패밀리 레스토랑에 있어서 고객애호도의 결정요인에 관한 연구 : B레스토랑 이용객을 중심으로

본 연구는 우리 나라 외식업체 중 경쟁이 매우 치열한 패밀리 레스토랑을 대상으로, 패밀리 레스토랑에서의 고객애호도 결정요인을 규명하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 이에 본 연구는 국내의 여러 패밀리 레스토랑 중 매출액과 지명도에 있어 상위에 있는 B 패밀리 레스토랑의 고객 193명을 대상으로, 고객애호도를 결정하는 변수를 크게 서비스특성변수와 고객변수로 구분하여 각각의 상대적 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 문헌검토를 통해 가설을 설정하고, 신뢰성 및 타당성검증, 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석, 군집분석, 판별분석 등 다양한 통계분석기법을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였고, 그 검증결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 서비스특성변수와 고객애호도와의 관계를 검증한 가설 1∼6은 대부분 채택되었으며, 일부는 채택되지 않았다. 먼저, 서비스품질이 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 인적 친밀성, 반응성 그리고, 유형성은 유의하게 영향을 미쳤으나, 최초에 계획했던 서비스품질의 요인 중 하나인 신뢰성은 타당성검증결과 제거됨에 따라 부분적으로 채택되었다. 또한, 서비스가치가 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의함을 보여주어 고객이 지각하는 서비스가치가 높을수록 고객애호도는 증가한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나, 서비스제공자의 명성이 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 서비스 제공자의 명성이 높을수록 고객애호도는 증가한다는 가설은 채택되지 않았다. 반면, 핵심서비스가 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의함에 따라 소비자가 지각하는 핵심서비스가 좋을수록 고객애호도는 증가한다고 할 수 있었고, 점포의 상징적 이미지가 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의함에 따라 소비자가 지각하는 점포의 상징적 이미지가 좋을수록 고객애호도는 증가한다고 할 수 있었다. 한편 물리적 환경이 고객애호도에 미치는 영향을 편리성과 청결성으로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 소비자가 지각하는 점포의 청결성이 높을수록 고객애호도는 증가한다고 할 수 있었으나, 점포의 편리성과 고객애호도와의 관계는 유의하지 않아 채택되지 않았다. 둘째, 고객특성변수인 다양성 추구성향과 고객애호도와의 관계를 검증하기 위한 가설 7은 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 채택되지 않았다. 셋째, 고객애호도유형이 각 독립변수에 의해 판별될 수 있는지에 대해 판별분석한 결과, 핵심서비스, 서비스가치, 인적 친밀성, 유형성, 반응성 그리고 청결성에 따라 고객애호도 유형에 차이를 보였지만, 모든 요인에 대하여 차이를 판별하지는 못하므로 부분적으로 채택되었다. 본 연구결과는 패밀리 레스토랑의 기존 연구에서 개별적으로 다루어진 고객애호도의 선행변수를 통합하여 이들의 각각의 상대적 영향력을 검증하였다는 이론적 시사점을 제공한다. 또한 고객애호도를 Dick & Basu (1994)의 기준을 이용하여 분류하여, 복합개념의 고객애호도를 도입하였고, 선행변수가 이들을 판별할 수 있는지를 검증하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 연구의 일반화, 구성개념의 척도의 정교성, 고객애호도의 매개변수와 조절변수에 대한 확장연구 등은 한계점으로 지적된다. As the management environment is rapidly changing day by day and the competition is getting fiercer, the domestic family restaurants have got to be interested in the establishment and execution of continual strategy to attain a higher position in competition through the strengthening of peculiar core ability. This study is designed for examining determinants of a customer's loyalty in a family restaurant in order to achieve the maximum long-term profits through the improvement of the customer's loyalty considered as a core strategy to attain a higher position in competition. Therefore, this study, taking 193 customers of B family restaurant, which is ranked in a high position in the sales and the reputation in comparision with the other domestic family restaurants, as its subjects, investigated the separate relative influence dividing the determinants of a customer's loyalty largely into a service property variable and a customer variable. This study established a hypothesis through a literature review and verified the hypothesis using various statistical analysis techniques such as the verification of confidence and propriety, the analysis of chief factors, the frequency analysis, the correlation analysis, the regression analysis, the group analysis, the distinction analysis. The major findings of this research are summarized as follows. First, hypothesis 1∼6 to verify the relation between the service property variable and the customer's loyalty were almost supported but some of them aren't. First of all, analyzing the influence the service quality