        붉나무 빗자루병의 寄主範圍을 調査하고 이 病原體와 韓國에서 報告된 마이코플라스마性 樹木病의 病原體들과의 關係를 알아보기 위하여 實驗한 結果는 다음과 갈다. 붉나무 빗자루병은 새삼에 의하여 대추나무, 왕쥐똥나무, 및 일일초에 傳染이 가능하였으며 DAPI 染色에 의한 螢光顯微鏡 觀察 結果 傳染된 罹病珠의 줄기와 잎 主脈 篩部組織에서 特異 螢光反應을 發見할 수 있었고, 電子顯微鏡 觀察結果 篩部細胞에서 다수의 MLO를 發見할 수 있었다. 그러나 붉나무 빗자루병 罹病珠로부터 새삼에 의하여 傳染된 대추나무의 病徵은 대추나무 빗자루병 病徵과는 같지 않았으며, 왕쥐똥나무에 傳染된 病徵은 왕쥐똥나무 빗자루병 病徵과 同一하였다. In order to find host range of sumach(Rhus javanica) witches broom disease caused by mycoplasma and to revealed relation between sumach witches broom mycoplasma(SWBM) and mycoplasmas of tree disease reported in korea, Some transmission experiments were made by Dodder(Cuscuta japonica). The results were as follows. 1.SWBMs were transmitted to Zizphus jujuba, Ligustrum ovalifolium and Catharanthus roseus by Dodder. 2.Fluorescent spots were detected in the phloem tissue cell of transmitted plants by Fluorescence microscopy and numerous mycoplasma-like organims in the phloem tissue cell of midribs of infected leaves were revealed by electro microscopy. But the symptom of Z. jujuba transmitted from Rhus javanica witches broom by Dodder was not same as that of witches broom of Z.jujuba, and the symptom of L.ovalifolium transmitted from Rhus javanica witches broom by Dodder was same as that of witches broom of L. ovalifolium.

        The Small-Medium Industry of Korea before 1980th came to have the comparatively restrictive factor intrincically due to the enforcement of the government export-oriented economic policy on the basis of the assistance system for the large industry. This phenomenon was deepened the difference of large industry and small-medium industry as time passed by and it was resulted in having the constructive weakness of dual structure divided by the large industry and small-medium industry. However, in 1980th, the basic direction of economic policy was stabilized, and the civilian-oriented economic growth on the basis of market function was stressed domestically, and the diversification of export markets and export items, and the improvement of quality were mainly stressed internationally, and the role of small-medium industry came to have the important side in the matter of the enlargement of supply basis and. enhancement of domestic market and the strengthened export competition. In this point of view, the establishment of small-medium industry plays not only a great role for the maximazation of resources as the tome of the national economy but also it has the meaning as the generative power of technical renovation, contribution to the balance of international payment, the sound industrial structure, the stable society through the formation of middle class, and the establishment of small-medium industry is inevitable, and the assistance of establishment therefor should be activated positively. Accordingly, in this study, the objective statistical material was collected and arranged in cooperation with the related organs such as the Ministry of Commerce and Trade, Central Cooperative Association of Small-Medium Industry, National Citizens Bank, Industrial Complex of Small-Medium Industry, etc. and it was determined as the secondary material and the situational analysis was conducted on it and the researcher tried to find out the matters in question of the existing assistance system of establishment of small-medium industry and present the measures for improvement of the system. The deployment of the thesis is as follows: In Chapter I, the object, method and sphere of study were stated. In Chapter II, in the general meaning of establishment of small-medium industry, the review of the meaning of establishment of small-medium industry and importance thereof were made. In Chapter III, in the precess of establishment of small-medium industry, three factors were divided in the establishment of small-medium industry, and the precess of establishment of small-medium industry were divided by market analysis, technical analysis, and financial analysis, and the enough analysis before establishment of small-medium industry which prevets the trial and error was investigated theoretically on the basis of the phasic establishment technique of small-medium industry. In Chapter IV, in the analysis of establishment of small-medium industry assistance, the existing system of establishment of small-medium industry was analyzed, cantered on the law of establishment of small-medium industry. In Chapter V, in the situational analysis of establishment of small-medium industry, first tendency of importance of Korean small-medium industry, first tendency of importance of Korean small-medium industry was reviewed, and the situational analysis of established industry and the situational analysis of the establisher were respectively conducted, and for the established industry, the financial resources invested into the establishment of industry, and the situational analysis of preparation for establishment of industry and the course after the establishment of industry and difficulty thereof were analyzed. In the situational analysis of establisher of small-medium industry, the analysis of motive of establishment of small-medium industry and personal analysis of the establisher and the analysis of satisfaction after establishment of industry were condoled. In Chapter VI in the matters in question of establishment of small-medium industry and measures for improvement thereof, five matters in question shown in Chapter IV and V were presented and stated the measures for improvement were stated. To record the five measures for improvement, first, enlarged assistance of the establishment capital, second, the systemical improvement for the positive investment of establishing investment company, third, simplification of set-up procedures, fourth, the settlement of matters in question of the sales of small-medium industry, and fifth, the enlarged banking organs in sole charge of small-mdeium industry. In Chapter VII, in conclusion, the grave mission which the small-medium industry of Korea should perform for the forthcoming 2000th and the activated measures for the assistance of small-medium industry are conclusively stated. As shown above, the general matters in questions according to the establishment of small-medium industry were presented, and the inevitable factors of establishment of small-medium industry were greatly considered and it will be helpful to the activities of establishment of small-medium industry.

