      • 국립대학 자원관리 시스템 도입에 따른 금오공과대학교 산학협력단의 통합관리시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구

        금오공과대학교 산학협력단 통합관리시스템의 구축은 국립대학 자원관리 시스템의 도입과 통합되지 않은 상태로 운영되고 있는 연구관리 관련 시스템, 그리고 2015년 4월까지 학생인건비 통합관리를 시행해야 하는 3가지 요인이 얽혀있어 매우 복잡하고 어려운 문제로 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약사항이 상호복합적으로 얽혀있는 상황에서 국립대학 자원관리 시스템이 도입되어 정착될 때까지 산학협력단의 업무처리를 위한 통합시스템 구축에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. 통합시스템에 대한 중요한 영향요인으로 먼저 국가연구개발사업 연구비 공동관리규정, 학생인건비 통합관리제도, 대학연구활동 실태조사, NTIS시스템에 대한 자료입력, 연구비 종합관리시스템, 국립대학 자원관리 시스템, 현행 업무처리 시스템의 7개 항목을 도출하고, 이에 대한 상세한 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 이러한 영향요인들을 조사·분석한 결과를 활용하여 산학협력단 통합관리시스템의 구성방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 선행 작업을 기반으로 하여 학생인건비 통합관리시스템을 효과적으로 구축할 수 있는 4가지 방안을 제시하였고, 이들 방안에 대한 구체적인 구현전략과 각각의 장단점을 분석하였다. The issue of development of industry-university cooperation foundation of Kumoh National Institute of Technology was raised as a very complex and difficult issue due to the entanglement of the three factors of the implementation of national university resource management system and research management related system being operated without being integrated, and the need to implement integrated management of student labor cost by April 2015. In this study, it presented plans of developing integrated system for the work processing of industry-university cooperation foundation until the implementation and operation of national university resource management system in the midst of a situation where such restrictions are entangled. As for the important influence factors on integrated system, seven items were deduced that were national research development project research cost joint-management regulation, student labor cost integrated management system, university research activity present condition research, data input of NTIS system, research cost total management system, national university resource management system and current work processing system, for which detailed researched were conducted. In addition, a method of composing industry-university cooperation foundation integrated management system was presented by utilizing the research and analysis results of such influence factors. In addition, four plans were presented for effectively establishing student labor cost integrated management system based on previous work and specific implementation strategies and respective strengths & weaknesses of these plans were analyzed.

