Greedy 알고리즘을 이용한 라이브러리 맵핑에 관한 연구

본 논문은 원천 컴포넌트의 기능보다 목표 컴포넌트의 기능이 적을 경우 목표 컴포넌트로 동일한 기능을 수행하는 Greedy 알고리즘을 제안하였다. Greedy 알고리즘은 각 컴포넌트의 함수를 비교하여 목표 컴포넌트에 부족한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 잉여 로직을 추가하여 맵핑하는 알고리즘이다. 예제로 선정한 원천 ALU는 3개의 산술기능을 갖고있고 목표 ALU는 2개의 산술기능을 갖고 있는 컴포넌트이다. 본 논문의 Greedy 알고리즘을 이용하여 동일한 기능을 수행하기 위하여 맵핑된 결과 2×1 MUX 1개와 인버터 1개가 추가되어 동일한 기능을 수행하였다. 따라서 실제의 시스템을 구현할 때 CAD 물상에서 라이브러리가 제공되지 않을 경우, 본 논문에서 제안한 HLLM 기술을 이용하여 기본적으로 제공되는 라이브러리를 이용하여 동일한 기능을 수행할 수 있었다.
Datapath 콤포넌트의 설계를 위한 covering and scheduling 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 HDL로 기술된 연산자들을 그래프 형태인 DFG로 구성한 후 각 RT 함수에 따른 template들을 검색 한 후 본 논문에서 제안한 커버링-스케줄링 알고리즘을 통해 RT 콤포넌트에 최종적으로 맵핑을 하게 된다. 커버링-스케줄링 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 Elliptic 필터는 34개의 RT 콤포넌트에 맵핑 되었고, FFT는 12개의 RT 콤포넌트에 미분기는 24개의 RT 콤포넌트에 각각 할당된 결과를 얻어내었다. 실험 결과에서와 같이 기존의 설계 방식 보다 본 논문에서 제안한 커버링-스케줄링 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 RT 함수를 검색하는 빈도수(Complexity)가 크게 향상 되었음을 알 수 있다. 앞으로의 과제는 대용량의 회로를 효율적으로 맵핑할 수 있는 커버링-스케줄링 알고리즘에 대한 연구와 Critical 경로를 계산하는 알고리즘에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 파랑과 흐름이 공존하는 해역에서 수위변화 및 흐름효과 고려 유무에 대하여 파랑모델을 수행하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 해수유동장은 RIAMOM 모델 결과를 적용하였으며 파랑모델은 SWAN모델을 적용하였다. 바람자료는 ECMWF, NCEP 및 JMA의 3가지에 대하여 관측자료를 비교적 잘 재현하는 JMA 자료를 적용하였다. 수치모의는 2016년 1월~8월까지 8개월간 수행하였으며, 각 경우에 대하여 관측자료와의 비교를 위하여 2.5 m 이상의 고파랑 기간에 대해 파고변화를 검토하였다. 분석결과, 수심이 깊은 파랑관측부이 정점에서는 수위/흐름효과를 고려할 경우 파고변화가 크지 않게 나타났으나, 수심이 얕은 비교 정점에서는 수위/흐름효과의 고려 여부에 따라 5~10%의 유의미한 파고변화가 나타났다. In this study, wave model was conducted on the presence or absence of water level changes and currents effects in coastal waters coexisting with waves and currents, then the results were compared. The flow field applied the results of the RIAMOM model and the wave model applied the SWAN model. Among ECMWF, NCEP and JMA, wind data applied JMA data sets which agreed well with the observed data comparatively. Numerical simulation was conducted for 8 months from January to August 2016. For each case, the deviation of wave height was calculated for the high wave of more than 2.5 m for comparison with observed data. As a result, the deviation of wave height was not significant both considering water level changes and currents effects or not at wave observation stations installed in deep waters. However, a significant deviation of wave height of 5~10% was obtained depending on water level changes and currents effects at the comparison point in shallow waters.

Antioxidant enzymes are scavenger reactive-oxygen intermediates and are involved in many cellular defense systems. We previously reported that a crude extract of Garnoderma Iucidum, a medicinally potent mushroom, profoundly increased the catalase gene expression and enzyme activities in mouse livers (Park et al., J. Biochem. Mol. Biol. 34. 144-149, 2001). In this study, we elucidated the detailed mechanism whereby G. lucidum stimulates the catalase activity and expression. The major active fraction was isolated from G. lucidum and methyl linoleate was considered the most major component of the fraction. In order to determine whether methyl linoleate increases mRNA and protein synthesis of catalase, Northern and Western blot analyses were performed in vivo with methyl linoleate-treated mouse liver homogenate after feeding methyl linoleate to the mice. Northern and Western blot analyses of the crude liver homogenates in the mice that were administered methyl linoleate revealed that the expression catalase was significantly increased when compared to the untreated controls. In addition, the catalase protein levels and enzymatic activities increased in the mouse liver homogenates. These results suggest that methyl linoleate that is produced by G. lucidum stimulates the catalase expression at the transcription level.

Confined Pt and $CoFe_2O_4$ nanoparticles (NPs) in a mesoporous core/shell silica microsphere, Pt-$CoFe_2O_4$@meso-$SiO_2$, were prepared using a bi-functional linker molecule. A large number of Pt NPs in Pt-$CoFe_2O_4$@meso-$SiO_2$, ranging from 5 to 8 nm, are embedded into the shell and some of them are in close contact with $CoFe_2O_4$ NPs. The hydrogenation of cyclohexene over the Pt-$CoFe_2O_4$@meso-$SiO_2$ microsphere at $25^{\circ}C$ and 1 atm of $H_2$ yields cyclohexane as a major product. In addition, it gives oxygenated products. Control experiments with $^{18}O$-labelled water and acetone suggest that surface-bound oxygen atoms in $CoFe_2O_4$ are associated with the formation of the oxygenated products. This oxidation reaction is operative only if $CoFe_2O_4$ and Pt NPs are in close contact. The Pt-$CoFe_2O_4$@meso-$SiO_2$ catalyst is separated simply by a magnet, which can be re-used without affecting the catalytic efficiency.
