A Signal Subspace Interference Alignment Scheme with Sum Rate Maximization and Altruistic-Egoistic Bayesian Gaming

( Shixin Peng ),( Yingzhuang Liu ),( Hua Chen ),( Zhengmin Kong ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2014 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.8 No.6

In this paper, we propose a distributed signal subspace interference alignment algorithm for single beam K-user (K≥3) MIMO interference channel based on sum rate maximization and game theory. A framework of game theory is provided to study relationship between interference signal subspace and altruistic-egoistic bayesian game cost function. We demonstrate that the asymptotic interference alignment under proposed scheme can be realized through a numerical algorithm using local channel state information at transmitters and receivers. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve the total degrees of freedom that is equivalent to the Cadambe-Jafar interference alignment algorithms with perfect channel state information. Furthermore, proposed scheme can effectively minimize leakage interference in desired signal subspace at each receiver and obtain a moderate average sum rate performance compared with several existing interference alignment schemes. ENERGY-SAVING MODEL PREDICTIVE CRUISE CONTROL COMBINED WITH VEHICLE DRIVING CYCLES

        SiLun Peng,ZhiHao Xu,JianHua Li,Feng Xiao,Xu Zhang,ShiXin Song,Da Wang,ChunYang Qi,JianFeng Wang 한국자동차공학회 2022 International journal of automotive technology Vol.23 No.2

This study analyzes the problem of adaptive cruise control of vehicles in different driving cycles and divides diverse weight coefficient intervals for the vehicles under the different driving cycles to improve the adaptability of the vehicles in various environments. This paper first describes the driving environment of the adaptive cruise vehicle, and a model prediction algorithm with fixed weight coefficients is established to control the vehicle state. Then, a neural network is established to identify the vehicle driving cycles, the weight intervals are divided in accordance with different driving cycles, and the weight value is dynamically adjusted through fuzzy control. Lastly, the variable weight coefficients of different driving cycles are combined with the model prediction controller. The software cosimulation shows that the method designed in this paper plays a positive role in the fuel economy of adaptive cruise.

Differencing Multiuser Detection Using Error Feedback Filter for MIMO DS-UWB System in Nakagami Fading Channel

( Zhengmin Kong ),( Yanjun Fang ),( Yuxuan Zhang ),( Shixin Peng ),( Guangxi Zhu ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2012 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.6 No.10

A differencing multiuser detection (MUD) method is proposed for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) direct sequence (DS) ultra-wideband (UWB) system to cope with the multiple access interference (MAI) and the computational efficiency in Nakagami fading channel. The method, which combines a multiuser-interference-cancellation-based decision feedback equalizer using error feedback filter (MIC DFE-EFF), a coefficient optimization algorithm (COA) and a differencing algorithm (DA), is termed as MIC DFE-EFF (COA) with DA for short. In the paper, the proposed MUD method is illuminated from the rudimental MIC DFE-EFF to the advanced MIC DFE-EFF (COA) with DA step by step. Firstly, the MIC DFE-EFF system performance is analyzed by minimum mean square error criterion. Secondly, the COA is investigated for optimization of each filter coefficient. Finally, the DA is introduced to reduce the computational complexity while sacrificing little performance. Simulations show a significant performance gain can be achieved by using the MIC DFE-EFF (COA) with DA detector. The proposed MIC DFE-EFF (COA) with DA improves both bit error rate performance and computational efficiency relative to DFE, DFE-EFF, parallel interference cancellation (PIC), MIC DFE-EFF and MIC DFE-EFF with DA, though it sacrifices little system performance, compared with MIC DFE-EFF (COA) without DA.

      • Centimeter-Long and Large-Scale Micropatterns of Reduced Graphene Oxide Films: Fabrication and Sensing Applications

        He, Qiyuan,Sudibya, Herry Gunadi,Yin, Zongyou,Wu, Shixin,Li, Hai,Boey, Freddy,Huang, Wei,Chen, Peng,Zhang, Hua American Chemical Society 2010 ACS NANO Vol.4 No.6

Recently, the field-effect transistors (FETs) with graphene as the conducting channels have been used as a promising chemical and biological sensors. However, the lack of low cost and reliable and large-scale preparation of graphene films limits their applications. In this contribution, we report the fabrication of centimeter-long, ultrathin (1−3 nm), and electrically continuous micropatterns of highly uniform parallel arrays of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films on various substrates including the flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films by using the micromolding in capillary method. Compared to other methods for the fabrication of graphene patterns, our method is fast, facile, and substrate independent. In addition, we demonstrate that the nanoelectronic FETs based on our rGO patterns are able to label-freely detect the hormonal catecholamine molecules and their dynamic secretion from living cells.

Graphic Abstract

ACS Electronic Supporting Info
