        Performance test of servo control system that is used ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage is performed by simulation with Matlab. Analyzed for previous control algorithm and adapted for modem control theory, dual servo algorithm is developed by minimum order observer, and stability and priority on controller are secured. Through the simulation and experiments on ultra precision positioning, stability and priority on ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage and control algorithm are secured by using Matlab with Simulink and ControlDesk made in dSPACE

        Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) on lathe. So, in this research, we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system, that is containing the fine displacement, was performed. Also, we would like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.

        晦齋 李彦迪의 漢詩에 內在된 空間構造에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is not only to analyze the spatial structure in the chinese poetry by Hoejae Lee Eun-Juk from architectural point of view but to compare it in the poetry with architectural space as well. A semiotical approach was used in progressing it, and was analyzed the relatively between a career as a politician and chinese poetry. The spatial structure of the chinese poetry was classified into a material, a category, a structure and each characteristic of them was investigated. The spatial structure inherent in the chinese poetry could be summarized like the following. Firstly, the spatial structure was under the influence of his career and based on dual confrontation between a view of nature and a rule of life. Secondly, the arrangement of space and the relation among structure in the chinese poetry were found by analyzing the materials in it. Thirdly, the materials in the chinese poetry can be classified into space vocabulary, audio-visual vocabulary and condition vocabulary by categorizing them. Fourthly, a structure system of the poetry can be divided into three types-parallel type, middle type and union type.

      • 케미컬오일을 이용한 ERF 연마 특성

        Electro-rheological fluid is recently used for the micro polishing of 3-dimensional micro-aspherical lens. It's also used for polishing small area defects on the wide flat wafer. Since ER fluid shows a behavior of viscosity changing under certain electric fields, micro polishing efficiency may be enhanced for certain cases. In this paper, a perfluorinated carbonyl fluoride oil based ER fluids was used to improve surface polishing rate and submicron-scale accuracy. As the polishing electrodes, micro size cylindrical tools had been used for maximizing the electric field. An experimental device, which was applied for micro polishing a number of wafers of 4 inches in size and other workpieces, was made on a precision polishing system. It consisted of a steel electrode, a wafer fixture, 10mA current and DC 5kV power supply unit, and a controller unit. From the Experiments, the ER fluid is applicable for micro polishing of small parts.

        체성 연부 조직에 생긴 평활근육종: 1예 보고

        체성 연부 조직에 생기는 평활근육종은 매우 드물다. 66세 남자 환자가 방사선 소견상 경계가 좋은 양성 종양이 의심되어 절제술을 시행 받았다. 육안조직소견상 경계가 좋은 둥근 종괴이나, 현미경 소견에서 세포충실도가 증가되고 부분적으로 중증도의 핵이형성을 보였다. 또한 면역조직화학염색상 Smooth muscle actin과 Desmin에 동시에 양성이어 평활근세포 기원으로 생각되었다. 저자들은 괴사가 없고 유사분열은 단 한 개만이 관찰되었으나 중증도의 핵이형성을 보였기에 평활근육종으로 진단한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Leiomyosarcoma of somatic soft tissue is a rare tumor compared with retroperitoneal lesion. We report a case of a leiomyosarcoma of the somatic soft tissue in a 66-year-old man. He presented as an enlarging mass in the left thigh for eight months. Radiologic examinations revealed a well defined round mass, suspicious of benign tumor, such as hemangioma or leiomyoma. He underwent surgical resection. The mass was 3.0 cm in diameter, and it was confined within adductor longus muscle without any connection to adjacent neurovascular bundles. Histologic examination showed moderately cellularity and focal marked atypia with a fascicular growth pattern of spindle cells showing blunt ended nuclei. In addition, the proliferation index was 2~3% by immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody MIB-1. But only one definite microscopic mitotic feature was found. Although it showed low mitotic activity without necrosis, this case was diagnosed leiomyosarcoma according to marked cellular atypism.