      • 대·중소 상생형 지원사업을 통한 중소기업 스마트팩토리 구축에 대한 영향 평가 연구

        스마트팩토리는 전통적인 제조기업의 노동집약적인 시대에서 자동화 시대를 거쳐 ICT를 활용한 CPS까지 결점을 줄이고 생산성을 극대화하여 고객의 요구에 부응할 수 있는 중요한 시스템이다. 스마트팩토리는 어느 일부만 완성이 된다고 해서 끝나는 것이 아닌 공장 내 모든 시설의 H/W 부분과 이를 오차 없이 가동하고 운영할 수 있는 S/W가 서로 유기적 관계를 유지해야만 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 정부지원정책과 스마트팩토리와의 관계에서 성공적인 구축을 위해 정부의 다양한 지원정책과 정부의지에 따라 지원 사업에 어떤 영향이 미치는지 분석하는 것이고, 둘째, 패밀리혁신활동과 스마트팩토리와의 관계에서는 모기업과 모기업의 협력회사가 동반 성장 할 수 있는 어떠한 요인들의 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 셋째, 교육훈련과 스마트팩토리와의 관계에서 스마트팩토리 구축을 위해 중소기업 스스로 유지관리 할 수 있는 전문 인력양성이 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 분석한 것이다. 넷째, 정부지원정책과 패밀리혁신활동 그리고 교육훈련이 스마트팩토리와 경영성과 관계에서 매개효과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 이론연구와 실증연구를 병행 하였다. 스마트팩토리 성공 구축요인인 정부지원정책과 패밀리혁신활동, 교육훈련 그리고 스마트팩토리 구축 기대효과에 대한 선행 연구 자료를 검토하여 연구모형을 도출하였다. 실증연구에서는 패밀리혁신활동에 참여한 중소기업을 대상으로 이메일로 설문을 발송한 후 표본 집단의 설문을 회수하여 정리를 하였고, 설문결과를 토대로 통계분석을 진행 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 중소기업이 스마트팩토리 도입에 따른 정부지원정책과 패밀리혁신활동 그리고 교육훈련이 경영성과 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석한 결과, 경영성과에 매우 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며, 매개효과인 스마트팩토리도 경영성과와의 관계에서도 중요한 효과가 있는 것으로 분석이 되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 대·중소 상생형 스마트팩토리 구축지원 사업은 대기업과 중소기업의 동반성장 및 민간의 자발적인 스마트팩토리 확산 체계를 마련하기 위한 사업이다. 스마트팩토리 구축을 희망하는 중소기업에 대해 대기업의 스마트 제조기술 혁신 노하우를 공유하고 정부와 대기업이 함께 구축 비용을 지원하여 중소기업이 실질적인 스마트팩토리를 구축하는데 도움을 주는 사업이므로 중소기업에서 많은 참여가 필요해 보인다. 연구의 한계점은 패밀리혁신활동은 모기업과 모기업의 협력사를 같이 동반 성장할 수 있는 혁신활동이지만 아직까지 패밀리혁신활동에 참여하는 기업이 많지 않아 조사표본의 수가 충분하지 못해 심층적인 분석을 하지 못했다. 일부 중소기업은 스마트팩토리 도입은 시스템과 자동화가 우선이라고 생각을 하고 있다. 스마트팩토리가 제대로 정착되기 위해서는 제조현장 기본 갖추기가 먼저 선행되어야 하는 것을 인식시켜 줄 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 정부의 지원정책에 따른 대·중소 상생형 스마트팩토리 구축 지원 사업의 중소기업 경영성과에 도움이 되었는지를 집중적으로 연구하게 되었다. 연구를 통해 스마트팩토리 도입을 희망하는 중소기업에게 정부의 지원정책과 대기업의 상생경영 그리고 지속적인 인력양성 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었다. 향후에는 스마트팩토리를 도입을 했지만 성공하지 못하고 실패한 원인이 무엇이고 그에 따른 해결방안의 무엇인지를 좀 더 집중적으로 연구해 보고자 한다.

      • 금오공과대학교 건축물 및 외부공간 이미지평가에 관한 연구

        Abstract In this study, I performed the psychological analysis on campus facilities and open space for university students with the observation that the evaluation on the physical environment of the campus is related to the image evaluation of the campus users. Specifically, we investigated the cognitive structure and the image evaluation structure of users, i.e., students, on the architectural and morphological elements of campus buildings and open space. The investigation results are summarized as follows. 1) The cognitive structure of students on the architectural and morphological elements was different from building to building. In the case of architectural elements, the campus buildings were rated high, if they were designed with emphasis on symbolic elements, while the campus buildings with simple design were rated low. However, the morphological elements exhibited the opposite results. 2) I extracted six factors by performing the factor analysis for image evaluation. From the analysis results, we found that students showed a different structure of image evaluation for each building. In addition, the image evaluation structures were found to be related with the cognitive structures on architectural and morphological elements. 3) I also performed the correlation analysis between image evaluation structure and cognitive structure on architectural and morphological aspects. The analysis results indicated that each building showed different correlation patterns. In addition, the overall image became better, as they appraised “clarity” and “uniformity” more highly. 4) In planning campus open space, it is necessary to ensure open view and simplicity, but it should be avoid to make open space too desolate or poor image, and open space should be designed to have bright and clean image. 5) Finally, outside area of a university gate should not become distracted street scene. It is necessary to improve street scene through the district unit planning. Additionally it is suggested planning of park and greenery, square that can accept a lot of activities of students at there

