원자로 압력용기용 SA508 cl.3강재의 서브머지드 아크 용접부에서 입열량이 미세조직과 인성에 미치는 영향
고진현,김세철,서윤석 한국기술교육대학교 2003 論文集 Vol.10 No.1
The microstructures of RPV SA508 class 3 steel multipass weld metals with submerged arc welding process by varying the heat inputs of 2.4kJ/mm and 3.6kJ/mm were investigated by optical and scanning electron microscopes. The microstructures were also compared between as-welded and postweld heat treatment conditions. The relationships between weld microstructures and toughness as well as hardness of weld metals were evaluated. The toughness and hardness of weld metals were enhanced a little in the lower heat input of 2.4kJ/mm. The microstructures of welds made at the lower heat input used in this study consisted of a little higher proportion of acicular ferrite than those of welds made at the higher heat input(3.6kJ/mm), in which unfavorable microstructure to toughness such as grain boundary ferrite and banitic structure were increased.

It has been known that fracture of medial epicondylar apophysis of distal humerus may be isolated of associated with elbow deslocations. We have experienced a case which medial epicondylar fracture of the distal humerus was associated with subluxation of the radial head. Initially, we had tried reduction of subluxated radial head by closed method, but failed. Finally open reduction gad been performed. At 6 month after open reduction, clinical and radiological result were excellent. As it is difficult for those associated injuries to occur simultaneously and the similar cases never have been reported yet, we would like to present this case with a review of the literature.

The present study investigated the effect of Cortex mori radicis (CMR) and Patrinia saniculaefolia (PS) on the osteogenic differentiation of the human mesenchymal stem cell. CMR and PS have been used as herbal medicine in traditional Korean medicine for a long time. Mesenchymal stem cells that can differentiate into adipocyte, chondrocyte and osteocyte recently issued as a therapeutic agent for degenerative disease. Here, mesenchymal stem cells isolated from synovial fluid of osteoarthritis patient, were cultured in specific media to differentiate into osteogenesis. Osteogenic differentiated mesenchymal stem cells were confirmed using Von Kossa and Arizarion Red S staining. And, the cells were divided into 4 groups: control group, CMR treated group, PS treated group and mixture treated group. To determine the effect of the herbal samples on the osteogenic mesenchymal stem cell, OCT4, SOX2 and NANOG mRNA expressions, known as the key maintenance factors of mesenchymal stem cell was measured using real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). As a result, the maintenance factors, OCT4, SOX2 and NANOG, were more increased in cells treated by CMR, PS and the mixture of two herbs than control group. Therefore, we confirmed the enhancing effect of CMR, PS and their mixture on the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells which derived from the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis patient. This study demonstrates that the effect of the herbal samples on the osteogenic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cell may have a possibility to be a therapeutic agent for the osteoarthritis patients.

Abstract
Amlodipine has a potential to reduce clopidogrel bioactivation through the cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme in vivo, but the clinical impact of this interaction remains controversial. This randomized, open-label, two-period, crossover study was performed to evaluate the influence of amlodipine on the haemostatic profiles of high-risk patients during clopidogrel treatment. We recruited 40 Asian patients (Male/Female: n = 36/4) receiving clopidogrel (75 mg/day), aspirin (100 mg/day) and rosuvastatin for at least 6 months following percutaneous coronary intervention. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either 5 mg daily amlodipine or not for 2 weeks, and then were crossed over to the other treatment for 2 weeks. Haemostatic measurements were conducted with the VerifyNow assay and thromboelastography (TEG). Primary endpoint was P2Y12 Reaction Units (PRU) during on- versus off-amlodipine treatment. The on-amlodipine strategy showed higher level of PRU compared with the off-amlodipine strategy (176.8 ± 75.4 vs. 150.7 ± 65.5 PRU; ∆mean: 26.1 PRU; ∆95% confidence interval [CI]: 4.5-47.7 PRU; p = 0.019). Platelet-fibrin clot strength measured by TEG was lower during on- versus off-amlodipine treatment (7,712 ± 1,889 vs. 8,559 ± 2,174 dyne/cm2; ∆mean: -847 dyne/cm2; ∆95% CI: -1,632 to -62 dyne/cm2; p = 0.035). After amlodipine discontinuation, 27 patients (67.5%) showed a decrease in PRU, which was associated with ‘PRU ≥ 160 on-amlodipine’ in multivariate analysis (odds ratio: 62.014; 95% CI: 2.302-1670.328; p = 0.014). In conclusion, amlodipine increases platelet reactivity and decreases platelet-fibrin clot strength during clopidogrel treatment. In addition, the effect of amlodipine discontinuation on clopidogrel responsiveness is associated with on-amlodipine platelet reactivity.

The molecular features of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae strains isolated in Korea were compared with strains isolated in Japan and Italy. Sequencing of eight P. syringae pv. actinidiae and three P. syringae pv. theae strains revealed a total of 44 single nucleotide polymorphisms across 4,818 bp of the concatenated alignment of nine genes. A multiplex PCR assay was developed for the detection of P. syringae pv. actinidiae and for the specific detection of recent haplotype strains other than strains isolated since the 1980s in Korea. The primer pair, designated as TacF and TacR, specifically amplified a 545-bp fragment with the genomic DNA of new haplotype of P. syringae pv. actinidiae strains. A multiplex PCR conducted with the TacF/TacR primer pair and the universal primer pair for all P. syringae pv. actinidiae strains can be simultaneously applied for the detection of P. syringae pv. actinidiae and for the differentiation of new haplotype strains.

Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae strains, the causal agents of bacterial canker on kiwifruit, were isolated from Korea and Italy in 2011. Among 87 isolates, a total of six representative strains, three from Korea and three from Italy, were identified on the basis of biochemical and physiological tests. Identities were confirmed by PCR using P. syringae pv. actinidiae-specific primers PsaF1/R2, which amplified a 280-bp DNA fragment. The strains isolated from Korea in this study displayed BOX-PCR patterns similar to those isolated from Italy but different from those isolated previously in Korea or the pathotype P. syringae pv. actinidiae strain. The effector hopA1 and hopH1 genes, which are known to be present in strains isolated recently from France and Italy, were also present in P. syringae pv. actinidiae strains, SYS1, SYS2 and SYS4, isolated from Korea in this work. However, no amplicons of the expected size were obtained from strains previously isolated from Korea and Japan. In addition, the Korean strains isolated in this work belonged to haplotype I for the cts gene identical to those strains isolated from recent outbreaks in Italy. These results suggest that P. syringae pv. actinidiae strains isolated from Korea and examined in this work are a new type of strain similar to those found from recent outbreaks in Italy. This is the first report on the occurrence of cts haplotype I strains of P. syringae pv. actinidiae affecting kiwifruit plants in Korea.
