This study investigates the relationship between types of leadership and professional soldier morale from a multivalent perspective. The study results are as follows. First, according to the leadership type of commanding officer the perspective ratio of military officers according to rank are as follows. The percentage of "team" style and" impotent" style in aviation units are highest, and the "team"sty1e is given the higest recognition concerning leadership types. Second, an analysis and comparison of how military officers rank, term of service, and academic level affect their morale shows that officer rank and term of service have negligible effect on morale, but academic level does have a noticeable effect, and if academic level is analyzed into education level above and below 2 year college the higher the education level the lower morale. Third, an analysis and comparison of how morale is affected show that military officer's morale is highest in "workaholic" style, "impotent" style, "communicative" style, and "team" style, in that order. Also in relationship to leadership when "communicative" style is reinforced military morale is higher than when "workaholic" style is reinforced. Fourth, an analysis of how military leadership type relates to subordinates show that "team" style leadership encourages high morale, specifically in attitude, recognition and physical health, and that in action application is not viable.
