        주민참여형 농어촌 테마공원 개발계획 연구 : 청풍지구 농어촌 테마공원을 중심으로

        Rural theme park is an on-going business that has been practiced by Ministry for Food, Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries since 2007. The business aimed to facilitate urban and rural interchange and local economy activation. Rural theme park themed communities by using unique natural and cultural properties owned by the locals. the project adopts bottom-up development that reflects opinions of residents in the tourism planning process. However, it seems to be true that residents have been excluded from tourism planning process even if they were the host of the project for the reasons of lack of knowledge on community-based rural tourism development and lack of experience on bottom-up development. The case of Chung Poong Area in Je Cheon rural theme park used in this study has prioritize residents' involvement in planning procedure. This project emphasized the importance of residents' participation and their role in the entire process of tourism development that ranges from project site decision to the major business decision. Thus, this study suggests a direction that can be used for the future rural theme park projects and community-based project related to planning and design in rural area. 농어촌 테마공원(Rura1 Theme Park) 사업은 2007년부터 농림수산식품부에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 농촌관광 수요를 충족하고 농촌지역의 활성화를 위해 진행하고 있는 사업으로 도농교류 및 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 농어촌 테마공원은 농촌지역이 가지고 있는 고유한 자연적,문화적 자원 등을 주제로 지역특색에 맞게끔 다양한 형태의 테마공원을 조성하는 것으로 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하는 상향식 사업으로 진행해 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 실질적인 주체인 지역주민의 경우 주민참여형 농환지역개발사업에 대한 이해부족과 상향식 사업에 대한 경험부족 등으로 계획수립 과정에서 소외되고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 연구는 제천지구 농어촌 테마공원 기본계획을 수립하는 과정에서 지역주민의 참여를 우선적으로 고려하였으며,대상지 선정에서부터 주요사업 도출과정에 이르기까지 계획수립의 전과정에서 걸쳐서 지역주민의 참여와 역할에 대해서 언급하고 있다. 따라서 향후 농어촌테마공원뿐만 아니라 농어촌지역계획 수립과 관련한 주민참여형 사업에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

      • Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Korean Wheat Cultivars Using Microsatellite DNA Polymorphisms

        Genetic background and phylogenetic relationships among 20 Korean wheat cultivars were assessed using microsatellites after amplifying with 13 SSR primer pairs. Average allele number per primer pair was 3.36. Genetic similarities for every pair of cultivars ranged from 0.42 to 0.97, with 0.69 of overall average. Korean cultivars were divided into two major groups based on microsatellite DNA polymorphisms. Group I consisted of relatively old cultivars developed until 1970s, and group II contained the recent cultivars developed during 1980s and 1990s. Amongst old elite cultivars/lines, ‘Yukseung 3’, ‘Norin 12’ and ‘Norin 72’ contributed most to the genetic background of cultivars belonging to group I, and ‘Norin 4’, ‘Norin 12’, ‘Norin 43’ and ‘Norin 72’ to group II, respectively. The phylogenetic relationship of Korean wheat cultivars was in accordance with the genealogical data of each cultivar. The genetic background of each cultivar was assessed from the point of breeding and germplasm management such as variety identification and duplicated accessions for assisting in developing a system for the registration of new variety based on the molecular characterization in future.

      • 폐주물사를 혼입한 콘크리트의 내구특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to evaluate durability of concrete which are increasingly demanded recently. Concrete durability properties incorporating waste foundry sand was performed with the variable of W/C ratio, Sand/Waste foundry sand ratio and Air entrainment-Non air entrainment. Cylinder specimens were made and subjected to freezing and thawing cycle at -18℃ and 4℃. Dynamic modulus of elasticity were as F/T cycle increase. The results show that decreasing W/C ratio and AE concrete makes improved resistance of freezing and thawing improved. Especially, resistance for freezing and thawing is improved by Fine aggregate/Waste foundry sand ratio which is 50%, 25%, 0% in a row.

      • 생촉매에 의한 바이오디젤 생산 (I)

        The biocatalytic conversion of vegetable seed oil into biodiesel, monoalkyl fatty acid ester, was studied. Biodiesel is an alternative biodegradable diesel fuel to petroleum-based diesel fuel. Recently, biodiesel has drawn attractions in many developed countries because of its low environmental burdens and high crude oil price. For biodiesel production, renewable feedstocks such as vegetable seed oil is used as starting material through transesterfication reaction of triglycerides in oil with short chain alcohol such as methanol. In this work, we investigated the effects of molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil on conversion rate of vegetable oil into monoalkyl fatty acid ester. As the molar ratio of methanol was increased from 1:1 to 1:3, the conversion was decreased dramatically, likely caused by the inhibition of lipase activity owing to excess methanol. In addition, different acyl acceptors constituting a single phase with vegetable seed oil, such as methyl acetate and ethyl acetate, were exploited at a molar ratio soybean oil/acyl acceptor of 1:3 to increase conversion and to study the feasibility of mass production of biodiesel using immobilized lipase repeatedly.

