계획된 행위이론(TPB)을 적용한 사람유두종 바이러스(HPV)백신 접종의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 성인 남성을 대상으로

본 연구는 남성 HPV질환 발병률이 증가하는 추세에서 남성의 HPV백신 접종률을 높이기 위하여 건강행동을 예측하는 유명한 이론인 계획된 행위이론을 적용하여 성인남성의 HPV백신 접종의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 하는 횡단 조사연구이다. 또한 타 연령대에 따른 영향요인 차이성을 검토하였다. 계획된 행위이론에 따라 HPV백신접종에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제감을 독립변인으로 설정하였으며 2023년 5월18일 20세-39세 남성을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 후 할당층화추출방법으로 각각250명 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 27.0 프로그램에 도입하여 빈도분석, 측정도구의 신뢰도 분석,t검정(t-test)와 아노바(ANOVA), 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 성인남성 HPV백신 접종의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 HPV백신접종에 대한 태도(β= .527 p=.000< .05)와 지각된 통제감(β=.088, p=.020< .05)이고 태도가 가장 강력한 예측요인이다. 연령대에 따라 영향요인 차이성 검정 결과,HPV백신접종에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제감의 접종의도에의 영향이 연령에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 성인남성은 HPV백신접종에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가질수록,HPV백신을 접종하기 쉽다고 지각할수록 백싱 접종의도가 높아질 것이다. 향후 성인남성의 HPV백신 접종률을 높이기 위해 설득 커뮤니케이션을 할 때 태도 및 지각된 통제감에 몰입하면 더 효과적이다. This study is a cross-sectional study to identify factors that affect adult men's HPV vaccination intentions by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior, a famous theory that predicts men's HPV vaccination rates in order to increase men's HPV vaccination rates.In addition, differences in influencing factors according to other age groups were reviewed. According to the Theory of Planned Behavior, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived control of HPV vaccination were set as independent variables, and on May 18, 2023, an online survey of men aged 20-39 was conducted, and data of 500 people were collected using the allocation stratification extraction method.The collected data were introduced into the SPSS 27.0 program to derive the research results by conducting frequency analysis, reliability analysis of measurement tools, t-test and ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The factor affecting the intention of adult male HPV vaccination is the attitude toward HPV vaccination (β=.527 p=.000<.05) and perceived control (β=.088, p=.020<.05), and attitude is the most powerful predictor.As a result of the difference test in influencing factors according to age group, it was found that there was no age difference in the attitude toward HPV vaccination, subjective norms, and the effect of perceived control on vaccination intention. Therefore, the more positive adult men have about HPV vaccination and the more they perceive that HPV vaccination is easier to get, the higher their intention to get vaccinated.It is more effective to immerse yourself in attitude and perceived control when communicating persuasion to increase the HPV vaccination rate of adult men in the future.
