난소적출 생쥐에서 백수오와 홀포 혼합물의 조골세포 활성에 미치는 영향
Osteoporosis is one of the most common diseases worldwide. In particular, the prevalence of osteoporosis increases in the elderly population. As republic of Korea is currently progressing into a super-aged society, the importance of preventing and treating osteoporosis is increasing. The purpose of this study is to confirm whether BaekhasuoHolpo mixture(BH) which is composed of Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsl. and Humulus lupulus L. would improve osteoporosis. To this aim, BH was orally administered to mice with ovariectomized(OVX)-induced osteoporosis for 7 weeks. And then bone mineral density(BMD), cortical porosity, and serum levels of osteoprotegerin(OPG), osteocalcin(OC) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were measured. The levels of OPG, OC and ALP in the serum especially are related to activity of osteoblasts. ALP, OPG and OC significantly were increased in serum of BH-treated OVX mice. Also administration of BH significantly improves the levels of BMD and reduced total cortical porosity in the OVX mice. In conclusion, this study indicates that BH has an beneficial effect on activity of osteoblasts in OVX mice.

급변하는 사회 속에서 사는 현대인들은 변화 속에서 적절하게 대처하면서 살아가고 있는데 그중에서 자연친화적이며 역동적인 수상스포츠가 각광받고 있으나 참여자들을 대상으로 한 연구가 많이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 수상스포츠의 참여 만족요인과 여가몰입에 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울 망원지구, 뚝섬지구에 있는 수상스포츠를 즐기고 있는 성인 남, 여 10세 이상을 대상으로 총 250명을 편의표본추출 하였으나, 이 중 232명의 유효표본 자료를 연구에 이용하였다 조사도구로는 설문지를 사용하였으며 개인적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 성별, 연령, 경험, 경제수준, 경력, 최근참여기간, 과거청소년 때 참여 등을 묻는 문항을 사용하였다. 자신이 현재 참여하고 있는 수상스포츠에 어느 정도 몰입되어 있는 가를 측정하는 여가몰입 측정도구는 기존의 Csikszentmihalyi(1975)에 의해서 개발되고 Jackson & Marsh(1996용하)에 의해 사용 되어진 몰입척도(Flow State Scale: FSS)을 참고로 기초하여 김영재(2010)가 우리나라 실정에 맞게 개발한 여가 몰입 설문지를 이였다. 또한 여가만족의 측정도구는 기존의 Beard와 Ragheb(1980)가 개발한 여가만족척도 Lss 원본 51개 문항을 문화적 차이를 고려하여 김영재(2004)가 번역한 여가만족척도 설문지를 수정하여 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 거쳐 자료 분석 목적에 따라 SPSS WINDOW 18.0을 활용하여 T-검증, 일변량분석(ANOVA), 상관분석 및 회기분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별, 연령, 경험, 경제수준, 경력, 최근참여기간, 과거참여기간의 개인적 특성에 따라 만족이 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성에 따른 여가몰입은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, 성별, 연령, 경험, 경제수준, 경력, 최근 참여기간, 과거참여기간의 개인적 특성에 따라 여가몰입이 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족과 여가몰입 요인은 상호 유의한 관련을 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 수상스포츠 참여에 따른 만족 중 자의식의상실을 제외한 명확한 목표, 시간감각 왜곡, 도전과 기술의 균형, 자기 목적적 경험, 즉각적인 피드백이 여가몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. People are well adapting to rapidly changing situations these days. Water sports which is nature-friendly and dynamic are drawing attention as a breakthrough in their somewhat stressful lives. However, researches are insufficient for further studies. Therefore, this paper is to establish the relationship between the personal factors of satisfaction and the level of immersion in their leisure activities, water sports. To do so, the survey had been conducted targetting people over 10 year-old who enjoy water sports in Mang Won and Ttukseom, Seoul. the result from 250 biased sample has been calculated and 232 valid sample of them has been used in this paper. The survey questions are used as a research tool and the questions about sex, age, experience, level of economy, career, participation time, experience in adolescent period, etc. are used to specify personal factors. To measure the level of immersion in the leisure activities, which explains how much people are immersed in their currently enjoying water sports in this paper, the survey questions developed by Kim, Young Jae(2010) according to the situation in Korea which is based on Flow State Scale (FSS) developed by Csikszentmihalyi(1975) and used by Jackson & Marsh(1996), are used as a measurement tool. Also, 51 questions, which is translated by Kim, Young Jae(2004) considering the cultural differences based on Leisure Satisfaction Scale (LSS) developed by Beard and Ragheb(1980), are used as the measurement tool. Collected data has been through factor and credibility analysis and used in conducting T-verification, univariate analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS WINDOW 18.0 according to the object of this paper. The following results are through those analysis above. First, the level of satisfaction seems to correlate with the personal factors. Second, the level of immersion does not seem to correlate with personal factors, but the result shows that it partially correlates with some factors. Third, the level of satisfaction and the level of immersion seem to interrelate with some factors. Except for the loss of identity, the satisfaction factors in participating in water sports, such as certain goals, forgetting track of time, balance between challenge and techniques, deliberate experience, instant feedback, influence on how much people immerse in their leisure activities, the water sports.
