        빌라조경 설계사례에 관한 연구 : Case Study of Jang-chung Dong Villa

        The goal of this study is to propose a plan for the Jang-Chung Dong Villa. This Villa is located on Jang-Chung Dong Jung-Gu, Seoul. And, this place is where high-class residential area. This Site area covers about 1925.6m². This base idea of this plan is to provide a community of dwelling houses with identity and amenity in outdoor spaces in order to create the high-class environment of outdoor spaces. Design principles are established as follow; to make spaces for flexibility in the garden related activities, to provide many chances to contact with nature, and to feel pride in the villa life.

        수종의 엔진구동형 니켈-타이타늄 파일에 의한 급한 만곡의 근관 성형시 근관형태 변화에 대한 비교연구

        본 연구는 치근첨부위의 급한 만곡을 가진 근관에서 엔진구동형 니켈-타이타늄기구를 이용해 근관 성형시 근관형태 변화에 대한 비교 연구를 함으로써 어떤 기구가 근관의 본래 형태를 잘 유지하는가를 구명하기 위하여 시행되었다. #15 finger spreader를 이용해 만곡된 근관의 주형을 형성하고 epoxy resin으로 모형 근관을 갖는 레진 블록 96개를 제작하였다. 모형 근관은 만곡의 반경이 0.5 mm, 3.0 mm.4.0 mm 및 6.0 mm를 가지며, 근관의 만곡도는 90도로 제작하였다. 엔진구동형 니켈-타이타늄 파일로 ProFile, ProTaper, Hero 642 그리고 K³를 사용하였으며 크라운다운법을 이용하여 제조회사의 지시에 따라 300 rpm으로 근관을 성형하였다. 시술 전·후사진을 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 촬영한 후, 이미지분석기를 이용하여 근관의 변화량을 측정하였다. 근관의 만곡을 따라서 치근첨 으로부터 1 mm 간격으로 계측점을 총 9부분을 설정하여 원래의 근관형태가 유지되는 정도를 측정하였다. 각 계측점에서 근관의 중심축의 변위량, 근관의 폭의 변화량을 측정하였다. 계측점에서 각 기구들간의 유의성은 Kruskal-Wallis 분석법을 이용하였고 기구간에 검정은 Mann-Whitney U-test분석법을 이용한 결과 급격히 만곡된 근관 성형시에 반경 1.5 mm의 만곡에서는 엔진구동형 니켈-타이타늄 파일을 사용시 주의를 요하며, 반경3.0 mm 이상의 만곡에서는 다른 엔진구동형 니켈-타이타눔 파일보다는 ProFile의 사용이 권고된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate which type of Ni-Ti files are able to maintain canal configuration better in the simulated canal with abrupt curvature near it's apex. Ninety six simulated root canals were made in epoxy resin and #15 finger spreader was used as root canal templates. The simulated root canals were made with radius of curvature of 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm respectively and the angle of curvature of all simulated canals were adjusted to 90 degree. The simulated canals were instrumented by ProFile, ProTaper, Hero 642, and K³ at a 300 rpm using crown-down pressureless technique. Pre-instrumented and post-instrumented images were taken by digital camera and were superimposed with Adobe Photoshop 6.0 program. Images were compared by image analysis program. The changes of canal width at the inner and outer side of the canal curvature, canal transportation were measured at 9 measuring point with 1 mm interval. Statistical analysis among the types of Ni-Ti files was performed using Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U-test. The result was that ProFile maintain original canal configuration better than other engine driven Ni-Ti files in the canals above 3.0 mm radius of curvature, and in the 1.5 mm radius of curvature, most of Ni-Ti flies were deformed or separated during instrumentation.[J Kor Acad Cons Dent 30(4):303-311,2005]

      • 시각장애학생의 다면적 인성검사 반응연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the MMPI in the visual-handicapped. The subjects consisted of 176 blind and amblyopia students(male:103, female:73), attending the middle and high school at Seoul, Pusan, taegu, Incheon, Mokpo areas. The results are summarized as follow: 1)The visual-handicapped group were generally higher than the normal group in the mean T-scores at the subscales, excepting Si scale of MMPI. 2)The typical profile pattern of the visual-handicapped group was F6827 type and it was also appeared, the male as F8627 and the female as F6281 according to sex. 3)In the validity scales of MMPI, the visual-handicapped group were higher than the control group in the scales of L,F,K. 4)The psychotic scales of MMPI was sallent in the visual-handicapped group, and female was showed higher than male in the neurotic scale fo MMPI.

