        피트니스 웨어러블 기기의 사용자경험이 상품애착 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향

        피트니스 웨어러블 기기는 신기술상품으로 기술수용의 관점에서 연구되어왔다. 그러나 피트니스 웨어러블 기기에 대한 수용은 급증하고 있음에도 지속사용은 오히려 감소하고 있다. 따라서 이제 피트니스 웨어러블 기기는 지속사용의 관점에서 연구되어야 할 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 피트니스 웨어러블 기기에 대한 사용자 경험이 해당 기기에 대한 애착과 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 피트니스 웨어러블 기기에 대한 사용자들의 경험 요소를 쾌락적 경험, 상징적 경험, 인지적 경험, 신체적 경험의 4개 요인으로 구성하여 상품애착 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 분석을 위해 피트니스 웨어러블 기기 중 스마트밴드 사용자들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여, 총 238명의 데이터를 SPSS와 LISREL 프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 검사도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 연구모형 및 가설 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석 결과, 상징적 경험과 인지적 경험, 그리고 신체적 경험은 모두 상품애착에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 쾌락적 경험은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 상품애착은 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Adoption of fitness wearable device has been studied by integrating with the technology acceptance model. Despite fitness wearable device users have been increasing, continuos usage rates are rather decreasing. This study thereby intends to develop a research model enabling a systematic prediction of fitness wearable device usage, with implications for the intentions of continuos usage of the fitness wearable device. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of experience(i.e., hedonic experience, symbolic experience, epistemic experience, and physical experience) of fitness wearable device users on product attachment and continuous use intention. 238 questionnaires from smart band user were used to analyze the proposed hypotheses using LISREL. The reliability and validity of the measurement assessing the proposed factor structure were examined via CFA, while the strength and direction of the hypothesized causal paths among the constructs were analyzed via SEM. Results showed that symbolic experience, epistemic experience, and physical experience had positive impacts on product attachment. However, the impact of hedonic experience on product attachment was not significant. In addition, product attachment had a positive impact on continuous use intention.

        Comparative analysis of win and loss factors in women's handball using international competition records

        This study identifies factors affecting match results from major international competitions in women's handball in the last four years. The 12 countries that participated for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were included in the analysis, and a total of 281 matches from 4 major international competitions were analyzed. To identify factors affecting winning and losing, independent sample t-test and logistic regression analysis were conducted on the variables present in the official records. The findings present several factors that have positive and negative effects on match results. In the analysis of differences in win and loss factors, 6m goals success rate, 9m success rate, FB goals and shooting, AS, BS, and ST had positive effects on winning. Logistic regression analysis had 84.5% accuracy. 6m and Wing goal, 9m success rate, FB shooting, GK Wing save rate, and GK 9m save rate increased the probability of winning.

      • The Effects of Local pride on Derby attractiveness and Team support: The case of K-League

        Purpose: The success of Professional sports basically depends on an increase of the number of spectators. As an effective strategy to promote sport fans, the importance of Local Franchise System has been increased because this system encourages local fans to have strong attachment to the local Professional Sports Teams, which induces them to faithfully support the team. In Korean Professional Soccer league, the effects of the Local Franchise System have been insufficient in spite of the early start of this system in 1996. However, the first derby match has been appeared this year since the establishment of Korean Professional Soccer league and the local derby match has attracted much interest from soccer fans. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among local pride, derby attractiveness, and team support of the local residents. Method: This research used a questionnaire to collect data from Suwon derby match spectators. Among the 300 surveys collected, final 257 data were analyzed by PASW 18.0 by way of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. Result: First, local pride had a significant effect on derby attractiveness. Second, local pride had a significant effect on all the sub-factors of team support such as watching intention, word of mouth intention, supporting intention. Third, derby attractiveness had a significant effect on all the sub-factors of team support. Conclusion: This research identified the relationships among local pride, derby attractiveness, and team support of the local residents on the K-league derby match between Suwon Samsung Blue wings and Suwon FC. Thus, this study provided academic and practical implications about domestic derby match for the future.

