The purpose of this study, after two years later since evaluation of the Korean hospital Accreditation, was to examine whether the performance about the state accreditation test items is maintained or not. The survey targets were 231 senior nurses working in three hospitals, which was certified among the metropolitan medical facilities in 2011. The survey period was from February to March, 2013 and Structured questionnaires were used. The questions of the questionnaire are three types : (1) the 8 questions which were typically characteristics, (2) about the accreditation test items, the 22 questions which were related to general adult ward nurse and, (3) the 44 questions which were the causes of the difference between the accreditation evaluation at the time and the execution of the current. SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis were the frequency analysis about the cause of the difference between the general characteristics of the targets and the performance of each question, and paired t-test analysis about difference between performance evaluation at the time of accreditation and the current. The results of this study were as follows. The 18 questions were significantly lower performance evaluation of the accreditation than at the current. The 13 question items of them were P-value <0.001, the 5 questions were p-value <0.05. The others four questions were fairly maintained. The reasons of lower degree were "Busy works" the most responses and 'friction between staff' the second lot of answers, Some items associated with a doctor. The reason which kept performing well were 'habit saved' the most response and the second 'empathy for compliance'. This study show that the performance of regulations were lower than at the time of accreditation evaluation, and, in order to improve these problem, it will be necessary to supplement workforce and prepare the methods to observe the rules.
