        CT사진을 이용한 한국인의 C형 치근관의 분포에 대한 연구

        Purpose : To investigate the incidence and prevalence of C-shaped root canal using computed tomographic images of head and neck in Korean population. Materials and Methods : Regardless of each examination purpose, randomly selected 268 examples which have serial axial computed tomographic images with 8 normal molars in maxilla and mandible were selected and investigated. Defined C-shaped root canal and we could get 82 proper image examples in view of this definition. These were detected and investigated of incidence and prevalence of C-shaped root canal. Results : C-shaped root canals were found in 82 examples among 268 (30.6%) and 147 teeth. They were only found on molar area, and the highest incidence was 37.41% of left mandibular second molars, and the lowest was 2.04%of right maxillary second molars. On prevalence of tooth position, mandibular second molar was the highest, 65% of C-shaped root canal teeth and maxillary second molar was 6% the lowest. Conclusion : 31% of randomly selected CT images no considering check-up reason have C-shaped root canals. The C-shaped root canals of mandibular second molar are found most frequently and they are also detectable on maxilla. On Korean population, C-shaped root canals are one of conditions that have to concern with dental treatment for it appears at a high prevalence relatively.

      • Ag 가 첨가된 비정질 유리반도체 As_2S_3의 물리적 특성

        비정질 유리 반도체 As_2S_3에 Ag를 0, 5.7, 9.1, 12. at%로 첨가하여 thermal evaporation방법으로 박막 시료를 만들어 직류 전기 전도도, 광 흡수도를 측정하였다. X선 회절 실험 결과 각 시료는 비정질임이 확인되었다. 273K에서 373K 온도 영역에서의 직류전기 전도도는 7.04x10^-17(Ω^-1cm^-1)에서 8.66x10^-12(Ω^-1cm^-1_의 값을 나타내며 Ag의 농도가 증가함에 따라 직류 전기 전도도는 증가하였다. 직류 전기 전도도는 σ=σ_0exp(-ΔE_α/KT)의 관계식을 만족하고 광학적 에너지 gap은 Ag의 농도가 증가함에 따라 2.34, 2.12, 1.89, 1.78eV로 감소하였다. E_-ΔE_α의 값은 Ag의 농도에 관계없이 거의 일정하였다. D.C. electrical conductivity, optical absorption experiments on glassy semiconductor As_2S_3+Ag for which the Ag concentration is 0, 5.7, 9.1, 12.3 at. % are investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. From the result of X-ray diffraction experiment, it was convinced that each sample was amorphous semiconductor. Over the temperature range from 273˚K to 373˚K, the d.c. conductivity of the investigated samples is 8.66x10^-12(Ω^-1cm^-1)∼7.04c10^-17(Ω^-1cm^-1). As Ag concentration increases, the electrical d.c. conductivity increases. D.C. conductivities are proportional to inverse of temperature and satisfy the relation σ=σ_0exp(-ΔE_α/KT). The optical energy gap decreases with the Ag concentration having the value of the range from 2.34eV to 1.79eV. It is also shown that the value of difference E_g-ΔE_α is independent of Ag concentration.

      • Gymnemic acid의 간장 및 신장의 조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

        생체에 투여된 물질은 생체내에서 아무 변화없이 체외로 배설되는 경우도 있지만, 대부분은 체내에서 여러가지 생화학적 변화를 거쳐 배설된다. 이런 체내에서의 생화학적 변화는 주로 간장에서 일어나고, 이런 물질과 그 대산사물의 배설은 주로 신장에서 이루어지며, 일부는 다른 경로를 통하기도 한다. 그러므로, 약물의 대사 및 배설장기인 간장과 신장에 이런 물질이 축적되면 그 장기가 손상되는 악순환을 거치게 된다. 이에, 본 실험은 2000여년 전부터 오늘에 이르기까지도 인도지방에서 비만이나 당뇨병에 대한 민간요법제로 이용되어 온 Gymnema sylvestre 잎의 유효성분인 gymnemic acid의 신장과 간장의 조직에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 실시하였다. 실험동물은 정상 Wistar계 웅성 흰쥐(체중 200gm 내외)를 사용하였고, 실험기간중에 먹이와 물은 자유로이 공급하였다. 실험군은 정상대조군과 동일한 조건하에서 15일동안 gymnema산을 각각 500㎎/㎏, 800㎎/㎏의 용량으로 하루 3회, 즉 오전 7시, 오후 2시, 오후 7시에 각각 경구투여하고, gymnema산 투여 15일째 24시간동안 절식시킨 후 경동맥사혈로 희생시킨 다음 개복하여 간우측 전엽과 우측 신장을 적출하여 일반 육안적 소견과 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색상의 광학 현미경적 소견을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 흰쥐 신장의 육안적 소견과 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견에서는 정상 대조군과 GA투여군에서 특기할 만한 소견이 관찰되지 않았다.(Fig 1-a, 1-b, 1-c). 2. GA(500㎎/㎏)투여군 흰쥐 간장에서 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견상 간소엽의 중심대와 일부 중간대에서 동양혈관이 확장되었고, 간세포대의 배열이 불규칙해졌으며, 간세포내의 간세포배열이 불규칙해졌고, 공포변성이 초래된 간세포도 관찰도었다(Fig. 3-a,3-b). 3. GA(800㎎/㎏) 투여군 흰쥐 간장에서 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견상 간소염 전반에 걸쳐 동양혈관이 확장되었고, 간세포대배열이 불규칙해졌으며, 간세포대내의 간세포 배열이 불규칙해졌고, 공포변성이 초래된 간세포도 관찰되었다(Fig. 4-a, 4-b). The majority of the chemicals that enter a living system is taken to elimination by hepatic biotransformation and renal excretion of its metabolites and unchanged form. But, some chemicals are also excreted into feces or through other routes. Therefore, the accumulation of the chemicals in the liver and kidney have damaged the organs. It was more than 3000 yours ago that Gymnema sylvestre. Asclepaidaceae piant indegenous to certain regionss of the tropical and subtropical countries, began to be used a popular folk medicine among native population in India in order to treat obesity and "Madhumeha(DM)" and its use still continues to today in India. Theorefore, this study has the purpose to investigate the effect of gymnemic acid(GA) Which is an effective ingredient of Gymnema sylvestre on the liver and the kidney. In the study, Wistar albino male rats weighing around 200gm were divided into three groups, basic diet group(control), GA(500㎎/㎏)group, GA(800㎎/㎏)group, and administered orally the gymnemic acid for 15 days in dose of 500㎎ and 800㎎ per ㎏ of body weight triple a day. All animals were sacrificed at 15 days after the daministration of gymnemic acid and starved for 24 hours sacrificing them, the specimens and eosin. The specimens have been examined grossly and light microscopically. The results were as follows. 1. In the gross and light microscopic observations of the kidney, the control and all experimental groups were not observed pathologic findings. 2. The gross observations of the liver of the of the control and all experimental groups wrer not observed pathologic findings. 3. The sinusoidal dilation, hepatic cord irregularity and disarrangement of hepatocyte were observed in the central zone and a part of intermediate zone of the hepatic lobule of the 15 days GA(500㎎/㎏) administered group. 4. The sinusoidal dilatation, hepatic cord irregularity, disarrangement of hepatocyte and abnormal shaped hepatocytes were observed in all zonesof the hepatic lobule of the 15 days GA(800㎎/㎏) administered gruop. Consequently, it is suggested that administration of large dose of gymnemic acid in the normal rats induces hepatic cellular damages.

