ABSTRACT A Study of God-Centered Preaching Han-byeol Hwang Major of Practical Theology General Graduate School Chongshin University This thesis a research about healing-preaching according to the principle of God-centered Preaching. All the sources of preaching is the Bible. The type of preaching shift itself following how to understand and interpret the Bible. Actually the issue of preaching is the matter of interpretation, and understand of the Bible. The Bible is special revelation of God and this revelation is for saving people who are lost. Saving revelation is about the Word concerning God’s salvation for people alienated from God that can comprehensively come home in the concept of healing. And the healing refers to the liberation from psychological and spiritual pain and troubles in the process of sanctification. The Bible talks about this healing and about the people who are listening to the preaching feel the importance and necessity of healing. Such a need won’t be satisfied without God-Centered Preaching. Therefore this thesis is about a study of God-Centered Preaching. In chapter 1, I mentioned lack of healing undertaken by people who are talented in healing only focused on the physical healing under the name of healing ministry, or without the Word but with the application of healing only. And the necessity of the purpose in range of study, and methods are mentioned for sincere study of the Word and for resolution of troubles and pain in the believers’ lives. In chapter 2, the justification and the necessity of God-Centered Preaching is studied. Healing- Preaching is to expound the Bible based on God and a form for applying it to healing that it has to be squaring with the main principle because the Bible itself demands it. Chapter 3 is about understanding general ideas of Healing-Preaching and the concept of healing from biblical perspective - the view of the Scripture on healing and theological approach. And the issue of healing from interpretations of the Bible is mentioned for the issued of interpretation for healing. And In Reformed Theology, the purpose of healing has to be faith to the principle of glory of God. In chapter 4 I studied the principle, and the nature of God-Centered Healing Preaching; the theology flowing beneath Healing- Preaching has to be based of Triune God, and this has to be in the form of declarations of the gospel and the type of confession of faith. The narrative of God’s healing, and Jesus’ healing are shown as the revelation of God. Rather than realization of God’s healing, the affirmation of the will and revelation of God through the healing and presentation of Triune God that plays role as the practical cause is the main principles of Healing-Preaching. And the Healing-Preaching must be as faithful to the Word as other types of preaching do, approach the gospel of salvation of God through the Jesus Christ with the power of the Holy Spirit. The balance between exegesis of the gospel and application in our lives is the important principle. Especially in the situation of ignorance of the power and the ministry of the Holy Spirit, I emphasis