        자동차 유리 제조업에서의 설비개선 방안 연구 : 근골격계질환 예방중심 혼합 유전자 알고리듬

        The goal of this study is to propose the improved scheme that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders. A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of questionnaire that was obtained from the workers having the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, it was analyzed that 371 workers corresponding to 80.1% out of the total respondents suffered or currently suffers from an ache, tingle, and numbness. The result of QEC analysis shows that the waist and the shoulder are highly exposed to the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. In case of TRIM process of gluing glass, the degree of risk on the hands and wrists is high due to repeated operation of 1200 times per day in a pinch-grip posture. The result of RULA analysis shows that the factors of muscle and weight is comparatively less risky than those of a working-posture. It also shows that the risk of musculoskeletal disorders is highly influenced by a immoderate bend of shoulder, wrist, and neck. The result of OWAS shows that, with the exception of one posture, the highest level of "4" was recorded on all of working postures. This means that the relevant working posture is seriously injurious to musculoskeletal system Therefore, the immediate improvement of facilities and the fulfillment of prevention pro-gram of musculoskeletal disorders are required in relevant workplace.

      • Pendant Crown Ethers 운반체를 이용한 에멀젼 액체막계에서의 Pb^2+ 분리

        Acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6 단위체는 '4-hydroxymethyl benzo-18-crown-6와 acryloyl chloride을 반응시켜 합성하였다. Poly(acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6)는 벤젠용매하에서 AIBN을 개시제로하여 제조하였다. [0.001mole/L M(NO_3)_n(M^2+ =Na^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Sr^2+, Ba^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Cd^2+, Mn^n+ 와 Pb^2+)]를 포함한 source phase와 거대고리 리간드 [acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6와 poly(acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6)]와 계면활성제 Span 80을 포함한 toluene 막 그리고 Li_4P_2O_7를 포함하는 receiving phase로 구성되어진 에멀젼 액체막계에서 source phase로 부터 금속이온들의 소멸속도를 연구하였다. 금속이온의 이동에 관한 실험에서, 각 혼합물로 부터 Pb^2+ 이온이 가장 높은 이동율을 나타내었다. Acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6 was synthesized by reacting 4'-hydroxymethyl benzo-18-crown-6 with acryloyl chloride. Poly(acryolyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6) was prepared in benzene by using AIBN as an initiator. The disapperance of metal ions from source phase as a function of time was studied in emulsion liquid membrane systems comprised in an aqueous source phase [0.001mole/L M(NO_3)_n(M^n+ =Na^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Sr^2+, Ba^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Cd^2+, Mn^2+ 와 Pb^2+)], a toluene membrane containing of the macrocyclic ligand[acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6 and poly(acryloyl methyl benzo-18-crown-6)] and the surfactant Span 80, and an aqueous Li_4P_2O_7 receiving phase. In the experiment for metal ions transport using this emulsioning liquid membrane, the Pb^2+ ion transport was more higher than other metal ions.

      • An Analysis of the Quality of Repeated Plate Load Tests Using the Harmony Search Algorithm

        <P>We report a characteristic function to determine whether repetitive static plate load test (RSPLT) moduli are within an acceptable quality range, based on a comparison between the initial loading values and reloading moduli. The results of RSPLTs depend on the experience and expertise of the engineer carrying out the test, as well as the loading device, hydraulic jack assembly, and bearing plates. To identify outlier data points, well-tested data were used to develop a characteristic function model using a harmony search algorithm error minimization technique. This measure was applied to determine the reliability of RSPLT data.</P>

      • 燐酸施肥量 差異가 靑刈豌豆의 主要形質 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        本 硏究는 濟州道에서 燐酸施肥量差異가 靑刈豌豆의 主要 形質과 收量에 미치는 影響을 究明하기 위하여 濟州在來豌豆와 Sparkle을 供試하여 1998年 3月부터 5月까지 修行하였으며 試驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 開花日數는 燐酸施肥量이 많아짐에 따라 늦어지는 傾向이었다. 品種問의 開花日數는 濟州在來豌豆가 빨랐고, Sparkle은 늦은 편이었다. 2. 草長은 燐酸施肥量이 많을수록 길었으며, 品種間에는 各 處理區에서 濟州在來豌豆가 길었고, Sparkle은 짧았다. 3. 莖直經, 主莖節數는 濟州在來豌豆 Sparkle 두 品種 供히 燐酸施肥量이 增加할수록 增加하였다. 4. 10a當 靑刈收量은 두 品種 모두 燐酸施肥量이 많아짐에 따라 漸次的으로 增加되는 傾向이었다. 5. 濟州求來談臺의 草長과 靑刈收量과는 高度로 有意한 正의 相關을, Sparkle은 正의 相關關係가 있어서 두 品種 모두가 草長이 길수록 靑刈收量이 많았다. Two pea cultivars, 'Cheju local pea' and 'Sparkle', were planted on 3 March at Cheju at 5 phosphate rates(0, 5, 10, 15, 20kg/10a) to determine the optimum phosphate fertilization rate. Days to flowering increased as phosphate rate was increased. Days to flowering of Cheju local pea was earlier than that of Sparkle. The more phosphate rate, the higher plant height Plant height of cultivar Cheju local pea was taller than of Sparkle. As phosphate rate was increased, stem diameter and number of nodes per plant of two cultivars increased. Fresh forage yield of two cultivars linearly increased as phosphate rate was increased from 0 to 20kg/10a. Plant height for each cultivar was positively correlated with fresh forage yield.

