Over the years, more password-based authentication key agreement schemes using chaotic maps were susceptible to attack by off-line password guess attack. This work approaches this problem by a new method--new theorem of chaotic maps: T<sub>a+b</sub>(x)+T<sub>a-b</sub>(x)=2T<sub>a</sub>(x)T<sub>b</sub>(x),(a>b). In fact, this method can be used to design two-party, three-party, even in N-party intelligently. For the sake of brevity and readability, only a two-party instance: a novel Two-party Password-Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol is proposed for resisting password guess attack in this work. Compared with the related literatures recently, our proposed scheme can be not only own high efficiency and unique functionality, but is also robust to various attacks and achieves perfect forward secrecy. For capturing improved ratio of security and efficiency intuitively, the paper firstly proposes a new parameter called security/efficiency ratio(S/E Ratio). The higher the value of the S/E Ratio, the better it is. Finally, we give the security proof and the efficiency analysis of our proposed scheme.

One-way authenticated key agreement protocols, aiming at solving the problems to establish secure communications over public insecure networks, can achieve one-way authentication of communicating entities for giving a specific user strong anonymity and confidentiality of transmitted data. Public Key Infrastructure can design one-way authenticated key agreement protocols, but it will consume a large amount of computation. Because one-way authenticated key agreement protocols mainly concern on authentication and key agreement, we adopt multi-server architecture to realize these goals. About multi-server architecture, which allow the user to register at the registration center (RC) once and can access all the permitted services provided by the eligible servers. The combination of above-mentioned ideas can lead to a high-practical scheme in the universal client/server architecture. Based on these motivations, the paper firstly proposed a new one-way authenticated key agreement scheme based on multi-server architecture. Compared with the related literatures recently, our proposed scheme can not only own high efficiency and unique functionality, but is also robust to various attacks and achieves perfect forward secrecy. Finally, we give the security proof and the efficiency analysis of our proposed scheme.

As an alternative to the conventional concave hexagonal honeycomb structure (CHHS), a negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb structure with power function curve (NHPC) was devised. The relationship between the power function exponent (PFE) and normalized power function coefficient (NPFC) of honeycomb structure and its equivalent Poisson’s ratio (EPR) was explored to identify the range of variables required for the negative Poisson’s ratio effect. To investigate the in-plane mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of NHPC, the deformation mode, dynamic response, and energy absorption characteristics under various impact velocities were studied by constructing an in-plane impact simulation model. The results showed that NHPC obviously exhibited a negative Poisson’s ratio effect on medium and low impact velocities, and the deformation was primarily uniform. As the NPFC increased, the honeycomb structure was less prone to stress concentration, while the peak crushing force (PCF) and the specific energy absorption (SEA) declined and the plateau stress increased. A multi-objective optimization experiment was operated with low PCF and high SEA as the targets within the range of design variables in order to generate the optimal NHPC. According to the experimental findings, the improved NHPC showed a 25.48 % reduction in PCF and a 19.29 % increase in SEA. This paper provides theoretical recommendations for improving the energy absorption and structural optimization of the honeycomb structure.

Purpose Patients with advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC) have a poor survival. We aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen in Chinese advanced BTC patients.Materials and Methods Eligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic BTC administrated intravenous 100 mg/m<sup>2</sup> nab-paclitaxel, 800 mg/m<sup>2</sup> gemcitabine, and 25 mg/m<sup>2</sup> cisplatin every 3 weeks. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS). The secondary endpoints included overall survival (OS) and adverse events, while exploratory endpoint was the association of biomarkers with efficacy.Results After the median follow-up of 25.0 months, the median PFS and OS of 34 enrolled patients were 7.1 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 5.4 to 13.7) and 16.4 months (95% CI, 10.9 to 23.6), respectively. The most common treatment-related adverse events at ≥ 3 grade were neutropenia (26.5%) and leukopenia (26.5%). Survival analyses demonstrated that carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels could monitor patients’ survival outcomes. A significant increase in the number of infiltrating CD4+ cells (p=0.008) and a decrease in programmed death-1–positive (PD-1+) cells (p=0.032) were observed in the response patients.Conclusion In advanced BTC patients, nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen showed therapeutic potential. Potential prognostic factors of CEA levels, number of CD4+ cells and PD-1+ cells may help us maximize the efficacy benefit.
