans to activate rice cake consumption and increase awareness and utilization through a survey. The research results show that first, it is important to increase customer satisfaction by considering various factors such as taste, quality, service, and atmosphere of rice cakes. Second, to increase customer loyalty, it is necessary to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Third, it is important to maintain and strengthen customer loyalty to increase the continuity of the relationship.

        치유농업 프로그램이 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

        Since COVID-19, the number of people in need of physical and mental rest has increased, and activities that suit individuals' tastes are being conducted outdoors rather than indoors, and various studies on healing agricultural programs are being conducted. In this study, agricultural healing, animal-mediated healing, and horticultural healing programs were set as independent variables to find out the satisfaction and revisit intention of the healing agricultural program. 141 questionnaires were received from churches and office workers in Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, touching animals was the best in animal healing, high, and crop processing experience was the best in agricultural healing, and gardening was the best in horticultural healing. According to the usage status, the cost was in the order of cost, program content, and value, and the cost was 30,000 won to 40,000 won (5 hours as of the 1st), which was the most preferred to participate in the agricultural healing program, and satisfaction and revisit intention were high. In the future, agricultural healing programs will be needed to further develop various and valuable programs and improve awareness levels.