      • 불안저감치료음악을 통한 정신훈련이 골프퍼팅학습에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mental practice accompanied by anxiety relaxation music therapy on golf putting Learning The subjects, forty male students in H Middle School, Who were willingly applied for the experiments, were divied into four groups (each group has 10 subjects) : the group for physical training, physical training accompanied by anxiety relaxation music therapy, mental-physical training, and mental training accompanied with music for anxiety relaxation therapy before physical training. The results of the experiments through 10 pre-tests, 60 acquisition phase, 20 retention phase were analyzed One-way ANOVA, which was the supplementary program of SPSS/PC+. In order to ascertain any differences among the groups another analysis was performed by Tukey's HSD. The results were the followings. 1) Mental Practice was effective to improve Golf Putting Learning. 2) Anxiety Relaxation Therapy Music was effective to improve Golf Putting Learning.

      • 중앙체계와 분산체계에 관한 연구

        Distributed Computing 은 최근 자료처리 분야의 주요 논제로 등장하고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 맞추어 컴퓨터 제조업체는 이에 대한 자체 기술 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지도 중앙화와 분산화에 대한 논의는 지속되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 중앙화/분산화 체제 구성시 은행시스템을 관점으로 하여 시스템 구성시 발생되는 여러 자료처리의 기술적 관점을 연구하였다. Distributed computing has become a main trend in the data processing world. Corresponding to this trend, major computer manufacturers have recently announced their own distributed network architectures as supporting tools for implementing information network systems. Still, there is much argument about centralization and distribution of information processing resources. In this paper same considerations for design of centralized/distributed processing systems in banking system are given, along with some aspects accompanied with systems design such as various data processing technologies.

        Program에 依하여 制御되는 data들은 通常 主記憶裝置에 貯藏되지 않고 輔助記憶裝置에 貯藏되어 處理된다. 現在 普及되고 있는 16 Bit personal computer에서는 資料의 Sort時 Internal Sort가 不可能하여 sort utility를 使用하고 있다. 이는 資料處理의 단계가 細分化되어 連續的이지 못하고 Sort時마다 중단되게 된다. 이러한 問題點 解決을 爲하여 file의 組織體係와 high level lunguage의 特性을 硏究하여 personal computer에서도 大形 computer의 sort와 같은 性能을 발휘하게 할 수 있는 file의 sort 方法에 대하여 硏究하였다. Data handled by normal programs are procedes not saved in the main storage but in auxiliary storage. The present 16 bit personal computer uses sort utilies and it is impossible with the internal sorting to treat data sort. Since each data processing stage is seperated each other, such a stage is not successive when in sorting. For the solution of such problems, this paper is particulary focused on the study of file organization systems and the pecularties of high level languages. Such a solution as file sorting methods can provide the defects of personal computers which the device above to meet the advantages of general purpose computers.

      • 국내 아스팔트 포장의 소성변형으로 인한 유지보수 비용 및 방지대책에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 아스팔트 포장의 현장조사 자료를 근거로 기존 포장을 유지보수하기 위하여 사용한 과거 10년간의 예산사용액을 타토목구조물과 비교 검토하였으며, 소성 변형으로 인한 문제점, 소성변형에 영향을 미치는 인자를 분석하였다. 특히, 우리나라 소성변형 발생원인 및 특성, 소성변형 발생 장소 및 유형을 조사 분석하여 소성변형 방지방안에 대해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 아스팔트 포장의 소성변형으로 인하여 매년 증가하고 있는 유지보수 비용을 절감하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. The study was compare and review the budget of other civil structure with that which has been used to maintain and repair the old pavement for ten years on the field investigation data of asphalt pavement as well as to analyze the problems occurred by the plastic deformation and the factors affecting plastic deformation. In especial, the method to prevent plastic deformation was reviewed by analyzing the causes and characteristics, place, type which plastic deformation has occurred in Korea. The purpose of this study is to decrease the cost of maintenance thtat had been increased due to the plastic deformation of asphalt pavement.

