        Performance test of servo control system that is used ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage is performed by simulation with Matlab. Analyzed for previous control algorithm and adapted for modem control theory, dual servo algorithm is developed by minimum order observer, and stability and priority on controller are secured. Through the simulation and experiments on ultra precision positioning, stability and priority on ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage and control algorithm are secured by using Matlab with Simulink and ControlDesk made in dSPACE

        Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) on lathe. So, in this research, we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system, that is containing the fine displacement, was performed. Also, we would like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.

      • 케미컬오일을 이용한 ERF 연마 특성

        Electro-rheological fluid is recently used for the micro polishing of 3-dimensional micro-aspherical lens. It's also used for polishing small area defects on the wide flat wafer. Since ER fluid shows a behavior of viscosity changing under certain electric fields, micro polishing efficiency may be enhanced for certain cases. In this paper, a perfluorinated carbonyl fluoride oil based ER fluids was used to improve surface polishing rate and submicron-scale accuracy. As the polishing electrodes, micro size cylindrical tools had been used for maximizing the electric field. An experimental device, which was applied for micro polishing a number of wafers of 4 inches in size and other workpieces, was made on a precision polishing system. It consisted of a steel electrode, a wafer fixture, 10mA current and DC 5kV power supply unit, and a controller unit. From the Experiments, the ER fluid is applicable for micro polishing of small parts.

        晦齋 李彦迪의 漢詩에 內在된 空間構造에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is not only to analyze the spatial structure in the chinese poetry by Hoejae Lee Eun-Juk from architectural point of view but to compare it in the poetry with architectural space as well. A semiotical approach was used in progressing it, and was analyzed the relatively between a career as a politician and chinese poetry. The spatial structure of the chinese poetry was classified into a material, a category, a structure and each characteristic of them was investigated. The spatial structure inherent in the chinese poetry could be summarized like the following. Firstly, the spatial structure was under the influence of his career and based on dual confrontation between a view of nature and a rule of life. Secondly, the arrangement of space and the relation among structure in the chinese poetry were found by analyzing the materials in it. Thirdly, the materials in the chinese poetry can be classified into space vocabulary, audio-visual vocabulary and condition vocabulary by categorizing them. Fourthly, a structure system of the poetry can be divided into three types-parallel type, middle type and union type.

        체성 연부 조직에 생긴 평활근육종: 1예 보고

        체성 연부 조직에 생기는 평활근육종은 매우 드물다. 66세 남자 환자가 방사선 소견상 경계가 좋은 양성 종양이 의심되어 절제술을 시행 받았다. 육안조직소견상 경계가 좋은 둥근 종괴이나, 현미경 소견에서 세포충실도가 증가되고 부분적으로 중증도의 핵이형성을 보였다. 또한 면역조직화학염색상 Smooth muscle actin과 Desmin에 동시에 양성이어 평활근세포 기원으로 생각되었다. 저자들은 괴사가 없고 유사분열은 단 한 개만이 관찰되었으나 중증도의 핵이형성을 보였기에 평활근육종으로 진단한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Leiomyosarcoma of somatic soft tissue is a rare tumor compared with retroperitoneal lesion. We report a case of a leiomyosarcoma of the somatic soft tissue in a 66-year-old man. He presented as an enlarging mass in the left thigh for eight months. Radiologic examinations revealed a well defined round mass, suspicious of benign tumor, such as hemangioma or leiomyoma. He underwent surgical resection. The mass was 3.0 cm in diameter, and it was confined within adductor longus muscle without any connection to adjacent neurovascular bundles. Histologic examination showed moderately cellularity and focal marked atypia with a fascicular growth pattern of spindle cells showing blunt ended nuclei. In addition, the proliferation index was 2~3% by immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody MIB-1. But only one definite microscopic mitotic feature was found. Although it showed low mitotic activity without necrosis, this case was diagnosed leiomyosarcoma according to marked cellular atypism.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the condition of the transferred site in Daegu. The conditions of the case study areas were investigated with the change of use, the density and the infrastructure in the survey area. The results of this study are as follows ; First, the transferred site is developed rapidly into high-density without urban planning control. So, it causes the lack of infrastructure capacity. Second, park and green space is required because most of residual space is used as a parking lot. Third, as high-rise apartment buildings were constructed in transferred site, the conditions around that areas get worse. So, the development of transferred site has to be harmonized with its surroundings.