      • 비-동질 안정 프로세스 기반 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 특성에 관한 연구

        1980년대 후반 이후 소프트웨어는 자연어에서 응용언어로의 변화를 보였다. 이때 소프트웨어는 사용자가 편리하도록 기능을 강화시켰기 때문에 소프트웨어 성능과 특성을 파악하기란 더욱 힘들어졌다. 소프트웨어 신뢰성 영역은 관리적인 측면의 소프트웨어 프로세스(Software Process)와 공학적인 측면의 소프트웨어 신뢰성 모델링(Software Reliability Modeling) 및 테스팅(Testing)으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 구현을 위해 비-동질 안정 프로세스인 NHPP(Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process)모델을 적용하였으며 테스팅 실험은 실제 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어가 탑재된 상용 제품(Commercial Product)에 적용하여 테스트 지그(Zig)를 구성하였다. 실시간 기반 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 소프트웨어 신뢰성 예견과 평가 모델을 수립하기 위해 누적 결함 수, 고장 강도, 신뢰성의 예견 수치와 MTTF, 결함률에 대한 평가 수치를 산출하였다. 보다 높은 실시간 기반 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 구현하기 위해서는 안정된 소프트웨어 프로세스와 운영체제를 구축하고 보다 높은 테스팅 커버리지(Testing Coverage)를 확보한다면 실시간 기반 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 성능과 신뢰성 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. Since then 1980's, software is changed from natural language to application language. It is very difficult for us to understand software performance and characteristics because of adding a few powerful function to the software in order to a familiar user. The scope of software reliability can be classified to the software process of management side, and the software reliability modeling & testing of engineering side. In this paper, we apply NHPP(Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process) model example to software process for software reliability. Test examination is constructed by test zig of commercial product loaded real embedded system software. We are established to software reliability prediction and estimation of real-time embedded system software. We are computed for prediction value of cumulative failures, failure intensity, reliability and estimation value of MTTF(Mean time to failure), failure rate. To the more realization of high reliability in the real-time embedded system software, If the embedded system software is ensured to test coverage and constructed to stable software process & operating system, we can improve for performance & reliability characteristics of the real-time embedded system software.

      • 무선 센서 네트워크에서의 FEC 성능 향상 기법

        As wireless and mobile networks have widely adpoted due to their convenient deployment, the research for improving their performance has been actively conducted. Wireless mobile networks tend to drop a large portion of packets due to propagation errors. For improving performance over noisy wireless channels, mobile wireless networks employ for error correction(FEC) techniques. The performance of static FEC algorithm, however, degrades by poorly matching the overhead of their correction code to the degree of the underlying fluctuating channel error. This paper proposes an Dynamic FEC technique, which can dynamically tune FEC strength to the currently estimated channel error rate. And Communication over a wireless networks channel is faced with much more frequent errors of supposedly different error characteristics, compared to errors in wired networks. Understaning these error characteristics is important for many purpose, for simulation-based performance evaluation. This paper analyzes the bit trace collected from real sensor channels exhibiting the high bit error rate to determine the appropriate sensor model. It also evaluates the behavior of error recovery algorithms such as a link layer FEC algorithm over the measured sensor channel including several existing channel models.

        PART I Mechanism-Based Condition Optimization of Asymmetric Dihydroxylation Reaction 1. New Mono-Quaternized Bis-Cinchona Alkaloid Ligands for Asmmetric Dihydroxylation of Olefins In Aqueous Medium: Unprecedented High Enantioselectivity and Recyclability The Sharpless Os-catalyzed asymmetric dihydroxylation (AD) of olefins is undoubtedly one of the most efficient methods of synthesizing chiral vicinal diols. Although this reaction offers a number of processes that can be applied to the synthesis of chiral drugs, natural products and fine chemicals, etc., the cost, toxicity and contamination of products with osmium strongly restricts its use in industry. We report herein a new catalyst recycling protocol for AD reactions using the new mono-quaternerized bis-Cinchona alkaloid ligands, [(QD)2PHAL-Allyl]Br and [(QN)2PHAL-Allyl]Br, which are converted into their highly water-soluble multihydroxylated derivatives under AD conditions and, thus, immobilized spontaneously in aqueous phase after reaction. These ligands exhibited superior catalytic efficiency to their neutral counterparts such as (DHQD)2PHAL and (DHQ)2PHAL for the AD reactions of mono- and di-substituted styrene derivatives under Upjohn condition. Merely 0.1 mol% of osmium was enough to complete most reactions and, moreover, highly interestingly, the mono-quaternized ligands exhibited an unprecedented high enantioselectivity. 2. Mechanism-Based Optimization of Osmium Catalyzed Asymmetric Dihydroxylation of Olefins: Dramatic Effect of Water Amount on Catalyst Turnover Number (TON) Recently, another approach has been achieved by Sharpless. The turnover could be progressively improved by the use of diversely functionalized additives and citric acid was identified as the additive of choice, for it. Herein we report a very simple and efficient protocol to increase the turnover number of osmium catalyst dramatically by controlling water amount. PART II Mechanism-Based Condition Optimization of Dirhodium(II) Catalyzed Intramolecular N-H Insertion Reactions of Diazocompounds 1. Dramatically Enhanced TON of Dirhodium(II) Catalysts in the Intramolecular N-H Insertion Reaction of Diazo ketoester Dirhodium(II) compounds are the most useful catalysts for the intramolecular N-H insertion reaction of diazocompounds. In spite of the many benefits of these catalysts, one of the fundamental problems for their industrial application is their low TON(turnover number). Herein we report a very simple and efficient protocol to increase TON of dirhodium(II) tetraacetate catalyst by employing a co-catalyst A(or B). The use of co-catalyst A(or B) catalysts not only increased TON of rhodium(II) catalysts dramatically but also accelerated reaction rate.
