In finishing stage, several works are performs at the same time as well as the most construction materials are input in construction site, thus these need to be proper and efficient procurement of finishing materials. The purpose of this scheme is to improve the procurement process of finishing materials by finding several problems in procurement process of building construction process. As a result. the study proposed procurement process suitable for domestic construction sites. Major effects of proposed procurement process are as follows: the simplification and coordination of procurement business, organization of cooperative work system with each party in procurement, the information-oriented procurement process of materials. Improvement proposal proposed in this study got a base to acquire the accuracy in procument process and concept of ]IT. These proposals can make procurement process efficient and reduce lead time od conducting procurement business and solve problems of construction delays caused by finishing works.

This study was carried out to gain the basic informations about botanical characteristics of plant type and properties related to table quality for developing the new colored waxy corn hybrid. Materials used were produced by our laboratory in 2007 and their major traits were evaluated fro two years(2008 to 2009) at Corn Breeding Farm of Coll. of Agri. & Life in CNU. Items surveyed were major agricultural characteristics including ear length and traits related to edible. Botanical characteristics as a plant type and ear pattern of the developed waxy corn hybrids showed large ranges among them; stem height of CNU08H-h39 among used hybrids was the highest as 235.7cm, while CNUH08-15 was the lowest. Ear height of Daehackchal Gold 1 was the highest as 83.7cm and that of CNU08H-15 was the lowest among used hybrids. Ear length of CNU08H-h121 among used hybrids was the longest as 23.1cm, while that of CNU08H-71 was the smallest as 12.7cm. Kernel sugar content of the used hybrids appeared to be 16.1 to 13.0Brix(%). Especially, CNU08H-15, CNU08H-35 and CNU08H-h39 hybrids were highly appeared as 15 above. Pericarp thickness of check hybrid, Yeonongchal, was thicker as 46.0㎛, while that of CNU08H-39 compared to other hybrids showed the thinnest as 23.0㎛. From this study, we could obtain several superior colored hybrids with thinner pericarp and high sugar contents like CNU 08-39 and CNU 08-h121 hybrids. Accordingly, these hybrids will be apply as new developed variety through confirmed trials.
ATP Hydrolysis Analysis of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) Coronavirus Helicase

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) helicase separates the double-stranded nucleic acids using the energy from ATP hydrolysis. We have measured ATPase activity of SARS-CoV helicase in the presence of various types of nucleic acids. Steady state ATPase analysis showed that poly(U) has two-times higher turnover number than poly(C) with lower Michaelis constant. When M13 single-stranded DNA is used as substrate, the Michaelis constant was about twenty-times lower than poly(U), whereas turnover numbers were similar. However, stimulation of ATPase activity was not observed in the presence of double-stranded DNA. pH dependent profiles of ATP hydrolysis with the helicase showed that the optimal ATPase activities were in a range of pH 6.2 ~ 6.6. In addition, ATP hydrolysis activity assays performed in the presence of various divalent cations exhibited that $Mg^{2+}$ stimulated the ATPase activity with the highest rate and $Mn^{2+}$ with about 40% rate as compared to the $Mg^{2+}$.
붓다의 질문에 관한 연구 - 빨리어본 니까야를 중심으로

