난타를 활용한전통 리듬 교수학습법 연구 : 초등학교 1학년을 중심으로

In this study, the development of traditional rhythm teaching-learning method using Nanta and the usefulness of its guidance were to be proved. In order to investigate the effect of Nanta activity improving the sense of rhythm for the first graders of elementary school, this study was conducted with a class in the first grade of ◯◯ elementary school in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. In consideration of the physical characteristics and development stage of the first grade of elementary school, a guidance plan was developed to present specific learning purposes and activities for each step. The teaching and learning guidance plan consists of the following steps: understanding the origins and characteristics of Nanta, singing while learning the playing posture and basic strokes, expressing the body appropriate to the lyrics, learning phrases, and playing an instrument. Accordingly, the teaching and learning guidance plan was drafted in three stages of initiation, development, and deepening, and the song, musical instrument performance, and body expression were used integrally. The rhythm and guidance focused on learning through actual experience rather than memorizing the performance method. As a result of learning with this map, only 8% of the respondents said they knew about the rhythm in the preliminary survey before learning Nanta, but after learning Nanta 92% of the subjects said they knew the rhythm of Korea well through Nanta activities, and also said they wanted to learn Korean traditional music. As a result, it was confirmed that the sense of rhythm was improved and interest and interest in traditional music were developed through Nanta activities. The results of this study can be used as an efficient and effective teaching method for teachers who teach traditional music, and as a learning method to improve rhythm for students. In addition, we hope that the proposed teaching and learning guidance will be a teaching guide to promote a proper understanding of Nanta and affection and pride for traditional music, and that Nanta activities will be actively carried out in the educational field. 본 연구에서는 난타를 활용한 전통 리듬 교수학습법 개발과 그 지도안의 유용성을 증명하고자 하였다. 난타 활동이 초등학교 1학년의 리듬감 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울특별시 용산구에 있는 ◯◯ 초등학교 1학년 한 학급을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였고 초등학교 1학년의 신체적 특성과 발달 단계를 고려하여 단계별 구체적인 학습 목적과 활동 내용을 제시하는 지도안을 개발하였다. 교수학습지도안은 난타의 유래와 특징 이해하기, 연주 자세와 기본 타법을 익히며 노래 부르기, 노랫말에 어울리는 신체 표현하기, 구음 익히기, 악기 연주하기의 과정으로 구성하였다. 이 과정들을 입문, 발전, 심화의 3단계로 분류하여 지도하였고 노래, 악기 연주, 신체 표현을 통합적으로 활용하였다. 장단 지도는 연주 방법의 암기보다는 실제 경험을 통한 체득에 중점을 두었다. 본 지도안으로 학습한 결과 사전 조사에서 장단에 대해서 ‘알고 있다’의 응답이 8%에 그쳤으나 사후 조사에서는 조사 대상의 92%가 난타 활동을 통해 우리나라의 장단에 대해 잘 알게 되었다고 응답하였고 92%가 앞으로도 국악기 배우기를 희망한다고 응답하였다. 결과적으로 난타 활동을 통해 학생들의 리듬감이 향상되었을 뿐만 아니라 전통음악에 대한 흥미와 관심이 생겼음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 전통음악을 가르치는 교사들에게는 효율적이고 효과적인 교수법으로, 학생들에게는 리듬감 향상을 도모하는 학습법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 제시한 교수학습지도안이 난타에 대한 올바른 이해와 전통음악에 대한 애정과 자긍심을 고취할 수 있는 교안이 되길 바라며 교육 현장에서 난타 활동이 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다.