has on the customer's loyalty, it had a meaningful influence on a human familiarity, a responsiveness and a tangibles but the reliability, one of the service quality factors designed at first was partly supported according as it had been removed as a result of verifying the propriety. And as a result of analyzing the influence the service value has on the customer's loyalty, it showed a statistical meaningfulness, and therefore you may say that the higher the value of service on customer's mind the higher the customer's loyalty. However, analyzing the influence the service provider's reputation has on the customer's loyalty, it was not statistically meaningful, so the hypothesis that the customer's loyalty is to be increased more and more according as the service provider gets a higher reputation was not supported. Meanwhile, analyzing the influence the core service has on the customer's loyalty, it was statistically meaningful, therefore you may say that the customer's loyalty is to be increased more and more according as the core service customers recognize gets better, and analyzing the influence the symbolic image of a store has on the customer's loyalty, as it was statistically meaningful, you may say the customer's loyalty is to be increased more and more according as the symbolic image of the store gets better. In the other hand, analyzing the influence the physical environment has on the customer's loyalty dividing it into convenience and cleanness, you may say that the customer's loyalty is to be increased more and more according as the cleanness of the store customers recognize gets higher but the relation of the convenience of the store and the customer's loyalty was not supported as it was not meaningful. Second, hypothesis 7 to verify the relation between the preference of variety which is the customer property and the customer's loyalty was not supported as it was not statistically meaningful. Third, analyzing if the type of a customer's loyalty can be distinguished by each independent factor, the type of a customer's loyalty differs according to the core service, the service value, the human familiarity, the tangibles, the responsiveness and the cleanness but can not be distinguished by all the factors. Consequently it was partly supported.

본 연구는 동료교사의 정서적 지지와 영유아교사의 공감능력이 영유아교사의 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 향후 어린이집 영유아교사의 재교육과 전문성 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 동료교사의 정서적지지, 영유아교사의 공감능력, 영유아교사의 전문성 발달의 일발적인 경향은 어떠한가? 2. 일반적인 배경에 따라 영유아교사의 전문성 발달에 차이가 있는가? 3. 동료교사의 정서적 지지, 영유아교사의 공감능력, 영유아교사의 전문성 발달 간의 관계는 어떠한가? 4. 동료교사의 정서적 지지 및 영유아교사의 공감능력이 영유아교사의 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한가? 본 연구의 대상은 부산광역시에 소재한 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 교사 290명을 대상으로 실시되었고, 본 연구에서는 동료교사의 정서적 지지 및 영유아교사의 공감능력이 영유아교사의 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 3가지의 도구를 사용하였다. 정서적 지지는 서미정(2016)의 정서적 지지 9문항을 사용하였으며, 공감능력은 Mehrabin과 Epstein(1972)와 Davis(1980)가 제작한 IRI검사(Interpersonal Reactivity In-dex)를 박성희(1994)가 번안한 것을 전병서(2003)이 재구성한 검사 도구를 사용하였고, 영유아교사의 전문성 발달은 백은주, 조부경(2004)이 개발한 ‘보육교사의 전문성 발달 수준 자기 평가’ 검사 도구를 사용하였다. 그 결과, 동료교사의 정서적 지지, 영유아교사의 전문성 발달은 전반적으로 높은 편이지만 영유아교사의 공감능력은 조금 낮다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 영유아교사의 일반적인 배경 중 연령대, 결혼여부, 기관유형에 따라 전문성 발달이 높았다. 