      • 음향 시각화 기반 딥러닝을 이용한 드론 고장 감지

        본 논문은 드론의 고장을 감지하여 사고로 인한 피해를 미리 방지하는 것을 목표로 Recurrence plot(RP)과 딥러닝을 이용한 음향신호 기반 드론의 고장 감지 기법을 제안한다. 드론 로터에서 발생하는 반복적인 패턴의 음향신호를 RP를 이용하여 이미지화하고 이를 이미지 인식 딥러닝 모델인 YOLOv5를 사용하여 드론의 고장을 감지한다. 금오공과대학교 테크노관 북동편 옥상에서 Bebop 2 드론으로 구성한 정상적인 드론과 비정상적인 드론에서 발생하는 음향신호를 이용하여 RP 데이터셋을 구성해 윈도우 PC에서 아나콘다 가상환경을 통해 YOLOv5 모델을 학습시켜 추론한다. 음성인식에 많이 사용되는 Mel-spectrogram과의 비교 평가를 통해 분류 정확도와 동작 소요시간을 측정하여 제안하는 방식의 성능 우수성을 입증한다. 제안하는 기법의 정확도는 97.5%로 매우 정확함을 확인하였으며 향후 연구방향에 대하여 논의한다. This thesis proposes a drone defect detection scheme based on acoustic signals using Recurrence Plot (RP) and deep learning to detect drone defects and prevent damage caused by accidents in advance. The acoustic signals of a recurring pattern generated by the drone rotor are imaged using RP, and the drone defects are detected using the image recognition deep learning model YOLOv5. On the roof of a four-story building, RP datasets are constructed using the acoustic signals generated by the normal and abnormal drones composed of the Bebop 2 drone, and the YOLOv5 model is trained and inferred through the anaconda virtual environment on a Windows PC. Through comparative evaluation with mel-spectrogram, widely used for speech recognition, the classification accuracy and operation time are measured to prove the superiority of the performance of the proposed scheme. The accuracy of the proposed scheme is 97.5%, which is confirmed to be very accurate, and the future research direction is discussed.

