Co(II) 이온과 N₂O₃계 거대고리 리간드와의 착물 형성에 관한 연구

The stability constants of the complexes of Co(II) ion with N₂O₃-donor macrocyclic ligands such as 1, 15-diaza-3, 4:12, 13-dibenzo-5, 8, 11-trioxacycloheptadecane(NenOdienH₄):1, 15-diaza-3, 4 : 12, 13-dibenzo-5, 8, 11-trioxacyclooctadecane(NtnOdienH₄) have been determined by uv-vis spectrophotometric method in DMSO solution. In order to obtain the enthalpy and entropy changes of complexation reaction of Co(II) ion with these ligands, the stability constants have been measured at 20-60℃. From the results, the followings have been obtained, 1) In DMSO solution, Co(II) ion forms a 1:1 complex with these ligands. 2) The order of stability constants is NenOdienH₄< NtnOdienH₄. 3) The complexation reaction are exothermic and show the positive entropy changes.

The stability constants of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) ions with macrocyclic ligands containing nitrogen and oxygen donors such as 1, 15-diaza-3, 4:12, 13-dibenzo-5, 8, 11-trioxacycloheptadecane(NEOD), 1, 12, 15-triaza-3, 4 : 9, 10-dibenzo-5, 8-dioxacycloheptadecane(NDOE) have been determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometric method in DMSO. The order of complex stability constants of the transition metal ions with ligands is Co(II) < Ni(II) < Cu(II), the same as the natural order of stability published by Williams-Irving, and stability constants have been found to be effected by the chelate effect of macrocyclic ligands, so the order of ligands effect is NEOD < NDOE.

The protonation constants for the macrocyclic ligands containing nitrogen and oxygen donors such as 1, 12-diaza-3,4 : 9, 10-dibenzo-5, 8-dioxacyclopentadecane(NtnOenH₄), 1, 13-diaza -3,4 : 10, 11-dibenzo-5, 9-dioxacyclohexadecane( NtnOtnH₄) have been determined by potentiometric titration at 25℃. In order to obtain the enthalpy and entropy changes of complexation reaction of Co(II)ion with these ligands, the stability constants have been measured by uv-vis spectrophotometric method at 20~45℃. Protonation constants and stability constants have been found to be effected by the basicities of the macrocyclic ligands. The complexation reactions are exothermic and show the positive entropy changes. ?? studies showed that the stepwise additions of Co(II) ion the macrocyclic ligands of constant concentration induced spectral changes. The large chemical shifts of protons nearest aside the nitrogen were noticeable with the addition of Co(II) ion.
N₂O₂계 거대고리 리간드와 중금속 이온과의 착물형성에 관한 연구

The protonation constants for the macrocyclic ligands containing nitrogen and oxygen donors such as 1,12-diaza-3, 4 : 9, 10-dibenzo-5, 8-dioxa-cyclopentadecane(NtnOenH₄), 1, 13-diaza-3, 4 : 10, 11-dibenzo-5, 9-dioxacyclohexadecane(HtnOtnH₄) have been determined by potentiometric titration at 25°C. In order to obtain the stability constants of complexation reactjon of Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ) ion with these ligands, half-wave potential have been measured by polarographic method at 25°C. Protonation constants and stability constants have been found to be effected by the basicities of the macrocyclic ligands and macrocyclic effect.

본 논문에서는 캐비티 백(Cavity-back) 구조를 이용한 신호 정보 수집용 광대역 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 캐비티 구조를 가지는 접지면, 마이크로스트립 급전선, 슬롯이 식각된 사각패치로 이루어져 있다. 제안된 안테나는 55 mm×40 mm×10 mm의 크기에서 캐비티 구조를 통해 광대역의 대역폭을 갖는다. 안테나의 측정된 10 dB 반사손실 대역폭은 5,030 MHz(3.02~8.05 GHz)이며, 중심주파수 5.05 GHz에서 비 대역폭 90.9 %을 가진다. ANSYS사의 HFSS v.15.0.0을 이용하여 제안된 안테나의 설계 및 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 제작 및 측정을 통해 안테나의 성능 및 설계방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. In this paper, a cavity back slot antenna with a rotated rectangular patch is proposed. The proposed antenna consists of a ground plane with cavity structure, a microstrip feed line, and a rectangular patch with slot. With a dimension of 55 mm×40 mm×10 mm, the proposed antenna has the wide bandwidth due to the cavity structure. Measured 10 dB return loss bandwidth and fractional bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 5,030 MHz(3.02~8.05 GHz) and 90.9 % at the center frequency of 5.05 GHz. The proposed antenna is designed and simulated using ANSYS HFSS v.15.0.0. The designed antenna is fabricated and tested to validate its performances.
Vasoconstriction Potency Induced by Aminoamide Local Anesthetics Correlates with Lipid Solubility

<P>Aminoamide local anesthetics induce vasoconstriction <I>in vivo</I> and <I>in vitro</I>. The goals of this <I>in vitro</I> study were to investigate the potency of local anesthetic-induced vasoconstriction and to identify the physicochemical property (octanol/buffer partition coefficient, pKa, molecular weight, or potency) of local anesthetics that determines their potency in inducing isolated rat aortic ring contraction. Cumulative concentration-response curves to local anesthetics (levobupivacaine, ropivacaine, lidocaine, and mepivacaine) were obtained from isolated rat aorta. Regression analyses were performed to determine the relationship between the reported physicochemical properties of local anesthetics and the local anesthetic concentration that produced 50% (ED<SUB>50</SUB>) of the local anesthetic-induced maximum vasoconstriction. We determined the order of potency (ED<SUB>50</SUB>) of vasoconstriction among local anesthetics to be levobupivacaine > ropivacaine > lidocaine > mepivacaine. The relative importance of the independent variables that affect the vasoconstriction potency is octanol/buffer partition coefficient > potency > pKa > molecular weight. The ED<SUB>50</SUB> in endothelium-denuded aorta negatively correlated with the octanol/buffer partition coefficient of local anesthetics (<I>r</I><SUP>2</SUP> = 0.9563; <I>P</I> < 0.001). The potency of the vasoconstriction in the endothelium-denuded aorta induced by local anesthetics is determined primarily by lipid solubility and, in part, by other physicochemical properties including potency and pKa.</P>

<P> Unified random access memory (URAM) is demonstrated for the first time. The novel partially depleted (PD) SONOS FinFET provides unified function of a high-speed capacitorless 1T DRAM and a nonvolatile memory (NVM). The combination of an oxide/nitride/oxide (O/N/O) layer and a floating-body facilitates URAM operation in PD SONOS FinFETs. An NVM function is achieved by FN tunneling into the O/N/O stack and, a 1T-DRAM function is achieved by excessive-hole accumulation in the PD body. The fabricated PD SONOS FinFET shows retention time exceeding 10 years for NVM operation and program/erase time below 6 ns for 1T-DRAM in a single-cell transistor. These two memory functions are guaranteed without disturbance between them. </P>