      • A study of the influence of sports center instructors` communication characteristic on instructors trust and participating engagement

        Purpose The behavior of people consists of verbal and non-verbal Communication expression. As sports center employees interact with customers in person, it is crucial for them to make use of effective communication skills as the best strategy to survive. Customers’ satisfaction and participating engagement would be improved if instructors’ trust is positively perceived through the proficient communication skills. Based on this background, the purpose of this study was to identify the effects of sports center instructors’ communication characteristics on instructors trust and participating engagement. In detail, this study divided verbal communication into expertise, vocabulary explanatory power, assertiveness, and empathy. Non-verbal communication was divided into paralanguage, kinesics, appearance and proxemics. These communication characteristics were analyzed to have impacts on instructors trust and participating engagement. Method: This study used a questionnaire to collect data from sports center customers participating programs. Among the total of 350 surveys collected, 300 data were used for analysis. The date was analyzed by PASW 18.0 by way of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis Result: There are five major findings below. First of all, verbal communication variables such as expertise, vocabulary explanatory power, assertiveness, and empathy had significant effects on instructors trust. Second, all the variables for verbal communication also had significant effects on participating engagement. Third, non-verbal communication variables such as paralanguage, kinesics, appearance and proxemics had significant effects on instructors trust. Fourth, all the variables for non-verbal communication also had significant effects on participating engagement. Fifth, sports center instructors trust had significant impacts on participating engagement. Conclusion: This study identified the fact that positive perception toward sports center instructors’ verbal and non-verbal communication increases instructor trust, which in turn affects the participating engagement. As the importance of sports industry has been increasing, sports centers should improve their positive image and create value by providing high quality service programs. In addition, instructors should not only use suitable both verbal and non-verbal communication skills but also improve their competitiveness themselves, which will have a key role on the relationship with customers.

        아웃도어 스포츠 참여자의 SNS 커뮤니티 활동이 사회적 자본 형성과 구전의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 아웃도어 스포츠 SNS 커뮤니티 참여자의 SNS 커뮤니티 활동이 사회적 자본 형성과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 스포츠 SNS 커뮤니티 활동이 아웃도어 스포츠 참여에 대한 긍정적 구전에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이들 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아웃도어 스포츠 관련 SNS 커뮤니티의 참여자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법과 눈덩이 표본추출법을 통해 설문조사를 실시하여 총 278명의 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 아웃도어 스포츠 참여자의 SNS 커뮤니티 활동은 연결적, 결속적 사회 자본 형성과 구전의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 자본 중 연결적 사회 자본만이 구전의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, SNS이용과 긍정적 구전의도 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개 효과를 검증한 결과, 연결적 사회 자본만이 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of SNS community activities of outdoor sport SNS community participants on social capital and word-of-mouth(WOM). Specifically, we explored the mediating effect of social capital on the relationship between outdoor sports SNS use and WOM. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the participants of outdoor sports using convenience sampling method and snowball sampling method to obtain 278 valid samples. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were employed to examine the proposed hypotheses. Results showed that SNS community use directly enhanced bridging and bonding social capital of participants, and increased intention to spread positive words about outdoor sports. Furthermore, bridging social capital has a positive association with WOM. However, the effect of bonding social capital on WOM was not observed. The study also confirmed the partial mediating effects of bridging social capital in the relationship between use and WOM. Implications for sport industry and academia were discussed.

        프로스포츠 구단의 윤리경영, 구단동일시, 팬 충성도의 영향 관계 검증

        본 연구는 프로스포츠 구단의 윤리경영, 구단동일시, 팬 충성도의 관계를 규명하고, 윤리경영과 팬 충성도 사이에 구단동 일시의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 프로스포츠 팬 450명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 353부의 자료가 최종분석에 활용되었고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 윤리경영은 구단동일시와 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구단동일시는 태도적, 행동적 충성도 모두에 영향을 미쳤으며, 윤리경영과 충성도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 스포츠 구단의 윤리경영, 구단동일시, 충성도 사이에 존재하는 메커니즘에 대한 이해를 돕고 있으며, 이를 토대로 학술적 실무적 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among ethical management, team identification, and fan loyalty of professional sports teams, and to verify the mediating effect of team identification between ethics management and fan loyalty. A survey was conducted on 450 professional sports fans through the convenience sampling method and a total of 353 data were used for final analysis. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that ethical management had a positive effect on team identification and attitude loyalty. The team identification had a positive effect on both attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty, and mediated the relationship between ethical management and loyalty. The results of this study help to understand the mechanism between sports team’s ethical management, team identification, and loyalty. Based on the results of the study, the academic and practical implications were discussed.
