2007 학생생활연구소 내방 학생 특성에 대한 연구 : MBTI와 MMPI를 중심으로

본 연구는 서울여대 학생생활연구소에서 심리검사를 실시한 133명을 대상으로 MBTI에 의한 성격유형과 MMPI에 나타난 심리특성과의 관계에 대한 연구를 통해 추후 상담에 활용할 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이 목적을 위해 먼저 관련된 선행연구들을 개관하였으며, 사용된 자료분석방법은 MBTI 연속 점수와 MMPI 임상척도들간의 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 분산분석 들이었다. 내향적일 수록 MMPI Ma가 낮은 것으로 나타났고 감정형일수록 MMPI Hs가 상승하고 사고형일수록 Mf척도가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 직관형은 Pd, Sc, Ma 등이 상승하고 인식형은 L. K척도가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 분산분석 결과 내향적인 집단은 MMPI 척도 높은 D와 Si, Pt가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났고, 외향적인 집단은 낮은 D와 Si가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 연구결과 Jung의 성격유형과 MMPI에서 나타나는 정신 병리와의 관계가 상당히 지지되었다. MBTI와 MMPI의 자료를 종합적으로 활용하는 것이 내담자에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 보여 진다. The purpose of this study is to help the better counselling for the students examining the characteristic features of the accumulated data of client that had been used tests including MBTI, MMPI in 133 university student. Above all, it examined the former articles on the related subjects, and the used statistical methods were simple correlation, multiple regression analysis, Anova. The score of I preference of MBTI were significantly positively related to Ma scale of MMPI. The score of F preference of MBTI were significantly positively related to Hs scale of MMPI. The score of T preference of MBTI were significantly positively related to Mf scale of MMPI. The score of P preference of MBTI were significantly positively related to Pd, Sc, Ma scales of MMPI. The score of J preference of MBTI were significantly positively related to L, K scales of MMPI. The result of One way Anova were follows. The score of Introversion type were significantly more high in D, Si, Pt scales of MMPI than other group. The score of Extroversion type were significantly more low in D, Si, Pt scales of MMPI than other group. Jung's theories of psychological types and the pathology were somewhat supported by the results of this study.

Neonatal lupus is a rare syndrome occurring In neonates with tranplacentally acquired maternal autoantibodies, In particular anti-SSA/Ro-SSB/Ra antibodies. Manifestations include congenital heart block, cutaneous lesions, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, pulmonary or neurological disease and hepatitis. The non-cardiac manifestations resolve by 6 months of age, congenital heart block is irreversible. We experienced a case of neonatal lupus with congenital complete heart block in a newborn of asyptomatic mother with anti-SSA/Ro-SSB/Ra antibodies.
Case Report : A Case of Perimenopausal Endometrial Cancer in a Woman with MSH2 Germline Mutation

Lynch syndrome is a genetic malignancy syndrome affecting the colon, endometrium, and other organs. It is difficult to find a Lynch syndrome patient without any family history of cancer. We have recently examined an endometrial cancer patient with a MSH2 gene mutation without a family history of cancer. A 55-year old Korean woman was admitted to a local clinic for vaginal bleeding. An endometrial biopsy revealed the presence of adenocarcinoma (endometrioid type, grade 1). After surgical staging, no further adjuvant therapy was required. Analysis of the tissue using immunohistochemistry (IHC) showed the endometrium stained negatively for MSH2. Microsatellite instability (MSI) was analyzed for five markers. The patient was scored as unstable. Further, additional gene sequencing revealed one missense mutation in c.23C > T (p.Thr8Met). This is the first case of Lynch syndrome endometrial cancer in Korea in which the patient does not have any family history of cancer. (J Menopausal Med 2013;19:143- 146)

The identity of 45 Hanwo and 47 imported beef (non-Hanwoo) samples from USA and Australia were verified using the microsatellite (MS) marker and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) methods. Samples were collected from 19 supermarkets located in the city of Seoul and Gyeonggi province, South Korea, from 2009 to 2011. As a result, we obtained a 100% concordance rate between the MS and SNP methods for identifying Hanwoo and non-Hanwoo beef. The MS method presented a 95% higher individual discriminating value for Hanwoo (97.8%) than for non-Hanwoo (61.7%) beef. For further comparison of the MS and SNP methods, blood samples were collected and tested from 54 Hanwoo × Holstein crossbred cattle (first, second, and third generations). By using the SNP and MS methods, we correctly identified all of the firstgeneration crossbred cattle as non-Hanwoo; in addition, among the second and third generation crossbreds, the ratio identified as Hanwoo was 20% and 10%, respectively. The MS method used in our study provides more information, but requires sophisticated techniques during each experimental process. By contrast, the SNP method is simple and has a lower error rate. Our results suggest that the MS and SNP methods are useful for discriminating Hanwoo from non-Hanwoo breeds.
Patient-Derived Xenograft Models of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer for Preclinical Studies

<P><B>Purpose</B></P><P>Patient-derived tumor xenografts (PDXs) can provide more reliable information about tumor biology than cell line models. We developed PDXs for epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) that have histopathologic and genetic similarities to the primary patient tissues and evaluated their potential for use as a platform for translational EOC research.</P><P><B>Materials and Methods</B></P><P>We successfully established PDXs by subrenal capsule implantation of primary EOC tissues into female BALB/C-nude mice. The rate of successful PDX engraftment was 48.8% (22/45 cases). Hematoxylin and eosin staining and short tandem repeat analysis showed histopathological and genetic similarity between the PDX and primary patient tissues.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>Patients whose tumors were successfully engrafted in mice had significantly inferior overall survival when compared with those whose tumors failed to engraft (p=0.040). In preclinical tests of this model, we found that paclitaxel-carboplatin combination chemotherapy significantly deceased tumor weight in PDXs compared with the control treatment (p=0.013). Moreover, erlotinib treatment significantly decreased tumor weight in epidermal growth factor receptor–overexpressing PDX with clear cell histology (p=0.023).</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>PDXs for EOC with histopathological and genetic stability can be efficiently developed by subrenal capsule implantation and have the potential to provide a promising platform for future translational research and precision medicine for EOC.</P>

<▼1><P>A simple strategy to enhance the tumor-targeting efficiency of PEGylated nanocarriers is demonstrated.</P></▼1><▼2><P>Achieving accurate and efficacious tumor targeting with minimal off-target effects is of paramount importance in designing diagnostic and therapeutic agents for cancer. In this respect, nanocarriers have gained enormous popularity because of their attainable multifunctional features, as well as tumor-targeting potential by extravasation. However, once administered into the bloodstream, nanocarriers face various <I>in vivo</I> obstacles that may significantly impair their performance needed for clinical translation. Herein, we demonstrate a strategy to enhance tumor-targeting efficiency by embedding functionalities in the interior region of partially PEGylated nanocarriers (<I>ca.</I> 10 nm in diameter), intended for active or passive targeting. The cooperative impact of these topologically inner functional groups (IFGs) was marked: enhancements of >100-fold in IC<SUB>50</SUB><I>in vitro</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with cationic IFGs) and >2-fold in tumor accumulation at 2 h post-injection <I>in vivo</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with anionic IFGs), both against the fully PEGylated counterpart. Analogous to allosteric modulators, properly employed IFGs may substantially improve the process of effectively directing nanocarriers to tumors, which is otherwise solely dependent on avidity or extravasation.</P></▼2>