on the dependence on the Holy Spirit. I quoted John H. Stek of Calvin Seminary and Kim Chang Hoon of ChongShin Seminary as a model of approach to the Scripture and application for God-Centered Preaching. In Chapter 5, as conclusion, I summarized the thesis, then I said of the necessity the Healing- Preaching faithful to the nature and the principle without distortion of the Bible and preaching on the pulpit. I exercise caution all the preachings passing by the explanation of the Scripture, and situation and the audience. I get to a conclusion that the fundamental problem of healing is eventually resolved by sound understanding and application of the Origin-the Bible, and the God-Centered Healing is one of the preachings demanded in our generation. Keywords : God-centered preaching, healing, healing preaching, interpretation of the Scripture, application. 하나님 중심적 치유설교 연구 총신대학교 일반대학원 실천신학전공 황한별 본 논문은 ‘하나님 중심적 설교(God-Centered Preaching)'의 원리에 따른 치유설교에 관해 연구한 논문이다. 모든 설교의 원천은 성경이다. 그 성경을 어떻게 이해하고 해석하느냐에 따라 설교의 형태의 달라진다. 설교의 문제는 결국 성경해석과 성경관의 문제이다. 성경은 하나님의 특별계시의 말씀이며, 그 특별계시는 타락한 인간의 구속을 위한 구속계시이다. 구속계시는 하나님과 단절된 상태에서 어떻게 예수 그리스도를 통하여 회복되는지에 대한 구원의 말씀으로 이를 포괄적으로 치유(Healing)라는 개념 속에 포함하여 이해할 수 있다. 또한 구원받은 하나님의 백성들이 성화과정을 통하여 겪게 될 육체적, 정신적, 영적 고통과 갈등으로부터 해결 받는 것을 치유라 할 수 있다. 성경은 이러한 치유를 말하고 있고 설교를 듣는 청중들은 치유의 중요성과 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 이러한 필요성은 결국 하나님 중심적으로 설명하지 않고는 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문은 하나님 중심적으로 어떻게 치유설교를 할 것인가에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구자는 ‘하나님 중심적 치유설교’라는 논제로 제Ⅰ장에서는 치유에 대한 특별한 은사를 가진 자들이 치유사역이라는 이름으로 단순히 육체적 질병을 치료한다거나 성경 본문을 외면하며 치유에 대한 적용일변도로 진행된 치유의 부재를 언급하였다. 그리고 성경 본문에 충실하면서도 성도들의 삶의 현장 상황에서 갈등과 아픔을 해결하는데 있어서 연구의 필요성과 목적 연구범위와 방법을 다루었다. 제Ⅱ장은 하나님 중심적 치유설교의 정당성과 필요성에 대해 살펴보았다. 치유설교는 성경 본문을 하나님 중심적으로 설명하고 치유로 적용하는 형태의 설교로서 일반적인 설교원리에 충실하여야 하며 이는 성경 자체가 이를 요구하고 있기 때문에 중요함을 강조하였다. 상담설교와는 별도로 치유설교의 고유한 위치와 범위를 통하여 그 정당성을 논하였다. 치유설교의 필요성으로 신학적 관점인 교의신학과 성경신학에서, 실천신학의 목회적 차원에서 그 필요성을 언급하여 치유설교의 근거를 논하였다. 제Ⅲ장은 치유설교의 이해로서 치유에 대한 일반적인 개념과 성경과 신학적 입장에서 치유에 대한 개념을 논하였다. 성경에서 치유에 대한 문제를 해석하기 위한 성경관의 문제와 신학적으로 어떻게 접근하여야 하는지를 논하였다. 그리고 성경을 어떻게 해석할 것인가를 살펴보면서 치유에 대한 해석의 문제를 논하였다. 그리고 치유의 목적은 개혁신학에서 언급된 ‘하나님의 영광’이라는 원칙에 충실하여야 함을 논하였다. 제Ⅳ장은 하나님 중심적 치유설교의 원리와 실제에 관해서 논하였다. 치유설교의 밑바탕에 흐르는 신학은 하나님 중심적인 삼위일체 하나님 중심이어야 하며, 이는 복음의 선포형식 및 신앙고백의 형식임을 정리하였다. 성경에 계시된 하나님의 치유 사건과 예수님의 치유 사건은 하나님의 계시적 사건이다. 그러한 치유사건을 오늘날 그대로 재현하는 것보다 그 치유 사건을 통한 하나님의 뜻과 계시의 의도를 확인하고 그러한 치유사건을 통해 계시된 삼위일체 하나님을 소개하여 행위의 실천적 원동력으로 적용하는 것은 치유설교에서 중요한 원리임을 강조하였다. 또한 치유설교는 여타 다른 설교와 마찬가지로 성경본문에 충실하여야 하며, 성령의 능력으로 예수 그리스도를 통한 하나님의 구원의 복음으로 접근하여야 하며, 복음에 대한 주해와 삶의 현장에 적용하는 균형 있는 설교가 치유설교에 중요한 원리로 논하였다. 특히 설교에서 성령의 능력과 그 사역이 외면되고 있는 상황에서 성령의 능력에 의존하여야함을 강조하였다. 하나님 중심적 치유설교를 위해 성경 본문 접근과 그 적용에 대한 모델을 미국 칼빈신학대학원 스택(John H. Stek)교수와 총신대학교 신학대학원 김창훈 교수의 설교를 분석 연구하였다. 제Ⅴ장은 결론으로 본 논문을 요약한 후에 성경과 설교를 왜곡하지 않고 본질과 원칙에 충실한 치유설교가 강단에서 필요하다는 점을 강조할 것이다. 본문 설명을 외면한 적용중심의 설교, 청중들의 삶의 정황에 대한 적용을 외면한 본문 주해 중심의 설교 모두를 경계한다. 치유에 대한 근원적인 문제는 결국 그 원천인 성경에 대한 바른 이해와 적용으로 이루어진다는 확신을 갖고 하나님 중심적 치유는 이 시대가 요구하는 설교 중에 하나라는 결론에 이르게 되었다. 주제어: 하나님 중심적 설교, 치유, 치유설교, 본문 해석, 적용
