        With the local self-government era opening, the study on education and learning for local history have been very active. The education and learning for local history as a way of developing local culture left us important matters to solve, keeping pace with the central government's history. For the purpose of solving these matters we made the study for local history and lots of scholars showed us efficient education programs for local history. The study on the education for local history has been under way in various directions, but we sticks to the traditional education system against the current of the times in the fast-changing society. We did not have the change of history education's place under consideration. That is to say, we ignored the new educational form, current, and the change of learning environment. Our society has been developing into the knowledge-based society, and the learning environment in the educational field has been rapidly changing through the educational information-orientation. It has been expanded just from the educational use of computer to ICT(Information and Communications Technology)-utilized class and Web-based class to E-learning and cyber home schooling. Furthermore, it has been translated into U-learning environment based on Ubiquitous computing system. The education and learning environment change under U-learning environment will bring on our educational methods' drastic change. It means that teaching & learning models should be changed according to the learning environment. In the thesis I am going to raise the matter on how we should get ready for the history education in the fast-changing society. Today's limited history learning will be translated into the U-learning environment that is capable of being dynamic learning and having easy access to all materials that lie at the root of the history. If so, today's teaching & learning models run counter to the learning environment. Even if they are not ineffective or negative, they will never be effective or positive in the future's educational environment. With this critical mind, I tried to find the learning ways for local history under U-learning environment that is keeping pace with the current of the overall social change. Also I made every efforts to apply U-learning integrated teaching & learning models to the history learning. I chalked out the teaching & learning plan on the study for local history, and intended to utilize it in class. For this, I examined what U-learning is, and investigated what U-learning means, which is the education performing under Ubiquitous computing environment, and U-learning basic learning models that forms the foundation of U-learning integrated learning models. I presented three U-learning integrated learning models that can apply them to the learning model for local history: U-learning project learning model, U-learning integrated search learning model, U-learning integrated experience learning model. After this, I made out the teaching & learning models for local history with U-learning integrated learning models. Before planning out them, I had to go over whether these local materials of Gim-Je city are suitable. I arranged all of the local materials of Gim-Je city in order, and selected the local documents that are closely linked with U-learning. I chalked out the chosen local materials the teaching & learning plan that is apt for U-learning integrated learning models. After that, I examined the problems that can arise in taking lessons with it, and made preparations for the remedy. First of all, I needed to confirm the problems under U-learning teaching & learning in order to comprehend the problems in the history learning and to get ready for the remedy. It means that this adds the problems caused by the new educational environment to today's educational problems. I understand how thorough we should prepare for U-learning teaching & learning. Through the change of new educational paradigm, We have to change ourselves including our behavior as well as our thought. Setting aside the U-learning environment building or the development of learning contents, teachers should get ready for the Ubiquitous computing learning environment in advance. The reason is that U-learning will create information or knowledge under the information-oriented society and the knowledge-based society.

        In this study, Starting from going through detailed reviewing and analysing of interaction between two-level atom and light in quantum optics as most of well-know textbook say about like, semi-classical & quantum approach of the interaction. Next, confirming of Rabi-oscillation. Especially, its collapse and revival by mathematical driving and simulated experiment. Based on the study of interaction between two-level atom and coherent light, I applied this to three-level and four level atom cases to investigate its mathematical property. It's been done by simulated experiment. So that could be comparable with two-level atom case.

        Most researches for emotion recognition using face and voice has a lack of objectivity in interpretation. Emotion recognition using EEG has more advantages because it gains information of emotion through human brain directly. In BCI, the contents reacting to human emotion is feasible as interactive services. This paper presents a design of emotion recognition system based on features extracted from EEG. The emotion recognition system consists of preprocessing step, feature analysis step, and classification step. In preprocessing step, system removes noise from raw EEG data. In feature analysis step, system extracts and selects features from preprocessed EEG data. In classification step, classification algorithms work with features and the system finds out the emotion human feels. This paper proposes feature selecting method in feature analysis step. As an experimental result, our emotion recognition system gets correct classification rates of 69.2% into 2 emotions class, 49.4% into 3 emotions class, and 42.1% into 4 emotions class.

