국내 대학생 진로 탐색 서비스를 위한 MF Play(My Future Picture Relay) 도구 개발

본 연구는 국내 대학 재학생의 진로 탐색을 지원하는 도구 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 국내 대학은 학령인구 수의 감소, 디지털 기술의 발전, 코로나-19와 같은 이슈를 거치며 대학 교육 변화의 필요성을 촉구하고 있다. 이는 상대적으로 수도권에 비해 선호도가 낮은 지방 소재 대학의 문제로 가시화되고 있으나 국내의 모든 대학의 문제로 정의할 수 있다. 앞서 언급된 불가피한 문제 속에서 대학은 기존에 제공하던 전공 위주의 지식 전달이 아닌 개인의 미래와 진로를 탐색할 수 있는 역량 개발을 지원해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대학의 재학생들에게 진로 탐색 역량 개발을 지원할 수 있는 서비스 도구를 제안하고자 사용자 중심 실험을 진행하였다. 기존 서비스에 대한 문제 분석과 디자인 방법론 활용을 목표로 사용자 워크숍을 진행하였으며 서비스 도구의 프로토타입을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 대학 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사와 인터뷰를 진행하여 최종 서비스 모델을 제안하였다. 최종 서비스는 My Future Picture Relay의 축약어로 국내 재학생들이 입학부터 졸업까지의 과정 속에서 스스로의 미래를 그려나가는 것을 지원하고자 하는 목표를 가진다. 결과로 제안하는 진로 탐색 서비스 MF Play를 통해 기존 대학의 역할을 전문지식에서 인적개발로 이동하는 시작점이 되길 제언하는 바이다. This study was conducted with the aim of developing tools to support career exploration of domestic university students. Domestic universities are calling for a change in university education through issues such as a decrease in the number of school-age population, development of digital technology, and COVID-19. This is seen as a problem of universities in provincial areas with relatively low preference compared to the metropolitan area, but can be defined as a problem of all universities in Korea. Amid the inevitable problems mentioned above, universities should support the development of capabilities to explore the future and career path of individuals, not the transfer of knowledge centered on the previous major. In this study, a user-centered experiment was conducted to propose a service tool that can support the development of career search capabilities to students at domestic universities. User workshops were conducted with the aim of analyzing problems with existing services and using design methodologies, and prototypes of service tools were derived. Based on this, the final service model was proposed by conducting a survey and interview with students enrolled in domestic universities. The final service is an abbreviation for My Future Picture Relay and aims to help domestic students portray their future in the process from admission to graduation. It is suggested that the career search service proposed as a result serves as a starting point for moving the role of existing universities from expertise to human development.
