화장품에 주로 사용하는 방부제 3종과 오염되기 쉬운 균주 3종을 배지만을 사용하였을 때와 배지에 비이온 계면활성제를 혼합하여 사용하였을 때, 최소 억제농도와 내성에 대한 최소 억제농도를 측정하였다. 실험결과 농도차이는 방부제 M에서는 적었으나 방부제 I와 D에서는 약 2배의 농도차를 보였다. 그리고 배지에 P.O.E. sorbitan monooleate 0.5%를 첨가하는 경우에는 방부제 M에서는 방부력이 약 2배이상 감소하였으나, 방부제 I와 D에서는 반대로 약 2배의 방부력 상승을 보였다. When three kinds of preservatives mainly used in cosmetics and of test organisms that easily contaminate cosmetics were used in only TSB and when used in TSB added nonionic surfactant, MIC and MIC of adaptation were measured. The result of experiment showed that the difference between MIC and MIC of adaptation against test organism P, E and S was nearly similar in case of preservative M, but showed the difference of two-fold concentration in case of preservative I and D. And in case of adding 0.5% of P.O.E. sorbitan monooleate to TSB, antimicrobial effect was decreased more than about two-fold in case of preservative M. on the contrary increased two-fold in case of I and D.

Jewellery & gems industry has been developed with the beginning of ancient human history as all the mankind have a fancy for precious metals and stones regardless of the times and nationality. Historically, Korean also had an excellent workmanship from the ancient era and shipped it, as a tribute, to the neighboring countries. However, our deposits of gold and silver had been almost dried up, especially owing to a lot of excavation during Japanese imperialist rule, And precious stones have not been discovered in Korea except a small quantity of crystal. Therefore, Korea cannot but depend on the processing industry of jewellery and germs by importing the unworked gold, diamond and other precious stones from overseas countries. By the way, recent overseas market of jewellery & germs is very extensive and the value added of the industry is much larger than other industries. So jewellery & gems processing industry is regarded as the most important field in the advanced countries. All the more, the industry is typical of labor-intensive one and is more suitable to the nations whose people are deft-handed. From those points, it is quite appropriate to Korea. Recognizing this facts, Korean government had set up a Jewellery & Gems Export Industry Park in Iri city ten years ago. The bonded industry park has much contributed to export promotion and regional economic development. But there are a lot of room for improvement if we would obtain the anticipated results. So we researchers have studied and analyzed the following points to find some ways for improving the Iri Jewellery & Gems Export Industry Park. ① the history of precious metals & gems industry in both overseas countries and Korea. ② international production status of unworked precious metals & stones, and structure of international trade. ③ business status of exporting companies in Iri Jewellery & Gems Export Industry park; general circumstances, exprot & import structure, employment policy, production & skill, purchasing materials (the unworked stones ) and marketing etc.
In Vivo Evaluation of Multi Lamellar Vesicle Liposome’s Percutaneous Absorption and Stability

We had prepared MLV liposome with Hibiscus Esculentus Ext.(HEE) which have fluorescent light in order to evaluate its percutaneous absorption about hairless rat skin. Then we investigated particle size of MLV using confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM), respectively. Stability of MLV liposome and penetration of MLV liposome to hairless rat skin was measured by CLSM. As a result of experiments, MLV was globular shape and the range of particle size was 0.3-0.5μm mostly. Cream-type MLV had high stability comparatively. When we treated with MLV to rat skin, skin penetration was enhanced, especially, the optimum concentration of MLV on penetration to rat skin was 10%. Optimum penetration time was 6hr- 12hr. And MLV-type HEE was more effective on percutaneous absorption than HEE-cream or liposome-type HFE.

단백질 또는 peptide bond를 가수분해하는 protease는 현재 산업의 각 분야에서 널리 응용되고 있으며, 사용범위가 점차 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 실험에 서는 미생물이 생산하는 단백질분해효소를 분리 정제하여 그의 성질을 규명 및 skin turn-over효과를 조사하였다.
