      • 체중 감량에 따른 尿成分의 變化分析 : pH, Proteins, SG, Bilirubin 및 전해질을 중심으로 focused on pH, proteins, SG, bilirubin and electrolytes

        To investigate the change in urine components with weight loss, I analyzed the urine's pH, proteins, SG, bilirubin and electrolytes from the samples in each periods [recovering phase (in 60 minutes after exercise), before and after weight loss]. 1. The increased value of pH is due to secretion of body fluid. 2. There is no significant changes in proteins, so irrelevant to weight loss. 3. The increased SG concentration is due to secretion of body fluid. 4. There is no significant changes in bilirubin concentration, so irrelevant to weight loss. 5. The changes of Na concentration is decreased drastically right after weight loss and increased in recovering phase. 6. The changes of K concentration is increased right after weight loss and creased over two folds before weight loss in recovering phase. 7. The changes of Cl concentration is similar to Na concentration.

      • 아크릴로니트릴-4비닐피리딘 공중합체의 전기 전도성에 관한 연구

        Conducting Polymer was obtained by the modification of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex with iodine in acetone. The properties such as morphology, IR-spectrum, thermal degradation, catalytic activity, moisture regain, dye adsorption, tensile strength and favorable conditions for preparing the conducting polymer complex were investigated. Electrical conductivity was measured by changing the concentration of cupric salts and reation time. The experimental results are as follows: 1) The pH condition for the formation of PAN4VP complex was in the range from 10 to 11. 2) The morphology of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex and Cu S-PAN4VP was more compact than that of PAN4VP. 3) The catalytic activity of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex in dicomposition of hydrogen peroxide was affected by concentration of CuCl₂and reaction time, and was increased with their rises. 4) Maximum value of electrical condustivity of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex was 5.5×10Ω㎝ When modified with iodine in acetone, and that of CuxS-PAN4VP was 1.2×10Ω㎝ at the 40g/ℓ concentration of cupric sulfate. 5) Moisture regain of Cu S-PAN4VP was decreased by the introducing of Cu S, but dye adsorption was not decreased.

      • Road-work과 Sauna가 體重減量 및 血漿 전해질 變化에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to verity comparatively the difference of the physiological effect between road-work and sauna bath as a weight-loss method. The subjects of this study were 7 boxers in Seowon University. And to accomplish the purpose, the subjects were weighted and blood were sampled from them before and after 7km road-work(30') and 1 jour sauna-bath. The blood sample were analyzed in Chung-Buk Medical Center. The t-test of pre-post weight and plasma electrolytes in each method, and the ANOVA of pre-post difference in weight and plasma electrolytes between two method were done for the analysis of data. The results of this study were gained as following. 1. Weight decreased significantly in both methods, but the difference of weight-loss between two methods were not significantly appeared. 2. The Change of Na?? concentration in blood plasma was not significantly appeared after road-work but significantly appeared after sauna-bath. The difference of Na?? change between two methods was appeared significantly. 3. The Change of K?? concentration in blood plasma was not significantly appeared in both methods and the difference of K?? change between two methods was not also significant. 4. The Change of cl?? concentration in blood plasma was not significantly appeared in both methods and the difference of cl?? change between two methods was not also significant. Form above results, both road-work and sauna-bath were thought to be effective only for the temporary weigh loss. But statistically significant loss of Na?? after sauna indicated that road-work more effective and physiologically safe for the athletes' performance.

      • PP/ZrO₂스펀본드 부직포의 웹특성에 대한 방사조건의 영향

        Icotactic polypropylene as the polymer matrix and ZrO₂(zirconium dioxide) as the additive were used to prepare PP/ZrO₂mixtures. From three different mixtures, the PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens were produced by suing the modified melt spinning system in our laboratory with different operating conditions, i.e., spinning temperature, auxiliary pressure and polymer throughput. In order to evaluate the effect of processing conditions on the spunbond nonwovens, the tensile properties, density and web weight of the PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens were investigated. The final diameters of PP and PP/ZrO₂fibers were examined to establish the optimum processing condition with respect to web properties. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (i) Final diameters of PP and PP/ZrO₂fibers in the spunbond nonwoven decreased up to about 70% with increasing the spinning temperature from 200℃ to 230℃. (ii) As the auxiliary air pressure increased up to 4kg/㎠, the breaking stress of PP and PP/ZrO₂ spunbond nonwovens increased. (iii) The density of PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens decreased as the throughput increased up to 1.05g/min/hole.