불교는 붓다의 깨달음에서 시작되었고, 그 깨달음은 고따마 싯닷타의 출가에서 비롯되었다. 본 연구는 그 출가의 동기를 ‘왜 나는 스스로 생겨남에 묶여 있으면서 또한 생겨남에 묶여 있는 것을 구하는가?’라는 붓다 유년의 질문에서 찾고자 한다. ‘질문과 답’은 짝을 이루는 하나의 맥락이며 붓다의 깨달음이란 유년의 질문에 대한 답이라고 할 수 있다. 이 질문을 통해 싯닷타는 익숙함을 낯설게 보았고, 멈추어 새로운 방향을 모색하고, 떠남을 선택하고, 스스로 깨달은 붓다가 되었다. 이렇듯, 질문은 싯닷타의 삶을 전환시키는 원동력이 되어, 존재의 속박에서 깨어난 자각과 열반의 만족한 상태에 이르게 하였다. 이를 밝히기 위해 본고는 『맛지마니까야(Majjhima Nikāya)』의 「고귀한 구함의 경(Ariyapariyesanāsutta)」과 「쑻짜까에 대한 큰 경(Mahāsaccakasutta)」을 바탕으로, 붓다 생애의 결정적 순간들인 ‘출가 ․ 구도 ․ 깨달음’ 속에서, 질문의 작용을 분석했다. 먼저 출가동기와 관련된 질문을 ‘현실인식-문제자각-문제해결의 방향고려’라는 맥락에 맞게 구분한 뒤, 그 질문이 답이라는 목적에 이르기 위해서 조건을 수정해가며 구도의 동력으로 작용함을 분석하고, 깨달음이라는 결과에 질문이 원인으로서 작용함을 드러내었다. 왜 질문이 중요한가? 불교가 시작된 지점의 원인을 알아야 그 결과인 깨달음의 가르침을 원인에 맞춰 이해할 수 있으며, 원인과 결과로 짝을 이룬 맥락 속에서 붓다의 가르침의 가치는 뚜렷해지기 때문이다. 그 과정에서 그의 고뇌가 우리의 고뇌와 다르지 않다는 사실을 명확히 알게 됨으로써 그의 가르침은 우리의 괴로움을 해결할 답이 된다. 붓다의 가르침은 ‘와서 보라’고 할 수 있는 것으로, 누군가의 특수한 상황에만 적용되는 것이 아니라, 삶의 괴로움을 해결하는 보편적 가르침이라는 뜻을 드러낸다. 붓다가 성취한 깨달음의 이러한 보편성은 질문이 관통하는 출가 ․ 구도 ․ 깨달음이라는 구체적인 맥락에서 시작되었다. 이 사실에 중심을 둔 연구를 시도했음이 이 논문의 의의가 될 것이다. Buddhism began with the enlightenment of the Buddha, which began with the Gotama Siddhatthas renunciation of secular life. This study focuses on the root cause of Siddhatthas renunciation, considering the questions he asked himself in his youth. Such questions include “Why, being myself subject to birth, do I seek what is also subject to birth?” The Buddha’s enlightenment can be said to have arisen as an answer to the questions of his youth. Through this questioning process, Siddhattha saw familiarity as unfamiliar; he stopped and searched for a new direction, eventually choosing to leave his worldly life behind, and became a self-awakened Buddha. The questioning became the driving force that transformed his life, it was the path to awaken him from the bondage of being, and it brought him to a state of satisfaction through awareness, and finally, Nibbāna. In this study, the functioning of questions in the decisive moments of the Buddhas life is analyzed based on The Noble Search (Ariyapariyesanāsutta) and The Longer Discourse to Saccaka (Mahāsaccakasutta). First, the questioning is deliberated as it is related to the motivation of renunciation. This can be considered in the context of three categories: recognition of reality, awareness of problems, and consideration of the means of solving those problems. Next, the questioning process was analyzed as to how it acted as a driving force for seeking truth and how these questions functioned as a cause of enlightenment. Why is questioning important? When the cause of the beginning of Buddhism is known, the teachings of enlightenment can be better understood. The value of the Buddhas teachings becomes evident in the context of its cause and effect. The teachings of the Buddha are the answer to suffering as it is made clear that His suffering is no different from the sufferings of other beings. The teachings of the Buddha have been described with the term “come and see.” It is not a solution for a specific situation but rather reveals a universal teaching that eases the suffering of life. This universality of enlightenment achieved by the Buddha began in the concrete context of renunciation, truth-seeking practice, and enlightenment through which questions penetrated doubt. This study is significant for being centered on this fact.