        통합보안관리 시스템에서 보안로그 수집은 다양한 해킹공격에 대비하기 위해 시스템에서 처리해야 하는 작업처리의 중요한 시작점이다. 다양한 이기종의 보안장비에서 생산하는 보안로그는 시간이 지날수록 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 다양한 공격에 대비하기 위해서는 보안로그를 한정된 시간 안에 최대한 빠르게 수집하여 전처리 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 기존의 통합보안 관리 시스템에서는 관계형 데이터베이스를 이용하여 보안로그를 수집하고 있다. 이는 고성능을 가지는 반면 고비용으로 인해 보안로그 수집기에 사용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 또한, 고비용에 비해 허용할 수 있는 용량이 한정되어 있어 대용량의 보안로그 처리를 위한 시스템을 확장하거나, 실시간처리에 적합하도록 시스템을 구성하기에는 부적절하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비관계형 분산처리 저장소인 MongoDB를 이용하여 분산처리환경에서의 실시간 처리 및 확장성이 용이한 보안로그 수집 시스템을 제안한다. ESM(Enterprise Security Management) collects the security logs in order to prepare for a variety of hacking attacks on the system to handle processing of tasks is an important starting point. The security log Produced in a variety of heterogeneous security devices as time passes is growing more and more. In order to prepare for a variety of attacks to the security log as quickly as possible to collect a limited amount of time to perform pre-processing should be. Existing ESM(Enterprise Security Management) using a relational database is to collect security logs. This high-performance, high cost, while having the security log, the collector should not be used. In addition, the high cost compared to the limited capacity to tolerate a large extend the system for handling security logs, or configure the system to meet real-time processing is inadequate too. In this paper is using a non-relational database, distributed processing environment using MongoDB real-time processing, and scalability for easy secure log collection system is proposed.

      • Radiofrequency Ablation Using a New Type of Internally Cooled Electrode with an Adjustable Active Tip : An Experimental Study in Ex Vivo Bovine and In Vivo Porcine Livers : 가변활성단을 가진 새로운 내부냉각 전극을 이용한 고주파열치료: 생체외 소간과 생체내 돼지

        Purpose: The aims of this study were to evaluate the performance of radiofrequency (RF) ablation using a new type of internally-cooled RF electrode with an adjustable active tip in an ex-vivo bovine liver model and to determine if adjustment of the active tip length makes a significant difference in the size of ablation zone in an in vivo porcine liver model. Materials and Methods: We performed ex vivo experiments by producing 100 RF ablation zones in 40 extracted bovine livers using a new type of RF electrode that had an adjustable active tip (adjustable electrode) (n = 50) and a conventional internally cooled electrode (conventional electrode) (n = 50). We also performed an in vivo study with the induction of 30 RF ablation zones in ten living porcine livers using the adjustable electrode with 2 cm (n = 15) and 3 cm (n = 15) active tip adjustments. The size (three perpendicular diameters), volume and ratio of the two axes of the ablation zone were macroscopically evaluated and were compared. Results: For the ex vivo study using a 2 cm and 3 cm-active tip, there was no significant difference in ablation performance between the use of conventional and adjustable electrodes. For the use of the conventional and adjustable electrodes with 2 cm active tip, respectively, the volume was 10.75 ± 3.43 cm3 versus 10.64 ± 3.25 cm3 and the ratio of the two axes was 1.24 ± 0.16 versus 1.30 ± 0.17; p > 0.05. For the use of the conventional and adjustable electrodes with 3 cm active tip, respectively, the volume was 21.17 ± 4.09 cm3 versus 21.48 ± 3.51 cm3 and the ratio of the two axes was 1.28±0.12 versus 1.28 ± 0.07; p > 0.05. For the in vivo study using the adjustable electrode, the ablation volume with the 2 cm adjustment was significantly smaller as compared to the 3 cm adjustment (5.29 ± 2.22 cm3 versus 13.44 ± 4.25 cm3, p < 0.05) with no statistical difference for the ratio of the two axes (1.44 ± 0.22 versus 1.49 ± 0.24, p > 0.05). Conclusion: Using a new type of internally cooled RF electrode, we could induce different volumes of the RF ablation zone by means of adjusting the length of the exposed active tip, where performance was similar to the use of a conventional internally cooled RF electrode.