        Development and Application of ICT Class Materials for High School Physics -Electric Current and Electric Resistance Focused- Woo byeong sik Department of Science Education, Graduate School of Education Kumoh National Institude of Technology ABSTRACT The developed IT technology is expanding over the whole of education now and it is also bringing complete innovation to educational target, educational time and place, educational method, etc,. As a result of driving the school information business of Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, the base facility for utilizing ICT in elementary, middle and hight school was acquired and the teacher and students utilizing Internet are suddenly increasing. The goal of this study is to conduct ICT class that utilized contents and review and analyze learner's opinions about its effect on learning performance and content-utilizing class by using the advantage of ICT data-utilizing class through ICT contents development for enhancing students' interests and participations in the unit of electric current and electric resistance among the units of high school physics and raising its learning efficacy. Ga. What kind difference is there in students' sympathy when ICT-utilizing class method and general class method are applied in the range of the unit of Electric current and Electric resistance of "Physics" in high school science? Na. What kind of effect is there on students' software-utilizing ability when ICT-utilizing class method and general class method are applied in the range of the unit of Electric current and Electric resistance of "Physics" in high school science? Da. What kind of effect is there on IT technology-utilizing recognition when ICT-utilizing class method and general class method are applied in the range of the unit of Electric current and Electric resistance of "Physics" in high school science? This study distributed total 145 questionnaires for the 1st grade students of 5 schools within the province where teachers work from February 2007 to November 2007 and collected total 139 questionnaires. Among them, this study researched and analyzed total 131 questionnaires except for 8 questionnaires that didn't answer or answered insincerely. The conclusions got from this study are as follows: First, ICT knowledge education at school is essentially necessary as computer utilization is becoming to be essential for our daily life as well as for our learning, and it was possible to cultivate the ability to retrieve the information necessary for students, collect right information and use those information for their learning and material making through Internet utilizing the most. Second, as a result of learning ICT knowledge education as a web-based learning, learner became to have some interest in class and be able to get new information by becoming to be familiar with computer and I think that as learners' recognition on ICT-utilizing class can make to get various information, it is possible to create learning desire and make actively self-leading and effective learning. Therefore, ICT education has its meaning in enhancing information knowledge ability of learners naturally by utilizing ICT to all subjects effectively without limiting ICT education to particular subjects. 고등학교 과학 물리단원 ICT 수업자료의 개발 및 적용 -전류와 전기저항을 중심으로- 우 병 식 금오공과대학교 교육대학원 요 약 발달된 정보통신기술은 이제 교육 전반에 걸쳐서도 널리 확산되고 있으며, 교육의 대상, 교육시간 및 장소, 교육의 방법 등에 일대 혁신을 가져오고 있다. 교육인적자원부의 학교 정보화 사업의 추진 결과 모든 초·중·고교에서 ICT 활용을 위한 기반 시설이 확보되었으며, 학교에서 인터넷을 활용하는 교사와 학생이 급증하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 관점에서 고등학교 물리 단원 중 전류와 전기저항 단원에 대해 학생들의 흥미도와 참여도를 증진시키고 학습 효율성을 높이기 위해 ICT 컨텐츠를 개발하여 ICT 자료 활용 수업의 장점을 살려 컨텐츠를 활용한 ICT 수업을 실시하고 학습 성취도에 미치는 영향 및 컨텐츠 활용 수업에 대한 학습자의 의견을 조사 분석하고자 한다. 가. 고등학교 과학 “물리” 전류와 전기저항 단원 영역에서 ICT 활용 수업 방식과 일반 수업 방식을 적용했을 때 학생들의 호응도는 어떤 차이가 있는가? 나. 고등학교 과학 “물리” 전류와 전기저항 단원 영역에서 ICT 활용 수업 방식과 일반 수업 방식을 적용했을 때 학생들의 소프트웨어 활용능력에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 다. 고등학교 과학 “물리” 전류와 전기저항 단원 영역에서 ICT 활용 수업 방식과 일반 수업 방식을 적용했을 때 정보통신기술 활용 인식에는 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구는 2007년 2월부터 2007년 11월까지 교사가 근무하는 관내의 5개 학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 설문지를 총 145부를 배부하여 139부를 회수하였으며 그 중 미 응답이나 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 8부를 제외한 131부를 대상으로 연구 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교에서의 ICT 소양 교육은 컴퓨터의 활용이 학습뿐만 아니라 일상생활에서 생활화가 되어가므로 필수적으로 필요하며, 가장 많이 활용하는 인터넷을 통해 자신에게 필요한 정보를 검색하고 올바른 정보를 수집하는 능력과 학습 및 자료 제작에 이용할 수 있는 능력을 기를 수 있었다. 둘째, ICT 소양 교육을 웹 기반 학습으로 학습한 결과, 학습자는 컴퓨터와 더욱 친숙하게 되어 수업에 흥미를 느끼며 새로운 정보를 얻을 수 있었으며 ICT 활용 수업에 대한 학습자들의 인식은 학습에 관한 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있어 학습에 대한 의욕이 생기며 능동적으로 자기 주도적이며 효율적 학습이 될 수 있다고 생각한다. 따라서 ICT 교육은 특정교과에서 ICT 교육을 하는데 그치지 않고 모든 교과에서 ICT를 효과적으로 활용하여 자연스럽게 학습자에게 정보 소양능력이 함양되도록 하는데 의의를 가진다.

