본 논문은 중국의 등소평 이후의 기존의 변화 예측을 살펴보고 중국의 경제 실리위주 정책은 향후 어떠한 방향과 정책으로 나아갈 것인지 예측해 보고, 그 대응전략으로 우리의 대중경제 협력방안은 어떠해야할 지를 살펴보았다. 우리는 새롭게 경제 강국으로 등장하면서 실리외교정책으로 동북아 정책의 주도권을 장악해 나가려는 중국을 보면서 우리는 우리 경제협력의 동반자이며 경쟁자로서 떠오르는 중국에 대응하기 위한 정책마련이 중요하다고 본다. 그러기 위해서 우리는 중국의 경제현황은 어떠하며 대외무역구조의 변화는 어떠한지를 살피고, 중국의 경제발전 모델은 어떤 모형을 추구하는지 밝히고 그 발전정책은 어떻게 진행되고 있는지를 세밀히 분석하고 그에 따른 우리의 대응은 어떠해야할 지를 준비해야 한다. 그러기 위해서 지금까지의 교역량 확대위주의 단선적인 구조에서 탈피하여야 한다. 둘째로, 경제정책에서 중·장기 방안으로 중국에 대한 기술우위를 확보하고 대중수출상품을 고부가가치화하고 차별화하도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해서 연구개발 투자를 늘리는 한편, 어떤 산업의 생산기지를 중국이나 북한으로 이전하고 어떤 산업을 국내에서 지속적으로 육성할 것인가에 대한 산업조정 전략 및 구조적 재배치의 전략이 수립되고 시행되어야 할 것이다. 아울러 중국의 급속한 공업화로 인한 환경 및 생태계의 파괴 등을 감안한 종합대책을 경제교류분야별로 협력을 마련하고, 지역협력구상에 관한 각국의 입장과 전략을 분석하여 남·북 및 동북아 국가간 국제 분업구조에 적합한 대중경제교류방안을 수립하여야 할 것이다. This thesis prescribed China's change prediction without Deung so pyeng, predicted that China's economic practical policy will step which direction in the future, and analyzed the economic cooperates of Korea and China as confrontation strategy. As we see China, which will take priority in Northeast Asia's policy by practical diplomacy as a new rising strong economic nation, it is very important to prepare for policy which confront China rising as competitor and cooperater. Therefore, we should examine what's China's economic situation and what's international trade structure, clarify which is the China's economic development model, analyze that model in detail and prepare for what's our confrontation. Accordingly, we should go out from one-line structure which only en large exchange rate. Secondly, we especially should take priority in technique an economic policy and make expensive and specify Korea's export machandise on China. To do this, we must enlarge investment on Research and Development, and will make a plan and do practice on industrial adjustment strategy and structural reassignment strategy about which industrial producing center will move into China and North Korea and which industry will be bring up in the interior of a country. Futhermore, we should do cooperation with China about synthetic confront policy on environment destruction and eco-system destruction by economic relation parts, analyze each nation's strategy and situation about Northeast Asia's partial cooperation as a sub-structure, and should make the Korea·China economic cooperation which is suitable in North and South Korea and Northeast Asia's nations' specialization structure.
