유산소성 운동이 대퇴부 근기능 및 근효소 수준에 미치는 효과

In this thesis, in order to examine closely how aerobic dancing, aerobic exercise, have an effect on the muscle function and the muscle enzyme level of the thigh being tested on six persons of aerobic exercise group, six persons of firing group and five persons of non-exercise group. They were obtained conclusion as the follows in the result measuring and analyzing the muscle strength of the thigh, the muscle endurance and activated of LDH and CPK, muscle the blood enzyme, before and after repetition exercise of extenion/flexion exercise centering around knee joint by using Kin-com, isokinetic. The results of this study were as folloowings; 1. The change of the muscular strength among the three group in isokinetic ratio at the lower work speed 60˚/sec was significantly appeared as A·E·G(p<.01) in all the extension strength and flexion strength. But there was no significant difference in the ipsilateral blance ratio. extension was appeared (p<.05) and flexion strength was appeared (p<.01) in the middle work speed 120˚/sec. 2. Total work in the change of the muscle endurance among the three group through the repetition exercise of extension/flexion strength 25 times in the angular velocity 120˚/sec was significantly proved A·E·G in extension strength(p<.01) and the average power also was significantly proved in flexion st(p<.05) and extension strength(p<.01), but the fatigue index of the muscle was not significant difference. 3. The change of the muscle enzyme level in the blood after the maximum expansion and contraction exercise extension/flexion strength in the middle work speed 120˚/sec was no significant difference among the three group in rest time before and after exercise of LDH, but exercise group appeared low in the range of increase before and after exercise. Also, CPK is viewed significantly among the three group in stability before and after exercise and exercise group appeared low in the range of increase before and after exercise and an interaction effect among the each group appeared high.
유치원아 부모의 사회계층에 따른 자녀교육관에 대한 세대간 비교연구

본 연구는 보다 효과적인 부모교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여, 만 5-6세 유치원아 부모들의 자녀교육관을 세대간, 성별에 따라 비교 연구하였다. 상, 중, 하 계층에 따라 3곳의 유치원을 선정하고 만 5, 6세 유아들의 부모들을 대상으로 본인의 자녀교육관과 부모로부터 받은 자녀교육관, 과거 교육환경에 대한 만족도를 설문 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과 점수를 통하여 부모들의 설문을 각 계층별로 우선 구분하여 2세대와 1세대의 자녀교육관을 비교하였다. 또한 2세대의 과거 교육경험에 대한 만족도를 비교연구하였다. 그 결과, 첫째로 2세대의 사회계층에 따른 1세대의 자녀교육관은 각 계층간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2세대의 사회계층의 따른 자녀교육관을 비교했을 때, 1세대에 비해 2세대의 자녀교육관이 다소 유아중심 교육관에 가까운 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 2세대의 성별에 따른 자녀교육관은 큰 차이는 없었으나, 아버지가 어머니보다 다소 유아중심 교육관에 가까운 것을 알 수 있었다. 반면, 과거 교육환경 만족도 차이에 있어서는 아버지보다 어머니의 만족도가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과들을 바탕으로 보다 효과적인 부모교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 제안점이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study was to provide basic informations for more effective parent education through an inter-generational comparative investigation on the opinions of child-rearing practices according to the Social Economic Status of kindergarteners' parents. Subjects were 243 parents of kindergarteners aged five to six years old from three kindergartens, and the survey questionnaire modified from "Measurement Scale on the Opinions of Child-rearing Practices" were used. Research findings are as follows: First, there was a significant difference in the first generation's educational opinions of child-rearing practices according to social economic status. Second, there was a significant difference in the second generation's educational opinions of children according to gender. Third, there was no significant difference in the level of satisfaction with the past educational experience in accordance with social economic status and gender. Implications for educational practices were discussed and some suggestions were made for future research.
Analysis of Gene Expression in 4,4'-Methylenedianiline-induced Acute Hepatotoxicity

4,4'-Methylenedianiline (MDA) is an aromatic amine that is widely used in the industrial synthetic process. Genotoxic MDA forms DNA adducts in the liver and is known to induce liver damage in human and rats. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms associated with MDA-induced hepatotoxicity, we have identified genes differentially expressed by microarray approach. BALB/c male mice were treated once daily with MDA (20 mg/kg) up to 7 days via intraperitoneal injection (i.p.) and hepatic damages were revealed by histopathological observation and elevation of serum marker enzymes such as AST, ALT, ALP, cholesterol, DBIL, and TBIL. Microarray analysis showed that 952 genes were differentially expressed in the liver of MDA-treated mice and their biological functions and canonical pathways were further analyzed using Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA). Toxicological functional analysis showed that genes related to hepatotoxicity such hyperplasia/hyperproliferation (Timp1), necrosis/cell death (Cd14, Mt1f, Timp1, and Pmaip1), hemorrhaging (Mt1f), cholestasis (Akr1c3, Hpx, and Slc10a2), and inflammation (Cd14 and Hpx) were differentially expressed in MDA-treated group. This gene expression profiling should be useful for elucidating the genetic events associated with aromatic amine-induced hepatotoxicity and for discovering the potential biomarkers for hepatotoxicity.

The purpose of this study was to establish culture system of dermal papilla (DP) cells which thought to play an essential role in the induction of new hair follicles and the maintenance of hair growth and to investigate the effect of Schizonepeta tenyifotia Briq. and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. extracts on maintenance of anagen phase of DP cells. DP cells were isolated from the back skin of the newborn rats and were shown a large round shape at immediately after isolation. The cells were attached to the culture plate with monolayer and fallen with 70-80% confluency on day 4. In order to confirm DP cell biomarkers of the isolated and cultured cells, the gene expression of versican and nexin was analyzed by RT-PCR. The result showed that both genes were highly expressed and DP cell marker enzyme, alkaline phosphatase activity also was strongly increased in these isolated and cultured cells. The effects of the Schizonepeta tenyifolia Briq. and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. extracts on the hair-induction ability of cultured DP cells were examined. Because these extracts increased mRNA expression level of VEGF and versican in a dose-dependent manner, these extracts may be involved in inducing or maintaining anagen phase of hair cells. When DP cells were treated with these extracts, the mRNA expressions of IGF and KGF were also upregulated more than that of minoxidil treatment. These results suggest that these extracts may be candidates for helping hair growth promotion. In addition, when DP cells were treated with plant extracts mixture, VEGF and versican mRNA expression was synergistically increased.