      • SHS 화학로에 의한 TiC-B₄C 복합체의 소결특성에 관한 연구

        SHS 법에 의하여 TiC를 합성하고 SHS 화학로를 이용하여 B₄C를 합성하여 TiC 기지에 B₄C의 첨가량을 변화시키면서 TiC-B₄C 복합체의 소결특성을 연구하였다. TiC-B₄C 복합체에서 20wt% B₄C를 첨가하였을때 가장 우수한 소결특성을 나타내었으며 1900℃에서 90분간 30MPa의압력으로 고온 가압소결하여 얻어진 소결체의 상대밀도, 꺽임강도, 경도 및 파괴인성은 각각 98.2%, 620MPa, 2412Kg/mm²그리고 ??이었다. TiC and B₄C were prepared from the Mixture of metal titanium, boron and graphite powders in Argon atmosphere by Self-propagating High-temterature Synthesis method and self-propagating High-temterature Synthesis Chemical furnace respectively. The sintered properties of TiC-B₄C composite as a function of B₄C content was investigated in theTiC-B₄C composite. The relative density. M. O. R. strength, Hardness and fractur toughness of TiC-20wt% B₄C composite sintered at 1900˚C for 90min. by hot-pressing under the presure of 30 MPa were 98.2%, 620MPa, 2412kg/mm and ??,respectively.

      • SHS법에 의한 Tic-MoB 복합체의 소결특성에 관한 연구

        SHS법에 의하여 TiC를 합성하고 SHS 화학로를 이용하여 MoB를 합성하여 TiC 기지에 MoB의 첨가량을 변화시키면서 TiC-MoB복합제의 소결특성을 연구하였다. TiC-MoB 복합체에서 20-30%MoB를 첨가하였을때 가장 우수한 소결특성을 나타내었으며, 2000℃에서 30분간 30MPad의 압력으로 고온 가압소결 하여 얻어진 소결체의 밀도, 꺽임강도 및 경도는 각각 98.0%,670MPa 그리고 4.730kg/㎟이었다. TiC and MoB were prepared from the mixture of metal titamium, boron and graphite powders in argon atmosphere by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis method and Self -propagating High-temperature Synthesis Chemical Furnace respectively. The sintered properties of TiC-MoB composite was investigated as a function of MoB content. The best value of density, bending strength and hardness of Tic-MoB composite sintered at 2000oC for 30min, under the presure of 30MPa by hot-pressing were 98.0%, 670MPa and 4730kg/mm?, repectively.

        Time-dependent axial shortening in the cores and columns of tall concrete buildings requires special attention to ensure proper behavior for strength of the structure and the nonstructural element. The effects of column shortening, both elastic and inelastic, take on added significance and need special consideration in design and construction with increased height of structures. In this paper, the compensation method of column shortening are introduced. It could be conclude that the survey is a significant factor for the compensation of column shortening.

In this study follows analysis in three steps : first, finding of the concept of what transferred site is and the present state of the transferred army facilities site ; then, finding changes of land use in the surrounding area which the transferred army facilities site affects ; finally, suggestion of the right ways how the transferred army facilities site will be developed. In the future Not only army facilities but also other facilities will be transferred in the suburbs, Therefore transferred sites will be increased. We may development many site by means of various types. In this time we should recognize not only the transferred army facilities site but also a surrounding area. Through the ideas we can make sound development and transferred sites will operate well in the city belonging that site

      • 非晶質半導體 As₂S₃-Ag의 光 doping

        Process of Ag-photodoping into amorphous As₂S₃film was measured by means of Rutherford back scattering of oxygen ions. The composition ratio of the Ag and As in the direction perpendicular to the surface was constant in the all Ag doping region. If it is assumed that the composition ratio of As and S is not changed by Ag doping, the composition ratio of the Ag doping region is ??. The speed of the photodoping process depends strongly on the temperature and the irradiated photon energy. However the Ag concentration(??) is found to be always constant. This Ag concentration is also assured by the analysis of the plasma emission spectroscopy for Ag and As. From the observation of the change of the thickness of the photodoped layer on the variation of the irradiated photon energy and time the photodoped layer on the variation of the irradiated photon energy and time the photodoping process seems to consist of two stages. The process of the 1st stage is put under the control mainly by the photon having the energy lower than the energy gap Eg and the process of the 2nd stage is put under the control mainly by the photon with the energy higher than Eg.