        Cutaneous horn is a clinical decription for a cohesive mass of cornified mterial protruding from the surface of the skin. The incidence of cutancous horn is relaively rare and the lesion is usually single, The predilection sites are known to be the exposed area of the skin, that is, face, ear, dorsum cf hand etc. Soles are reported as the least common site of the cutaneous horn. Here, we report two cases of cutaneous horn. The one was a 49 year old schzophrenic male who had multiple cone shaped protrusions on hoth soles for 10 year. The other was 17 year old, boy who had a single cornified protrusion on the left forhead. The histopa.thologic findings from the base of two cases were consistent with benign hyperplastic epithelium.

      • Dendritic cells and M2 macrophage play an important role in suppression of Th2-mediated inflammation by adipose stem cells-derived extracellular vesicles

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Although stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) have been shown to facilitate regeneration of injured tissue, there is no report that evaluates the immune-modulating effect of stem cell-derived EVs on Th2-mediated inflammation. In this study, we evaluated the immunomodulatory effects of adipose stem cells (ASCs)-derived EVs on Th2-mediated inflammation induced by <I>Aspergillus</I> protease antigen in lung epithelial cells. The EVs were isolated from supernatant of ASCs and the diameters of EVs were measured by using dynamic light scattering. The mice primary lung epithelial cells and mouse lung epithelial cell line (MLE12) were pre-treated with 200 ng/ml of <I>Aspergillus</I> protease and then treated with 1 μg/ml of ASC-derived EVs. Real time PCR was performed to determine the expression levels of eotaxin, IL-25, TGF-β, and IL-10 mRNAs after EV treatment. To evaluate the role of EVs in macrophage polarization and dendritic cells (DCs) differentiation, <I>in vitro</I> bone marrow-derived macrophage and DCs stimulation assay was performed. EV treatment significantly decreased the expression of eotaxin and IL-25 and increased TGF-β and IL-10 in both lung epithelial cells. EV treatment significantly increased the expression of co-stimulatory molecules such as CD40, CD80, and CD 86 in immature DCs. Furthermore, EV treatment significantly enhanced the gene expression of M2 macrophage marker such as Arg1, CCL22, IL-10, and TGF-β. In conclusion, EVs of ASCs ameliorated Th2-mediated inflammation induced by <I>Aspergillus</I> protease antigen through the activation of dendritic cells and M2 macrophage, accompanied by down-regulation of eotaxin and IL-25, and up-regulation of TGF-β and IL-10 in mouse lung epithelial cells.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> EVs of ASCs ameliorated Th2-mediated inflammation induced by <I>Aspergillus</I> protease antigen. </LI> <LI> ASCs secrete EVs with a size range of approximately 100–200 nm. </LI> <LI> EVs of ASCs induced M2 macrophage polarization. </LI> <LI> EVs of ASCs induced DCs maturation. </LI> <LI> EVs of ASCs might be an alternative candidate to treat allergic airway diseases. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Inheritance of Resistance to Bacterial Blight in Tongil Type Rice Cultivar "Changseongbyeo"

        The inheritance of resistance to bacterial blight in a Tongil-type rice cultivar 'Changseongbyeo' was studied using a Korean isolate HB9101. which belongs to race K1 . The resistance of Changseongbyeo to the HB9101 was controlled by a single dominant gene. This gene was allelic with Xa-1 gene and linked to Ig gene on chromosome 4 with the recombination value of 7.5%.

        Knowledge Evolution in Construction Automation Research

        Construction automation and robotics have been widely adopted in the construction industry as a promising solution to such issues like a shortage of skilled labor and the difficulties workers face in harsh working environments. The analysis of the knowledge structure and its evolution from the existing articles helps identify essential knowledge elements and possible future research directions. This study attempts to (1) construct keyword networks from the papers published in the International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction (ISARC), (2) investigate how keywords and keyword communities are associated with each other, and (3) examine the changes in the crucial keywords over time. Through cluster analysis, 79 keywords were categorized into four groups (BIM, Building construction, Sensing, and GPS as representative keywords) with similar structural positions. Research trends show that research themes related to Infrastructure, Construction equipment, and 3D have consistently received a large amount of attention, regardless of geographical region. Research on as-built status model utilization through BIM and Laser scanning and improving Energy performance is taking place more frequently. In contrast, research studies related to problem-solving based on Neural networks are not as common as previously. This study provides useful insights into the construction automation field, at both the macro and micro levels.