영유아교사가 인식하는 동료교사의 정서적 지지와 전문성 발달의 관계, 영유아교사의 공감능력과 전문성 발달의 관계, 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며 동료교사의 정서적 지지와 공감능력이 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향에서도 전문성 발달에 정서적 지지와 인지 공감 순으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영유아교사에 대한 동료교사의 정서적 지지 및 영유아교사의 공감능력이 영유아교사의 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써, 정서적 지지, 공감능력, 전문성 발달에 대한 이해를 돕고, 동료교사의 정서적 지지와 영유아교사의 공감능력이 중요성을 파악하는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 또한, 영유아교사의 전문성 발달을 높이기 위해 동료교사의 정서적 지지와 영유아교사의 공감능력을 높이는 방안이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills on professional development in infant and early childhood teachers in an effort to provide information on reeducation for infant and early childhood teachers in childcare centers and on the development of professional improvement programs. Four research questions were posed: 1. What are the pervasive trends in emotional support from fellow teachers, empathy skills and professional development among infant and early childhood teachers? 2. Are there any differences among infant and early childhood teachers in professional development according to general background? 3. What are the relationships of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills to professional development in infant and early childhood teachers? 4. What influence do emotional support from fellow teachers and the empathy skills of early childhood teachers exert on their professional development? The subjects in this study were 290 teachers who worked in childcare centers located in the city of Busan. Three different instruments were used to determine the influence of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills on professional development in the infant and early childhood teachers. As for emotional support, Seo(2016)'s nine items of emotional support were put to use. Concerning empathy skills, Jeon(2003)'s inventory was used, which rearranged Park(1994)'s adapted version of Mehrabin & Epstein(1972)'s and Davis(1980)'s Interpersonal Reactivity Index(IRI). As to the professional development of the infant and early childhood teachers, Baek & Cho(2004)'s Professional Development Level Self-Rating Scale for Childcare Teachers was put to use. As a result, emotional support from fellow teachers and the professional development of the infant and early childhood teachers were sort of good in general, but their empathy skills were slightly poor. Among the general background variables of the infant and early childhood teachers, there were differences in professional development according to their age groups, marital status and the type of workplace. Regarding the relationships between emotional support from fellow teachers and professional development and between empathy skills and professional development perceived by the infant and early childhood teachers, both of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills had a significant positive correlation with professional development. As to the impact of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills on professional development, professional development was under the largest significant influence of emotional support, followed by cognitive empathy. This study was intended to have a better understanding of emotional support, empathy skills and professional development and to provide information on the importance of emotional support from fellow teachers and empathy skills among infant and early childhood teachers by analyzing how emotional support from fellow teachers for the infant and early childhood teachers and their empathy skills affected professional development. And the findings of the study suggest that it's needed to devise how to bolster emotional support from fellow teachers and the empathy skills of infant and early childhood teachers to facilitate their professional development.