        문명의 발달과 함께 철의 발견 및 활용은 생활의 획기적인 전환을 가져왔다. 이처럼 철은 현대 우리 생활에서 빼놓을 수 없는 존재이다. 또한 이 철을 근간으로 하는 철강 산업도 마찬가지이다. 철강 산업은 대규모 자본 집약적 장치산업으로 규모가 큰 산업이며 주요산업에 필요한 기초 소재를 제공하는 기간산업이다. 따라서 철강 산업은 타 산업에 대한 파급효과 및 영향력이 크고, 특정 사업시행에 대한 초기투자비용이 큰 것이 특징이며, 투자로 인한 경제적인 효과도 막대하여 기업의 성장발전 및 존속에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 철강 산업은 국가 경제 및 대외경쟁력을 뒷받침하는 중요한 지표가 된다. 한국 경제의 눈부신 성장에는 자동차, 조선, 기계, 건설 등이 그 중추적 역할을 수행하였는데 이러한 제품은 자체적 발전 뿐만 아니라 제품의 근간이 되는 철강 산업의 발전이 큰 역할을 수행했다. 따라서 우리나라 경제 발전의 근간은 철강 산업의 발전과 같이 했다 할 수 있다. 국내 철강 산업은 1968년 포항제철이 설립된 이래 고도의 경제 성장과 공업화에 따른 철강수요의 증대 및 지속적인 설비투자 등으로 양적, 질적인 면에서 비약적인 성장을 이루어 왔다. 하지만 1990년대 이후 선진 철강국들과 경쟁은 더욱 치열해지고 여기에 개발도상국을 중심으로 한 신흥 철강기업들의 등장으로 인하여 국내 철강 산업은 위기에 처하게 되었다. 세계 철강 산업은 20세기 중반까지 유럽과 미국 철강기업들에 의해 주도 되었으나 70년대 이후 일본을 시작으로 한국 기업들이 급부상하면서 세계 철강시장의 구조가 재편되었다. 이런 철강시장이 90년대 이후에는 중국을 중심으로 한 브라질, 인도 등 신흥 철강기업들의 득세로 세력이 재편되는 추세이다. 특히 세계 철강 산업의 무게중심은 과거 강자였던 유럽과 미국에서 동아시아 지역으로 이동하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 세계 조강 생산량의 50% 이상을 차지하며 세계 최대의 철강강국으로 군림하던 미국은 1970년대 이후 주력기술 선점의 실패, 산업고도화 시기 진입에 따른 내수 감소로 급격히 후퇴한 반면, 1970년 이후 정부 지원과 혁신기술을 바탕으로 성장한 일본이 세계의 철강대국으로 부상하였다. 이후 우리나라의 급성장과 개방정책이후의 중국의 성장은 괄목할 만하다. 중국은 2000년대 들어 연평균 22.2%가 넘는 높은 성장률을 기록하며 단일 국가로는 처음으로 철강 생산 및 소비가 각각 2억 톤을 넘어서게 되었으며, 또한 2010년 기준 전 세계 조강생산량의 45%를 차지하고 있다. 이처럼 최근의 철강 산업은 동아시아의 3개국이 주도하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 하지만 한국의 철강 산업은 고품질, 고기술을 지향하는 일본 철강과, 저가격의 대량생산을 위기를 맞이하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 세계 철강 산업의 주축이 되고 있는 한국, 중국, 일본 3개국의 철강 산업의 정책비교를 중심으로 하여 향후 한국 철강 산업의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

      • 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)사료 내 probiotic의 첨가에 따른 성장, 사료효율, 비특이적 면역력, 수질정화능력 및 Streptococcus iniae에 대한 질병저항성에 미치는 영향

        Two consecutive studies were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of probiotics on growth performances, feed utilization, innate immunity, disease resistance against Streptococcus iniae and water quality for juvenile olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). In experiment I, four experimental diets were prepared by supplementing three different Bacillus spp. probiotics (B. subtilis, B. pumilus and B. licheniformis) into a control diet at the level of 0.5 %. Fish (initial mean body weight, 25 g) were randomly distributed into twelve 150 L capacity polyvinyl circular tanks (25 fish per tank). Triplicate groups of fish were fed the experimental diets to apparent satiation (twice a day, 09:00 and 17:00 h) for 8 weeks. To analyze innate immune responses, blood samples were collected at the end of the feeding trial and after three days of challenge with S. iniae. At the end of the feeding trial, weight gain, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio of the fish fed B. subtilis supplemented diet were significantly (P<0.05) higher than those of the fish fed the control diet. Respiratory burst activity significantly increased in the group fed B. pumilus supplemented diet at both sampling times and in the group B. subtilis after challenge test in comparison to the control group. The lysozyme activity did so in the group fed B. subtilis only after challenge and significantly higher levels of superoxide dismutase were observed in the fish fed B. pumilus and B. licheniformis diets. However, the serum myeloperoxidase level was not significantly affected by dietary supplementation of probiotics. The fish fed the control diet showed the highest cumulative mortality rate, and it was significantly higher than that of the fish fed B. pumilus and B. licheniformis supplemented diets. In experiment II, the fish were fed a commercial diet to apparent satiation and they were transferred to 64 L plastic tanks with three replications at a density of 30 fish per tank. The water of the tanks was not exchanged for 5 days and the ammonium concentration of each tank was measured with 24 h intervals from the addition of probiotics. Three different types of probiotic microbes including Bacillus subtilis (1), Bacillus subtilis (2) and Bacillus licheniformis were used. Each probiotic solution was prepared to 104 CFU/ml. The ammonium concentration was significantly decreased when B. subtilis was added to the rearing water indicating improvement of water quality in the presence of probiotic. Also, significantly lower mortality was observed by addition of B. subtilis to the water in comparison to the control group. In conclusion, the use of B. subtilis can be suggested for enhancement of growth and innate immune responses as well as improvement of water quality for olive flounder.
