Development of Balance on Pillow using new material

Sleep is a necessary element for human beings to eliminate the fatigue of the human body and recreate the mind and body to renew the power of action. Pillows, one of the main factors affecting sleep, should support the body in a natural state in a lying position. Pillow factors for good sleep include size, absorbency, elasticity of inner material, thermal conductivity, and the height of the pillow. This study introduces how select the size of the pillow that suitable for the body of the Korean, and the method of evaluate it by objectively and quantitatively. The pillow was made of new material (veta gel) that harmless to the human body with a 2-layered honeycomb structure. To select the pillow size the neck length, the length of the shoulder, the angle of the cervical vertebrae, and the height between the bottom and the head were considered. The evaluation was performed by body pressure distribution, temperature and humidity change. The cervical vertebrae angle change was measured by comparison 3D upper body image when standing and lying position. Sleep latency test was checked by polysomnography.
Memory characteristics of platinum nanoparticle-embedded MOS capacitors

The capacitance characteristics of platinum nanoparticle (NP)-embedded metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS) capacitors with gate Al2O3 layers are studied in this work. The capacitance versus voltage (C–V) curves obtained for a representative MOS capacitor exhibit flat-band voltage shifts, demonstrating the presence of charge storages in the platinum NPs. The counterclockwise hysteresis and flat-band voltage shift, observed from the C–V curves imply that electrons are stored in a floating gate layer consisting of the platinum NPs present between the tunneling and control oxide layers in the MOS capacitor and that these stored electrons originate from the Si substrate. Moreover, the charge remains versus time curve for the platinum NP-embedded MOS capacitor is investigated in this work.

<P>The electrical characteristics of titanium (Ti) nanoparticle-embedded metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) capacitors and metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) with blocking Al2O3 layers are studied in this work. Ti nanoparticles were synthesized by a thermal deposition of Ti and by a subsequent thermal annealing procedure. The capacitance versus voltage (C-V) curves obtained for a representative MOS capacitor embedded with Ti nanoparticles exhibit large flat-band voltage shifts, demonstrating the presence of charge storages in the Ti nanoparticles. The counterclockwise hysteresis and flat-band voltage shift observed from the C-V curves imply that electrons are stored in a floating gate layer consisting of the Ti nanoparticles present between the tunneling oxide and control oxide layers in the MOS capacitor and that these stored electrons originate from the p-type Si substrate in inversion condition. Moreover, the source/drain current versus gate voltage curves for the Ti nanoparticle-embedded MOSFETs and the threshold voltage shift characteristics of program/erase time, endurance and retention are analyzed in this paper.</P>
독일의 승마교육 분석을 통한 우리나라의 승마교육 방향 탐색

본 연구는 승마 강국인 독일의 학교 승마교육 사례 분석을 통해서 학교스포츠로서의 승마교육 도입을 위한 기초자료 및 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 실행하였다. 연구 핵심 내용으로는 독일의 주수준 승마교육 편성체계, 단위 학교 승마교육 편 성체계, 학교 승마교육 내용 및 교수법, 학교 승마수업 교수자의 역량, 학교 승마교육 운영 체계를 다루었다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 학교 승마교육에 기여할 수 있으며 분석의 가치가 있다고 판단되는 독일만의 독특한 학교 승마교육 사례들을 선정 하여 복합적 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과에 대한 논의 및 시사점을 바탕으로 얻은 결론으로는 학교 승마교육 실천을 위해서 체육과 내용 반영 및 광역지자체의 자율성 강화, 학교 승마교육 간의 유기적 관계 형성 및 지역 승마장과 연계, 학교 승마교육을 위한 교재 개발 및 지도자 양성, 승마 관련 기관의 학교 승마교육 지원 및 안전한 승마교육환경 조성을 도출하였다. 마지막으로는 한국마사회와 대한승마 협회의 적극적 역할 수행, 초·중등별 교재 개발, 학교와 승마시설의 연계 강화, 승마 에 대한 홍보 및 인식 개선을 제언하였다. This study aims to present basic information and implications for the introduction of horse riding education as a school sport through the case analysis of school horse riding education in Germany. The main contents of the study were the state level horse riding education system in Germany, the system of horse riding education at the different level of schools, the contents of the school horse riding education, the competence of the school horse riding class teacher, and the operation of school horse riding education. This study conducted a mixed case analysis by choosing cases of horse riding education in Germany, which can contribute to Korean school riding education and is considered to be worthy of analysis. It concluded that it is necessary to reflect the content of physical education department and strengthen autonomy of metropolitan government for the practice of school horse riding education, to organize close relation with school horse riding education and link with local horse riding entities, to develop teaching materials and to train teachers for school horse riding training, and finally strengthen education support and safe riding education environment. It further suggested the active role of Korean Racing Authority and Korea Equestrian Federation, development of textbooks for elementary and secondary school, strengthening linkage between school and equestrian facilities, and improving publicity and awareness about horse riding.