      • 항만 통합 관리 시뮬레이터 설계 및 개발

        The quantity of goods transported of port process ability which is the possibility of computing power from the point of view where the competitive power of the nation becomes maximization proceess ability more important than anything. From many research, it conducts the various effort that automatic or intelligence of port, for the maximization port processing ability. Port has important national institution and always used to us for everyday. It is difficult to invest experimental due to improved cost expensive. For maximization ability of port, it is very frequently used through simulation and then predicts a result. This paper describes the "design method and port modeling for port integral management simulator development" that partitions into five phases for maximization ability of port. This paper describes to design simulator for design scheme and give elaboration for it through 3D modeiling of transported goods. Through make this simulator, will help to reseach for quantity of goods transported of port. 항만 통합 관리 시뮬레이터 개발 방안을 주제 로 한 본 논문에서는 크게 두 가지의 기법을 제안하였다. 첫째 항만 의 하역 과정에는 매우 많은 입력인자 와 단계가 존재하므로 각 과정별로 분리하고 문제 해결 방안을 단순화 시킬 수 있는 시뮬레이터 설계 방안을 제안하였다. 둘째 하역 과정별로 모듈 을 구성하고 각 모듈들이 시뮬레이터 되는 동안의 현실감 및 관찰을 수행하기 위한 3D 그래픽을 적용할 수 있는 방안을 기법을 제안 하였다. 첫째 제안은 하역 과정을 5단계로 분리하여 각각의 독립적인 모듈로 구성하고 이를 향후에 통합하는 방식을 취함 으로써 달성하였다 둘째 제안의 경우 는 현재 게임 동의 개발에 다양하게 적용되는 Direct 3D API를 적용하고 3D 장비생성에는 이미지 생성 툴을 활용함으로써 달성하였다. 이를 통하여 항만 하역 과정에 대한 효율적인 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있고 최적 처리 과정을 빠르게 도출할 수 있다. 더불어 시뮬레이션 과정을 가상 항만의 움직임과 함께 확인할 수 있어 실제 항만에서의 하역 과정을 유사하게 묘사할 수 있다. 향후 과제로는 항만에 실제 존재하는 풍속 파도의 움직임을 고려하고 더불어 배후 부지 및 도로 등과 연계할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 개발, 구현하는 것이다.

        The purpose of this study is to compare the differencr performance levels of 2 big games ('98 US OPEN MEN'S FINAL, '98 KOREA GRANDPRIX VOCATIONAL FEDERATION MEN'S FINAL). We analyzed the important skills such as Service, Service return, Ground stroke, Volly, Passing shot and the results are as follow. 1. Total number of services are fewer in world class game than national class game, and winning percentage of service game, success for point ratio of first service, success ratio of first service, success for point ratio of second service are higher in world class game than national class game. 2. The number of services point happened more frequently in world class game than in national class game. Service point areas are distributed from left come to right corner properly in world class game, however, in national class game service point ar eas are concentrated only in the center or right corner. 3. Ground strokes were not almost tried in world class game, but ground stroke played an important roles in national class game. 4. The average rally by point was 1.94 times in world class game, and 7.6 times in national class game. 5. Volly was followed by service in world a class game, on the contraly, we couldn't see any patern in national class game. 6. There were much more of passing shot trial in world class game than in national class game, however, success for point is higher in world class game. 7. In general, they played offensively in order to get the point in a short time in world class game. Yet, they played defensively to get the point in a long time rally in a national class game.
