        친환경농산물 이력추적시스템이 생산자가 제공하는 정보가 투명해서 소비자에게 신뢰를 준다면, 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템을 주위에 권유하고, 스스로도 적극 사용함으로써 안전한 식생활을 영위 할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 특히, 소비자의 신뢰확보를 위해서는 철저한 인증제도 관리와 이력추적시스템 도입 등이 이루어져야 되고, 생산ㆍ유통ㆍ소비 부문의 투명한 정책으로 친환경농산물을 소비자들에게 안전하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 따라서 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템 이용에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위한 TAM을 본 연구에 적용하여, 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 중요한 외부변수들인 신뢰성, 안전성, 혁신성의 도입을 통하여 확장된 TAM과 소비자들의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도와의 인과관계를 체계적으로 분석함으로써 소비자들에게 안전한 식생활에 도움이 될 수 있는 전략적인 시사점을 주고자 연구를 진행하였다. If traceability system of eco-friendly agricultural products gives transparent information, it can be helpful for consumers to have safe eating as they can recommend the system to others and be using it actively. To secure confidence of consumer, strict management of certification system and introduction of traceability system is required. It also needs to give consumers eco-friendly products through transparent policies in production, distribution and consumption. TAM is applied to this study to comprehend structural relationships among main factors affecting the use of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system. This study has been conducted to give consumers strategic implications by systematically analyzing causal relationships between expanded TAM and perceived value, behavioral intentions of consumers through the application of reliability, safety, and innovation, which is important external factors of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system. The results of this study are as follows. First, the reliability, the external variables of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system, has a meaningful effect on TAM`s availability and usefulness. Second, the safety, the external variables of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system, has a meaningful effect on TAM`s availability and usefulness. Third, the innovation, the external variables of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system, has a meaningful effect on TAM`s availability and usefulness. Fourth, TAM`s availability has a meaningful effect on usefulness. Fifth, TAM`s availability and usefulness have a meaningful effect on perceived value. Sixth, TAM's availability has a meaningful effect on behavioral intention, whereas usefulness has no meaningful impact on it. Finally, perceived value over eco-friendly agricultural products has a meaningful effect on behavioral intention. Implications and significance of this study suggested by the results are as follows. First, this study can be used as a theoretical base as it verifies causal relationships among external variables of the traceability system, perceived value and behavioral intention. Second, selecting reliability, safety and innovation as an external variables of the traceability system and adopting expanded TAM to comprehend influence of external variables over perceived value and behavioral intention can be considered meaningful. Especially whereas the existing studies focused on IT industry and online shopping, empirical results of this study verified that theoretical model can be applied to restaurant businesses using expanded TAM. Third, information from the system can readily be used anytime, anywhere. It even can be used in a searching machine installed in selling area and on personal mobile phones. Convenience of the traceability system can motivate consumers to learn the system and encourage them to acquire much information on safety of food. It has been proved to be the reason for awareness and accommodation for the system. Finally, as eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system opens whole process from production to consumption, consumers can easily confirm the distribution process. This can be simplifying distribution process so that consumers can buy the product cheaper than before. Thus, verification of mediated effect, the impact of external variables of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system over dependent variable as TAM to be a parameter, can have sufficient value to be used as theoretical base over early study of traceability system. It needs to be further studied by converging opinions of producers, consumers and distributors so that it could be offered as a significant material to consumers and producers.       • 영구자석형 동기발전기를 이용한 풍력 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 연구

        The wind energy conversion system has become an important part of the wind turbine systems. The study on a development of wind turbine simulator and a control strategy of wind turbine system with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator which is grid connected with back-to-back power converter has been done. Using Kaimal Spectrum model that is recommended by IEC61400-1 3rd edition, aerodynamic characteristics of blade and rotor, the dynamic parts of the simulator can be defined. Blade which is 5-MW Reference Wind turbine of NREL is applied and simulated on PC. The computer based simulation model is composed into 22kW induction motor that is used to replace dynamic parts and 11kW permanent magnet synchronous generator. Electrical part of the simulator is composed of motor driving inverter and grid-connected full-converter and their own controllers. A control strategy from the blade data as a variable-speed variable-pitch generator and gave specific cases of winds that drive dynamic parts and then observed the active power and generator-side torques and speeds. The wind turbine control strategies and full-converter control are simulated in PSIMⓒ. Actually FOC(Field Oriented Control) method and Torque versus Speed look-up curve called as ‘Control Strategy’ are used to control the system. The main controller is a Texas Instruments’ TMS320F28335 MCU. Other peripheral circuits and the motor driving algorithms were developed for this study. Finally the developed device is verified by experimental results.

