유아교육기관의 組織風土와 敎師의 職務萬足에 대한 基礎硏究

The main purpose of this thesis is to study the relation between the organizational climate of preschool educational institutions (private kindergarten, saemaul nursling school, preschool annexed to primary school) and the trend of teachers job satisfaction using by random sampling method on 138 teachers in Buchon and Inchon Citys. There have been two questionaires employed to serve as a tool of measurement one is called the O.C.D.Q (Organizational Climate Description Questionaire), the other is teacher's job satisfaction questionaire and all of the data was analysed by frequency and ANOVA system. The results obtained from this investigute were as follows: 1. Organazational climate followed by preschool educational institute have a same tendency generaly. 2. Also for the teacher's satisfaction, the survey came in highest response to preschool annexed to primary school, next turned to saemaul nursling school and last to private kindergarten, even if there is no meaningful difference. 3. It proved that the teacher who is older, work at the small scale kindergarten, serve 8-9 hours a day would be satisfied
팔체질침을 이용한 반월판 관절경부분절제술 환자의 치험례

슬관절은 지속적인 압력을 받거나 충격때문에 동작범위의 한계에 이를 때 손상받기 쉽다. 반월판 파열 환자는 일상생활에 지장을 주는 동통, 정복되지 않는 잠김, locking이나 giving way가 자주 일어나는 경우, 지속적인 신전제한이 있을 때 수술의 적응증이 된다. 반월판 파열 환자의 재활에 있어서 관건은 대퇴사두근의 근력과 ROM의 회복이다. 팔체질침 시술후 반월판 부분절제술을 시행한 환자가 동통의 강도와 동통 재발의 감소, ROM의 개선, 전반적 상태면에서 체침이나 MPS 시술 때보다 더 나은 경과를 얻었다. Knee joints are apt to be injured when they are over the limit of ROM by continuous pressure or impact. The patient of meniscus tear has to be operated in case that he has the symptom of knee pain obstructive to daily life, unreducable locking, frequent locking or giving way, continuous extention limit. In the rehabilitation of the patient of meniscus tear, the key is the progress of musculi quadratus femori's power and ROM. After 8 constitutional acupucture therapies, partial menisectomy patient has the better process about decrease of pain intensity and relapsing pain frequence, development of ROM, general condition more than general acupucture or MPS medical treatment.

Background: Influenza transmission in households a subject of renewed interest especially in pandemic situation. We performed this study to investigate the laboratory-confirmatory rate in household contacts with index cases of pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009). Materials and Methods: For three months from 1 September and 29 November 2009, people who had a history of close contact with confirmed cases of pandemic influenza (index case) were recruited. The information on the study participants was collected using a standardized questionnaire. Presence of the pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) infection was confirmed by real-time reversetranscription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: A total of 113 index cases and 141 household contacts were investigated. One hundred and four index cases (92.0%) were younger than 20 years. The median age of household contacts was 40 years. Twenty eight household contacts (19.8%) had acute respiratory illness (ARI). Overall, 10.6% of enrolled household contacts were positive in RT-PCR for pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009). The positive rate of household contacts with ARI was 25.0% and it was 7.1% in household contacts without ARI. The positive rate was significantly higher in children and young adults under 30 years (28.3%) compared with that in household contacts older than 30 years (8.3%). Conclusions: This results showed a significant role of mild symptomatic or asymptomatic pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) patients as a virus carriers in households.
고유함수전개법을 이용한 비대칭 유전체 원주공진기의 공진특성해석

The resonant frequency of the dielectric rod resonator which is surrounded by cylindrical cavity can be calculated very exactly by using eigenfunction expansion method in the concept of electric and magnetic wall from the symmetry. But if the supporter is put in the cavity, the symmetry disappears. Thus this method has some errors. In this paper, the resonant frequency of the asymmetric dielectric rod resonator was calculated by using the eigenfunction expansion method. Also, the effect of the supporter was discussed. Then we found that the resonant frequency was more affected in the case of TM mode than TE or Hybrid modes as the length of the supporter was longer.
킬레이트수지 흡착제에 의한 제강더스트 침출수의 금속이온 흡착 및 농축에 관한 연구

The major constituents in domestic steelmaking dust are Fe, Zn, Na, Si, K, Cu, Mn and Pb and other such as Al, Mg, W, Cr, Cu, Ba, Ni, Mo and B are contended. High concentration of Al, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn could be well leached with 2.5mol/dm?-H?SO? as leachant. However, the metals in domestic steelmaking dust are less idssolved with 3.0mol/dm?-NaOH except boron. Copper, aluminum, iron and boron in the leaching solution with 3.0mol/dm?-NaOH were concentrated by adsorption-desorption through column packed with a glucamin type chelate resin sorbents. Boron was selectively separated and concentrated by adsorption-desorption process with chelate resin from 82.9mg/dm? in the pH 8.5 of leaching solution to 945mg/dm? in elute solution.

Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) increased the intracellular calcium ion concentration in stably transfected Drosophila melanogaster S2 cells expressing recombinant cyclooxygenase 1 (COX-1). DMSO did not increase the Drosophila NOS (dNOS) transcript level in calcium chelatortreated cells. Expression of recombinant COX-1 due to DMSO was diminished in cells treated with calcium chelators or channel blockers. Our results indicate that an increased intracellular calcium ion concentration due to DMSO is associated with up-regulation of the dNOS gene, leading to enhanced expression of COX-1.
Hyperactivated m-calpain affects acquisition of doxorubicin resistance in breast cancer cells

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>Doxorubicin is commonly using chemotherapeutic agents for breast cancer. However, doxorubicin has limitations in clinical use because of dose-dependent cardiotoxicity and drug resistance. Despite of previously reported studies about mechanisms of doxorubicin resistance including overexpression of P-gp and abnormal expression and mutation of topoisomerase IIα, resistance to this agent still abundantly occur and is regarded as a major obstacle to successful treatment.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>We have established doxorubicin resistant T47D cells. Intracellular calcium and ROS levels and calpain activity were measured using fluorometric experiments. Cell viability assay, cell cycle analysis, immunofluorescence and western blot analysis were performed to evaluate m-calpain specific truncation of topoisomerase IIα and molecular mechanism in doxorubicin resistant cells.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>We observed that doxorubicin treatment increased intracellular calcium and ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) in parental and doxorubicin resistant T47D cells. The increases in intracellular calcium and ROS were much greater in doxorubicin resistant T47D cells, which led to higher activity of calpains. Hyperactivated m-calpain, but not μ-calpain, specifically induced cleavage of topoisomerase IIα and accumulation of truncated topoisomerase IIα in the cytoplasm. The increase in cytoplasmic truncated topoisomerase IIα reduced the efficacy of doxorubicin. Doxorubicin resistant T47D cells, with hyperactivated m-calpain and truncated cytosolic topoisomerase IIα, obtained cross-resistance to other topoisomerase II-targeting drugs.</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>Hyperactivated m-calpain induced cytoplasmic accumulation of truncated topoisomerase IIα in doxorubicin resistant T47D cells.</P> <P><B>General significance</B></P> <P>These data provide a new mechanism of doxorubicin resistance and suggest a novel strategy for overcoming drug resistance in topoisomerase IIα-targeting therapy.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Doxorubicin (DOX) treatment enhances calpain activity. </LI> <LI> DOX is accumulated in cytoplasm of doxorubicin resistant T47D cells (T47D<SUP>DOX/R</SUP>). </LI> <LI> T47D<SUP>DOX/R</SUP> cells represented cytoplasmic accumulation of truncated topoisomerase IIα. </LI> <LI> Cleavage of topoisomerase IIα was diminished in m-calpain knock-downed cells. </LI> <LI> T47D<SUP>DOX/R</SUP> cells acquired cross-drug resistance. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

Topoisomerase IIα has been a representative anti-cancer target for decades thanks to its functional necessity in highly proliferative cancer cells. As type of topoisomerase IIα targeting drugs, topoisomerase II poisons are frequently in clinical usage. However, topoisomerase II poisons result in crucial consequences resulted from mechanistically induced DNA toxicity. For this reason, it is needed to develop catalytic inhibitors of topoisomerase IIα through the alternative mechanism of enzymatic regulation. As a catalytic inhibitor of topoisomerase IIα, AK-I-191 was previously reported for its enzyme inhibitory activity. In this study, we clarified the mechanism of AK-I-191 and conducted various types of spectroscopic and biological evaluations for deeper understanding of its mechanism of action. Conclusively, AK-I-191 represented potent topoisomerase IIα inhibitory activity through binding to minor groove of DNA double helix and showed synergistic effects with tamoxifen in antiproliferative activity.