      • 각기 다른 方法으로 體重減量時 血液成分値의 變化分析 : 혈장 전해질을 중심으로 esp focus on plasma electrolyte

        The purpose of this study in to analyse the change of plasma electrolyte in each different Weight-loss method, and to identity more effective and safe method for Weight-loss. And to accomplish the purpose, the sweat from 6 Subjects Were sampled and anmalysed before and after exercis and Sauna-both. The results of this study were gained as following ; ( at level p < 0.05 ) 1. Weight decreaed significantly in both methods, but the differenced of Weight-loss between two method were not significantly appeared. 2. The change of Na^+ concentration in blood plasma appeared significatly after exercise and significantly appeared after sauna-both. The difference of Na^+ change between two method appeared significantly. 3. The changetheof K^+ concentratino in blood plasma did net appeared significantly in both methods and the difference of K+change between two methods was not also significant. 4. The change of Cl^- concentration in blood plasma appeared significant in both method but the difference of Cl^- change between two method was not significant in both method but the difference of Cl^- change between two method was not significant. 5. The change of T_CO_2 concentration in blood plasma was appeared signigicantly in both methods, but difference of total Co_2 change between two method was not Signigicant. Form above result, both exercise and sauna-both were thought to be effective only for the temporary weight-loss. But statistically significnat loss of Na+ after sauna indicated that exercise is more effective and physiologically safe the weight-loss method.

      • Boxing 競技 訓練內容이 心肺機能에 미치는 效果

        This paper is to examine the effect of boxing training upon the function of the heart and the lungs. A Comparison was made between A group which consists of 10 members of chung Buk boxing team to the 12th national Jurenile athletic meeting and B group which consists of 10 students in the third year class of J. Junior High School, by means of Harvard Step Test. And the result can be summarized as followings : 1. The H. S. T index of A group was raised by 13.5 ( from 82 to 95.5)after 80 days of traiing camp. 2. The index of Agroup showed higher by 21.5 as Compared with Bgroup, thus proving that boxers have the stronger heart and dungs. 3. A long spell of rope skipping and Road Work would be necessary to make the heart and the Lungs strong.

      • 知能知數(I.Q)와 運動指數(M.Q)의 相關關係에 關한 硏究

        From a comparatire study of the correlation between I.Q. and M.Q. of 110 students Whe are Znd graders of the high scools in cheong Ju city, the following conclusions were drawn. 1.I.Q was shown to be mutually related to M.Q. by a correlation coefficients 0.43. 2.The correlation, through C.R. Verification, between I.Q. and M.Q. was prored to be Very significant by a correlation coefficient 6.0602. 3.It was thus proved that there is very significant correlation between I.Q and M.Q. and accordingly students of high I.Q should be selected to cultivate good players.

      • 運動負荷後 血糖 및 脈搏의 變化에 關한 生理的 硏究

        In order to see the variance of blood sugar and pulse of the six boxers of S College who have just finished training, I examined them through the following cases. a. in an empty stomach b. in two and half hours after a meal c. in ten mintes skipping rope d. in ten mintues jumping with the two feet crossing e. in one and half hours boxing training and one hour's rest The results of blood sugar and pluse which were brought about through the above five cases are as follows : 1. Blood sugar in shown to be increased from 88.3 mg/dl in an empty stomach to 91.0 mg/dl after a meal, and for each to be in creased to 103.0 mg/dl(14.7%) and to 120 mg/dl(31.9%) according to the degree of strength of training, and to be increased to 89.3 mg/dl(1.0%) after one hours rest. 2. The number of pluse averaged 65.7/min at guiet and it is shown to be the same after a meal, and after one hours rest, and each to be increased to 168.7/min(103.%) and to 188.7/min(123.0%), according to the degree of stength of training.

      • 각기 다른 方法으로 體重減量時 血漿量 및 赤血球 容積 變化에 關한 硏究

        This research is to examine the variations of red blood cell and blood plasma during the different bodyweight reductions. A comparison was made between A group which consistes of three members reducing 5.26 kilograms by training hard before the boxing match, and Bgroup which consists of three members reducing 2.8 Kilagrams by bathing in steam for three and half haurs. And the result can be summarized as follows: a. A group shows that capacity of blood plasma -0.1% and red blood Cell -0.1% is reduced. b. B group shows that blood plasme -4% and red blood Cell -4% each is increased. According to the above results of the inrestigations, there is no great difference of capacity of red blood Cell and blood plasma in Agroup, while it is seen that red blood Cell is increasing in proportion to the reducti- on of blood plasma.

      • Sauna 浴의 生理的 變化에 關한 硏究 : 脈搏 및 各 血液成分値를 中心으로

        In this study the process of the physiological variance and the most effective method of sauna bath were investigated. Three group from 12 boxer took sauna bath and a cold bath for three, five and seven minutes respectively. In consequence the result of the value of various constituent part of blood and pulse is as follows: 1.The pulse was increased in proportion to the time of taking sauna bath and constant with no relation to the time of taking a cold bath. Consequently, I could see that the time of taking sauna bath has an important effect on physiology. 2.The numerical value was shown differently in the variance of constituent parts of blood . It was increased in the parts of R.B.C. and was decreased in the parts of E.S.R., potassiun and chlorid. And in was almost constant in the parts of Hematocrit. Hemoglobin, Differential, and sodium. Considering the analysis of the pulse and the value of each constituent part of blood it is thought to be effective to take Sauna bath four to five minutes, although there is a little difference according to his hadit, physical constitution, and age.