      • 원자력발전소 현장 안전규제 체계에 관한 연구

        고리원자력발전소 1호기의 상업운전 기간이 약 30년이 되었고 원자력발전소의 수는 꾸준히 증가하여 현재 20기가 운전 중이며 우리나라 전체발전량의 40%를 원자력이 담당하고 있다. 원자력발전소 수의 증가에 따라 안전규제의 합리화 및 효율화와 안전규제 수요의 다양화 등에 능동적으로 대처하기 위하여 선진화되고 효율적인 원자력 안전규제체계의 새로운 정립이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 부응하기 위하여 우리나라의 원자력발전소 현장 안전규제체계의 비효율적 요인을 분석하여 효율적이고 합리적인 원자력발전소 현장 안전규제체계에 관한 연구를 하였다. 제1장에서는 연구의 목적과 범위 및 방법을 기술하고, 제2장에서는 우리나라 원자력 정책과 국·내외의 원자력 안전규제 정책을 살펴보았다. 제3장에서는 원자력법 등 안전규제 제반 법규, 원자력 안전규제기관에 대한 조직과 기능, 원자력발전소 건설허가와 운영허가에 대한 허가체계와 정기검사 등에 대한 검사체계 현황을 살펴보았다. 제4장에서는 제3장의 검토결과 및 원자력산업 환경면화 등을 고려하여 원자력발전소 현장 안전규제체계의 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 현행 원자력법은 발전용 원자로와 핵주기 시설 등 모든 것을 포함하고 있는 종합적인 법률이므로 이를 세분화하여 원자로 및 관계시설의 건설·운영 등의 내용을 포함하는 원자로 안전규제법을 제정하여야 할 것이다. 원자력발전소 부지별로 설치 운영되고 있는 주재관실과 방재관실을 단일 조직으로 재편·조정하여 현장 안전규제를 담당하는 가칭 "안전규제 담당관실"을 신설하고 주재관실과 방재관실의 기존업무 및 현재 본부에서 담당하고 있는 현장 규제 심사와 검사업무의 일부분을 이관하여 현장 규제조직으로서의 위상을 강화할 필요가 있다. 과학기술부 본부의 책임과 권한 중 지방자치단체와의 협조체제 구축에 대한 업무를 현장 규제조직으로 위임하여 지자체와의 의사소통 및 협조가 원활하게 이루어지도록 창구역할도 수행하여야 할 필요가 있다. 변경허가에 대한 권한과 책임을 현장규제조직인 안전규제 담당관실에 이관하여 운영중인 발전소의 모든 변경내용을 현장에서 확인하고 조치할 수 있도록 하여 현장 안전규제체계를 강화하는 것이 바람직하다. 주재관실에서 현재 수행하고 있는 현장 시험입회 및 계획검사는 한국원자력안전기술원의 정기검사와 품질보증검사와 부분적으로 중복되는 경우가 많이 있으므로 정기검사와 품질보증검사 일부 항목을 안전규제 담당관실의 업무로 조정하는 것이 필요하다. Since commercial operations began with Kori Unit One (587MWe) in April of 1978, Korea has achieved a rapid growth increasing to 20 nuclear power plants in operation over the past 30 years providing about 40% of the nation's electricity. Along with the growth in the number of nuclear power plants in operation, it is necessary to continue advancement and improve efficiency of nuclear safety regulations to meet a variety of requests and changes in the environment. To accomplish this we analyze ineffective factors of nuclear safety regulations and refine them to improve their effectiveness and to achieve a more rational structure of the nuclear safety regulations for the site. Chapter 1 describes purpose, range and methods for the study. Chapter 2 review domestic and international nuclear operation and regulatory policy. Chapter 3 review domestic laws regarding safety regulation for nuclear operations, the structure and roles of the nuclear safety organizations, construction permit and operating license, periodic inspection processes. Chapter 4 After considering the results of chapter 3, demonstrated an improvement plan for the structure of safety regulations in nuclear power plants and coping with the environmental changes in nuclear industry. The results are summarized as follows : The law, as it stands today, is rather general as it applies to nuclear applications such as the operation nuclear reactor and nuclear fuel cycle facilities, Laws should be established more specifically to the applications of operation and construction of nuclear reactors and related facilities. To streamline the regulatory activities onsite it is requested that the Minister of Science and Technology integrate the functions of the current Resident Radiological Emergency Office and the Resident Office into a single onsite organization(called Safety Regulation Affair Office) with review and inspection activities directed by the MOST home office. Part of the current charter of Minister of Science and Technology is administering the relationship with the local government, This activity should be transferred to the newly formed "Safety Regulation Affair Office" to act as a local contact point to ensure efficient communication and cooperation. The Safety Regulation Affair Office should be empowered to make decisions related to field activities that are governed by enacted nuclear regulations. This power provides for a more effective monitoring of implemented changes or site safety related activities. Implementing the recommendations outlined above creates some overlap of activities currently performed by KINS(Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety)'s periodic inspection and Quality assurance inspection. It is recommended that where this overlap exist the activities should be transferred to the new Safety Regulation Affair Office.