      • 대학행정서비스에 대한 만족도 연구

        This study aims to provide basic data to raise the quality of university administration service by investigating the recognition and overall satisfaction on the university administration service level by the university students, beneficiary of education.The research tool used in this study is ‘questionnaire on the satisfaction from university administration service’, and the targets of this study are 600 students attending K university with 150 students from year graded who received questionnaire; we collected total 476 copies (collection rate 79.3%) and used SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) program to calculate frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and other technical statistics data; we analyzed general tendency of the data and then performed t-test and ANOVA to analyze the difference among groups per research question.We have the following conclusions from the results of this study.Firstly, students recognize that the university administration service is in middle level; according to the service level analysis per background variable, male students showed higher level than female students in all areas of credibility, responsiveness, liability and convenience. From these results, we could see that female students accept the quality of university administration service as low as women in our society have more social participation and status and as they have distinctive voice and insistence getting out of passive attitude. Therefore, more considerate administration service toward female students should be provided. In the meantime with school grades, the credibility area, responsiveness area and liability area showed higher score in sophomore than in freshmen; convenience area showed higher scores in sophomore and senior students than freshmen. It is because this research was performed to the students of K university only and as K university is a regional national university which has cheaper tuition than other national universities as well as private universities; as it is an engineering college, there are more male students than female student and especially there are many male students returning to school after military service in sophomore, junior and senior students which affected this result. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a program that can satisfy both freshmen and enrolled students.Secondly, students’ satisfaction index in university administration service was shown to be moderate; the satisfaction from the university administration service per background variable was analyzed that education administration service credibility level area, professional response willingness area and convenience area was shown to be higher in male students than in female students. From these results, we could see that female students accept the quality of university administration service as low as women in our society have more social participation and status and as they have distinctive voice and insistence getting out of passive attitude. Therefore, more considerate administration service toward female students should be provided.. In the meantime with school grades, physical education environment, education administration service credibility level, professional response willingness, professional knowledge acquisition opportunity, academic schedule, and even area showed higher score in sophomore and upper grades than in freshmen; convenience area showed higher scores in sophomore and senior students than freshmen. It is because this research was performed to the students of K university only and as K university is a regional national university which has cheaper tuition than other national universities as well as private universities; as it is an engineering college, there are more male students than female student and especially there are many male students returning to school after military service in sophomore, junior and senior students which affected this result. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a program that can satisfy both freshmen and enrolled students.Thirdly, it was shown that university administration service level and satisfaction have high degree of correlation. Therefore, it is necessary to satisfy the members for the university administration service through continuous improvement of university administration service level.

An Exploratory Study on the Applicability of Mobile Number Portability: An Uzbekistan Case Andrey Kim Department of Industrial Management The Graduate School, Kumoh National Institute of Technology Gumi, Korea (Supervised by Professor Hoe-Kyun Shin) (Abstract) The mobile telecommunication sector increasingly gathers attention thus becoming a key area for the economic development in Uzbekistan. The mobile telecommunication market is the fourth biggest market by the number of subscribers in the Central Asia and Eastern Europe The subscriber base of mobile network operators (MNO) is the fastest-growing among those of CIS and has reached almost 3.5 million subscribers. The penetration rate is more than 12.9% (NRCU). The recent issue that arose in the telecommunication industry is mobile number portability (MNP) and its impact on the telecommunication market. It was expected that the availability of MNP was to bring considerable benefits to subscribers: lower price, higher quality, greater choice and a greater range of services. This research intends to perform an exploratory study on the applicability of MNP by constructing and developing the research model and survey questionnaire, collecting and analyzeing data which best describe business environment and situation in Uzbekistan. For the purpose of this research, consumer’s preferences for various attributes of mobile service were evaluated by using a conjoint analysis (CA). The research investigates the subscribers’ behavior and perception towards COMPANY’s loyalty, call and service quality (CSQ), PRICE, MNP and DISCOUNT in total and segmented by demographic groups. Results showed that customers value PRICE most which is followed by call and service quality (CSQ). Next subscribers gave their preferences to the attributes, such as COMPANY’s name and DISCOUNT. And the least valuable service turned out to be MNP. It can be explained by the reason a MNP service has not been introduced at the time of the research. The results from analysis were also used to estimate the respondent’s WTP for the quality increase for each attribute. Differences in the values of willingness to pay for MNP were investigated segmenting respondents in demographic groups. Finally, the research draws some suggestions for the current operators to develop a competitive strategy, and possible ways of effective enforcement of MNP in the mobile communication market. Also this research gives directions for the future researches.

