본 논문은 인도네시아 농촌지역, 특히 Kubu Raya에서 전자정부 서비스 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 인지된 유용성, 사용 용이성, 정부에 대한 신뢰, 사회적 영향 및 인지된 위험과 같은 요소가 평가됩니다. 이 연구는 정량적 방법을 사용하여 Kubu Raya의 시민들로부터 데이터를 수집하였습니다. 조사 결과는 인도네시아에서 전자 정부 서비스의 채택 및 효과를 개선하는 데 대한 통찰력을 제공하여 정책 입안자와 전자 정부 실무자에게 도움이 될 것입니다. E-Government has become a popular approach in public service delivery, aiming to improve citizen participation, transparency, and efficiency. However, despite the potential benefits, the adoption of e-government services in Indonesia has been slow and uneven, especially in the rural area due to the infrastructure gap, policy-gap. This thesis aims to investigate the factors that influence citizen adoption of e-government in Indonesia’s rural area which is Kubu Raya and evaluate their relationship with each other and their impact on the adoption of e government in rural area. The study will employ a quantitative method to gather data. The data will be collected from citizens who lived in Kubu Raya. The factors that will be evaluated in this study based on major factors that have been analyzed by previous studies, these factors were Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust in Government, Social influence, Perceived Risk to wether they might affect Intention to Use e-government or not. These factors will be evaluated to analyze their impact on citizen adoption of e-government services, and what correlation they might had in promote the effectiveness of e-government adoption. The results of this study are expected to provide insights into the factors that influence citizen adoption of e-government services in Indonesia, and their potential impact on the effectiveness of e-government implementation. The findings can help inform policymakers and e-government practitioners on how to improve the adoption and effectiveness of e-government services in Indonesia.