        There has been a difficulty in implementing control algorithms (including even proportional-integral-derivative control algorithms) designed to verify and test to many small-scale simulators. In particular, it was almost impossible to implement advanced control algorithms to them. Therefore, it is required to develop a new simulator that facilitates the implementation of advanced control algorithms and the interface between different kinds of application programs. The objective of this work is to improve the existing small-scale simulator (FISA-2/WS) for the Kori unit 2 nuclear power plant and thus enable advanced control algorithms to be tested and verified by being applied to it. The developed simulator consists of FORTRAN, Visual C++, and MATLAB programs and an advanced control method using a receding horizon control method was applied to it to control the steam generator water level.

In this study, measure physical & chemical properties and biodegradable properties of base stock and additives that is used to lubricant, and developed water-soluble metal working fluid by slide-way fluid combined use. Biodegradability of developed combined use fluid for 28 days is displayed lower than 10 ppm, and more superior performance than similar fluids in lubrication special quality test.

        웹 뉴스의 기사 추출과 요약

        뉴스 콘텐츠 등 웹을 통해 제공되는 많은 정보들은 불필요한 클러터를 많이 포함하고 있다. 이러한 클러터들은 문서의 요약 추출, 검색과 같은 자동화된 정보처리 시스템의 구축을 어렵게 한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 뉴스 콘텐츠를 추출하고 이를 요약하는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 추출 시스템은 HTML로 된 뉴스 콘텐츠를 입력받아 DOM 트리와 유사한 요소 트리를 구축하며, 이 요소 트리에서 HTML 태그의 하이퍼링크 속성을 갖는 클러터를 제외하면서 본문을 추출한다. 추출 시스템을 통해 추출된 본문은 요약시스템으로 전달되어 핵심 문장이 추출된다. 요약 시스템은 공기관계 그래프를 이용하여 구성한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템을 통해 추출된 요약 문장은 SMS와 같은 메시지 서비스를 통하여 PDA이나 모바일 폰 등에 전송될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Many types of information provided through the web including news contents contain unnecessary clutters. These clutters make it difficult to build automated information processing systems such as the summarization, extraction and retrieval of documents. We propose a system that extracts and summarizes news contents from the web. The extraction system receives news contents in HTML as input and builds an element tree similar to DOM tree, and extracts texts while removing clutters with the hyperlink attribute in the HTML tag from the element tree. Texts extracted through the extraction system are transferred to the summarization system, which extracts key sentences from the texts. We implement the summarization system using co-occurrence relation graph. The summarized sentences of this paper are expected to be transmissible to PDA or cellular phone by message services such as SMS.

        <P>Previously, AIMP3 (aminoacyl-tRNAsynthetase-interacting multifunctional protein-3) was shown to be involved in the macromolecular tRNA synthetase complex or to act as a tumor suppressor. In this study, we report a novel role of AIMP3/p18 in the cellular aging of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). We found that AIMP3/p18 expression significantly increased in senescent hMSCs and in aged mouse bone marrow-derived MSCs (mBM-MSCs). AIMP3/p18 overexpression is sufficient to induce the cellular senescence phenotypes with compromised clonogenicity and adipogenic differentiation potential. To identify the upstream regulators of AIMP3/p18 during senescence, we screened for potential epigenetic regulators and for miRNAs. We found that the levels of miR-543 and miR-590-3p significantly decreased under senescence-inducing conditions, whereas the AIMP3/p18 protein levels increased. We demonstrate for the first time that miR-543 and miR-590-3p are able to decrease AIMP3/p18 expression levels through direct binding to the AIMP/p18 transcripts, which further compromised the induction of the senescence phenotype. Taken together, our data demonstrate that AIMP3/p18 regulates cellular aging in hMSCs possibly through miR-543 and miR-590-3p.</P>