      • 대학수학능력시험 언어 영역쓰기 문항 분석

        The College Scholastic Aptitude Test introduced in 1994 for the college admission assessment in the Republic of Korea has met its 21th anniversary. Although there has been an active studies related to the language area of the recent College Scholastic Aptitude Test, there were no in-depth studies on the writing questions which is the basic ability essential for communicating and there has been almost no prior studies. Therefore, this study was conducted under the recognition that a study on the concentrated analysis of writing which is the basic ability was needed. After analyzing the 144 writing questions released on the examination questions up to date into contents area and behavior area, in the contents area, since 1994 when the first College Scholastic Aptitude Test was introduced to now, despite the fact that some of the questions related to vocabulary and grammar classified by writing was the question that assessed the contents of 'the knowledge of Korean grammar' within the area of 'the Korean Language' subject, it had a mistake of being set as a writing question. In the behavior area, a writing question that measures the 'expression' activity was forced to be applied as the 'understanding' activity and the sub-goals of each behavior area was not evenly reflected and it was found that the questions were being concentrated only for one goal. Based on such facts, the following improvement methods for language area writing questions were proposed. First, it is necessary to improve the assessment goal of the language area questions. The vocabulary and grammar area should be selected according to the contents divided into listening, reading and writing, and also the behavior area which are based on the classification scheme that is applied to the reading should be improved to be able to measure the writing ability. Second, a variety of writing questions by behavior goals should be developed. Through a variety of questions development, a question that can balance the sub assessment goal should be released. In a rapidly changing modern society, a writing becomes a basic action of communicating for conveying one's opinion to the others through a highly complex thinking processes and goal-oriented problem solving process. In the school, the importance of writing should be recognized right away and should be approached with a variety of perspectives and methods to set the proper education goal and teaching so that it may contribute to the normalization of the Korean language education.

        Research on the question in verbal section and Listening of College Scholastic Ability Test Kim Bong-Woon Major in Korean Education, Graduate School of Education Kumoh National Institute of Technology Abstract Since the first 1994 College Scholastic Ability Test was substituted for previous college entrance examination in 1993, it has been enforced total 16 times until now. College Scholastic Ability Test makes students escape from memorizing knowledge and helps them to evaluate the high thinking ability which applies an integrated subjects instead of limiting in specific subjects. Therefore it leads to normalize school education in question. As our society is turning into diversified world where knowledge and information are considered serious, listening and speaking became important enough to be a factor of winning or losing. Because listening and speaking are related with understanding and careful concern for others. It is listening comprehension test that shows up with social change. The present paper examined carefully 95 listening questions of total 970 university scholastic aptitude questions in Korean language which has been tested 16 times in total. Besides it is based on system of language territory evaluation. The contents of the research are like belows. First, this research catches hold of fundamental notion and reveals the traits of verbal section of college scholastic ability test. And it take close look at transition in both contents areas and action areas. After that, it analyze a tendency of questions and some traits in 2008 test. Second, it is observed that fundamental idea, characteristics, process of listening and relationship of listening and curriculum. And change of listening test is examined closely. Above all, problems and some improvement are presented. Third, script types of listening test were examined according to conversation, dialogue, lecture, discussion, broadcasting and so on. By conduct domain, examination tendency and other characteristics were examined. And it was given some examples to analyze listening questions. Listening comprehension test is evaluated affirmatively because it focuses on students' thinking capability assessment and uses various topics related to real life. Fixed idea about listening practice at school need to be escaped or converted to new perspectives. To improve students' listening skill, various approaches should be engaged.