        SDS-PAGE를 이용한 우리나라 벼 유전자원의 저장단백질 특성평가

        벼 종실의 단백질 함량 및 조성은 식미에서 매우 중요한 형질로서, 우리나라 벼 유전자원의 종실 단백질 조성의 특성을 평가하고자 재래종 벼 390점, 샤레 46점 및 앵미 105점을 공시하여 SDS-PAGE방법으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 우리나라 벼 유전자원의 단백질 패턴은 60kD 및 13kD의 단배질 분포에 따라 총 24개형으로 구분되었다. 2. 저장 단백질 중 60kD의 밴드패턴에 의한 분석에 의하면 앵미 및 샤레벼의 63%, 재래종의 91%, 육성종 100%가 진한 밴드패턴을 보였다. 3. 저장단백질 13kD밴드의 패턴에 의해 6가지 형태로 구분되었으며, 대부분의 accessions은 13kD-a 및 13kD-b사이에 추가적인 밴드가 관찰되었다. Protein contents and their composition are very important in controlling rice quality. A total of 633 rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties/lines consisting of 390 landraces, 46 Share and 105 Red rice weedy type collection, and 92 improved varieties were analyzed for endosperm storage protein evaluation using single seed of each accession. Proteins were separated by the Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The 24 different types were developed based on the polypeptide banding patterns of 60kD and 13kD proteins. In the 60kD polypeptide banding pattern, almost 63% of Red rice and Share collection showed thick band intensity, while 91.1% of landraces and 100% of improved varieties had weak band intensity. Six types were discriminated at the near 13kD polypeptide by the intensity and migration mode. Most of accessions had two bands at prolamin of 13kD-a and 13kD-b, but one band was detected between 13kD-a and 13kD-b of the 21 accessions of the Red rice collection and five improved varieties.

        임플란트 hexagon 높이에 따른 임플란트와 주위 조직의 응력분포 평가

        PURPOSE. To analyze the stress distribution of the implant and its supporting structures through 3D finite elements analysis for implants with different hexagon heights and to make the assessment of the mechanical stability and the effect of the elements. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Infinite elements modeling with CAD data was designed. The modeling was done as follows; an external connection type ∅4.0 mm×11.5 mm OsstemUSII (Osstem Co., Pusan, Korea) implant system was used, the implant was planted in the mandibular first molar region with appropriate prosthetic restoration, the hexagon (implant fixture’s external connection) height of 0.0, 0.7, 1.2, and 1.5 mm were applied. ABAQUS 6.4 (ABAQUS, Inc., Providence, USA) was used to calculate the stress value. The force distribution via color distribution on each experimental group’s implant fixture and titanium screw was studied based on the equivalent stress (von Mises stress). The maximum stress level of each element (crown, implant screw, implant fixture, cortical bone and cancellous bone) was compared. RESULTS. The hexagonal height of the implant with external connection had an influence on the stress distribution of the fixture, screw and upper prosthesis and the surrounding supporting bone. As the hexagon height increased, the stress was well distributed and there was a decrease in the maximum stress value. If the height of the hexagon reached over 1.2 mm, there was no significant influence on the stress distribution. CONCLUSION. For implants with external connections, a hexagon is vital for stress distribution. As the height of the hexagon increased, the more effective stress distribution was observed. 연구 목적: 본 연구는 hexagon 높이에 따른 임플란트 각 부위와 주위 지지조직의 응력분포를 3차원 유한요소 해석을 통해 평가하여 hexagon 높이가 기계적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 시행되었다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 외측 연결 형태의∅L4.0 mm×11.5 mm USII (Osstem Co., Pusan, Korea) 임플란트 시스템을 이용하여 하악 제 1대구치 부위에 임플란트를 식립하여 보철 수복한 경우를 연구 모델로 가정하고 임플란트 고정체의 외측 연결부인 hexagon의 높이를 각각 0.0 mm, 0.7 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm로 적용한 CAD data를 유한요소 모형화하였다. ABAQUS 6.4 (ABAQUS Inc., Providence, RI, USA)를 이용하여 산출된 응력 값 중에서 등가응력을 기준으로 각 요소(상부 치관, 지대주 나사, 고정체, 치밀골, 해면골)에서 나타나는 최대 응력 값을 비교 하였다. 결과:외측 연결을 갖는 임플란트의 hexagon의 높이는 고정체, 지대주 나사, 상부 보철물 그리고 주위 지지골에 대해 응력 분산에 영향을 주었다. Hexagon의 높이가 증가할 수록 임플란트의 응력 분산은 더 잘 이루어졌으며, 최대 응력 값의 감소를 보였다. Hexagon의 높이가 1.2 mm 이상이 되면 응력 분포에 더 이상 크게 기여하지 않았다. 결론: 외측연결을 갖는 임플란트에서 hexagon은 응력 분산에 필수적인 요소이며 그 높이가 증가할수록 더욱 효과적인 응력의 분산이 나타났다.