        五加皮의 造血 및 免疫調節效果에 대한 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the reinforcemental Effects of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about immunity and hematogenic action. The various immune responses were studied. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Positive cell was significantly increased at the 0.25 d r n P degree of density in the effect of CD4 about the spleen cell. 2. In the effect of IgG positive cell was significantly increased as comrared with the data of control only at the 0.25 mg/ml degree of density. 3. In the effect of Mac-1 positive cell was significantly increased in all treated degree of density. 4. In result of observing the change of WBC after Cyclophosphamide-processing the number of WBC was significantly increased in treated Group. 5. Measurement of RT-PCR in Hematopoietic stem cell TPO PCR products was increased as compared with medium at the 1 ㎛/ml degree of density. 6. In reinforcemental effect about Stem cell factor SCF PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 7. In reinforcemental effect about IL-3 PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 8. In reinforcemental effect about IL-6 PCR product was significantly increased as compared with all treated group. 9. Assay about positive cell in the spleen cell, the positive cell was significantly increased in CD4, CD19. 10. Created amount NO was treated group significantly increased all degree of density. 11. In promotional dissolution-effect, treated group was increased one and half times or twice all degree of density as compared with negative control. According to the above results, Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex increase coherence with T-cell by dint of activating CD of T-cell, presentate an antigen, activate IL-3, IL-6 which stimulate B-cell mading an antibody, activate IFN- y which appeal anti-viral activity by dint of activating macrophage, activate IgG which being made in B-cell neutralize Virus directly, increase immunity by means of promoting dissolution of Spleen cell which involve immune cell and strengthen hematogenic action by dint of activating TPO, SCF. Although Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex was used in retrogressional joint disease of deficiency syndrome by reinforcing Liver and Kidney, strengthening bones and sinews, because IFN- 7 which appeal anti-viral activity and IL-6 which almost appear in arthritis increased significantly, in future we should make an effort in looking into action of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about common cold by infection and arthritis of excess syndrome.

      • 턱걸이(Pull-up) 수행 시 숙련자와 비숙련자의 근육사용 차이에 관한 운동학적 연구

        This study was conducted to find out the difference in the use of latissimus dorsi muscle and forearm muscles between skilled and unskilled people when performing pull-up. The subjects of the study were one skilled in the department of sports science at Soon-chun-hyang University, one unskilled person who had no problems with the musculoskeletal system over the past year, and a total of two people who could do pull-ups more than 20 times. A total of one experiment was conducted, and two tests were conducted. The electromyogram data of the light back and forearm muscles were compared using a wireless electromyogram measurement device (EMG). As a result of the study, first, when performing pull-up, the unskilled person performed the movement with the strength of the forearm muscle rather than the light back muscle compared to the skilled person. Second, when performing pull-up, the skilled person showed similar use of force in both pull-up movements, and for non-skilled people, the activity of the forearm muscle in the second movement was significantly increased.

        유전자 검색을 위한 DNA 칩 제작용 microarrayer의 개발

        외국의 경우 게놈 연구 및 바이오 산업에 DNA 칩을 제작할 수 있는 로봇 시스템을 싼 가격에 사용하고 있으나 우리나라의 경우 자동화 시스템을 비싼 가격에 외국에서 도입하여 사용하기 때문에 바이오 산업 및 연구 분야에서의 생산비를 높이게 돼 국내외적으로 생명공학의 경쟁력을 저하시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유전체 연구에 필수적인 DNA 칩 제작을 위한 연구용 pin 타입 microarrayer를 개발하였으며, 그 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 본 연구에서는 DNA칩 제작을 위한 연구용 pin 타입 microarrayer를 개발하였으며 3축 직교좌표형 로봇 본체 DNA를 묻혀 silylated 슬라이드에 점착하는 DNA 점착 헤드, 칩 및 웰 플레이트 고정부, 핀을 세척 및 건조하는 세척 및 건조장치 등으로 시스템을 구성하였다. 2. DNA 점착 헤드는 DNA 점착시 제도용 펜촉을 사용하도록 설계, 제작하였으며, 슬라이드에 DNA를 점착할 때는 핀이 일정한 힘으로 슬라이드를 누르며 점착할 수 있도록 자석의 반발력을 이용하였다. 3. DNA 점착 헤드 핀의 세척을 위하여 증류수 분사 및 진동 브러쉬를 이용하였으며 세척실험 결과, 핀을 1㎜/s로 이동시키며 브러쉬를 통과하도록 하는 방법이 세척효과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 핀 건조실험결과는 8.5㎏/㎤의 압축공기를 30초 동안 핀에 분사하였을 때 핀이 건조되는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 본 로봇 시스템을 이용하여 DNA를 12장의 슬라이드에 모두 점착시키기 위하여 웰 플레이트에서 핀이 DNA를 묻히는 실험을 실시한 결과, 10초 이상 핀에 DNA를 묻혔을 때 슬라이드 12장을 모두 찍는 것으로 나타났으며, 슬라이드에 핀이 1초간 접촉할 때의 DNA 스팟의 크기는 평균 280㎛가 되는 것으로 나타났다. 최소 점 간격을 0.32㎜로 설정한 후 DNA를 점착해 본 결과 최대 8,100여 점의 DNA 스팟을 한 슬라이드에 점착할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 본 로봇 시스템은 12장의 동일 DNA 칩을 생성하기 위해 핀의 세척, 건조, DNA를 묻히는 과정 및 DNA 점착 등의 한 과정을 2분 50초 동안 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study exploits the robot system which is necessary in gene study, bio-technology industry. As well, it can achieve the job of DNA chip manufacturing whose use rate has been increased recently. The robot consists of DNA spotting device for spotting DNA on the silylated slide and well plate, bed for fixing well-plate, washing & drying device of washing and drying the pin part of DNA spotting device, distillation-water vessel, and discharge vessel of wash water. We made the term of sticking DNA to the pin on well plate to be 15 seconds. The spot size of DNA was set to be 0.28㎜ on the average by bringing the slide into contact with pin for 1 second. At this rate, if DNA is spotted in the minimum space possible of about 0.32㎜, it can stick about 8,100 DNA spots on the well plate. Analyzing the procedure: Movement starts. Pin washes, dries, and smears DNA on the well plate. Spots DNA onto 12 chips takes 2 minutes and 50 seconds.