Legality and legitimacy of China's position on North Korean asylum seekers

North Koreans started escaping their country during the 1980s and 90s, mainly as a result of suffering from severe famine and economic hardship. (Ministry of Unification 2015) The number of escapees has been influenced and fluctuated due to natural disasters and the fortified deterrence situation in the border area. Most escaping North Koreans use the North Korea-China border and arrive in Chinese territory. The majority stay in China as illegal workers to earn money and make a living. The most serious problem takes place when the Chinese government decides to forcibly repatriate the North Koreans who stay as illegal workers and who even want to apply for refugee claims in the UNHCR office or the South Korean Embassy in China. (The Korean Society of International Law 2012) The Chinese government immediately regards North Koreans in China as illegal immigrants. The North Koreans in China are not able to claim their legal status and are forcibly deported to their country of origin. China claims it is legally entitled to repatriate for the reason of sovereignty. Under Chinese domestic law, it is an undeniable fact that North Korean asylum seekers are illegal economic migrants in Chinese territory. However, considering the unfavorable situation after North Korean asylum seekers’ forcible repatriation to their country of origin, this thesis raises the question whether Chinese recognition of North Korean asylum seekers as illegal economic migrants is appropriate. This thesis, therefore, challenges China’s position on several levels: [1] legality under Chinese domestic law; [2] legality under codified international law; and [3] legitimacy supported by international norms, shared humanity, and natural law. 북한민들은 1980년, 1980년 대부터 극심한 기근과 경제적 어려움 때문에 탈북을 시도해왔다. 탈북자 수는 홍수와 같은 자연재해와 중국-북한 국경의 검문강화 등의 이유로 그 수는 증가하기도 하고 감소하기도 해왔지만, 탈북자는 지속적으로 존재해왔다. 대부분의 탈북자는 중국-북한 국경을 이용해서 탈북하고 있다. 탈북자 대부분은 돈을 벌거나 생계을 유지하기 위해 불법 노동자로 재중하고 있다. 하지만 중국이 재중하는 탈북자들을 불법이민자로 간주해서 국제연합난민고등판무관사무소(UNHCR)에 난민인정 신청을 희망하는 탈북자나 한국에 입국을 희망하는 모든 탈북자를 강제로 북송 시키고 있고, 여기서 문제가 발생한다. 중국은 자국의 통치권이라는 이유로 탈북자를 북송시키고 있다고 주장한다. 중국의 국내법에 의거하면 탈북자들이 불법 경제적 이민자로 간주되는 것을 부정할 수는 없을 것이다. 하지만 탈북자가 강제 북송되었을 때 탈북자들이 북한에서 겪는 극한의 상황을 고려하면, 중국의 탈북자에 대한 조치가 과연 적절한가라는 문제가 제기된다. 본 논문은 중국의 입장을 여러 가지 측면에서 검증해 보도록 한다. 첫째로 중국의 국내법 검증을 통해 재중 탈북민이 단순 불법 경제적 이민자인지 난민으로 인정받을 수 있는지를 알아본다. 둘째로 중국의 강제북송이 성문화된 국제법에 근거한 적법성을 확인한다. 마지막으로 국제규범, 국제적 의무와 책임, 그리고 자연법에 의거해 중국의 입장의 적법성을 검증한다.

Emotions expressed throughout films are complex, such as being 'sad mixed with anger' and 'happiness embedded with surprise.’ Emotions can be expressed in various ways because there is no exact visual form that is set. Visual expression has become one of the most active ways to show emotion because it is both intuitive and empathetic, and emoticons are one typical example. Most visual expressions, including emoticons and prior researched examples, define emotions as a single entity, such as joy, sadness, and anger. However, since emotions are composed of complex and fluid elements, it is necessary to consider the overall context and development process rather than standardization. This study examined emotions as a spectral phenomenon. In addition, it proposed an emotional expression system based on the both the visual 'emoticon' and the verbal 'emotional vocabulary' which are used pervasively in emotional expression. This emotional expression system consists of color, shape, texture and flow. The system applies this methodology to words to conduct an experiment of 'emotion lettering'. An emotional expression system with visual universality can visualize the overall aspects, including the fluid development of emotions, and identify the possibility of replacing various and complex emotions that cannot be limited by language into visual language. 영화 속에서의 감정 표현은 ‘분노가 섞인 슬픔’, ‘놀람이 내재한 기쁨’ 처럼 복합적이다. 감정은 눈으로 볼 수 있는 정확한 형태가 없어서 다양한 방식으로 표현할 수 있다. 그중에서 시각적 표현은 직관적이고 공감대가 높아 활발하게 이용하는 방식 중 하나로 자리 잡았으며 대표적인 예로는 이모티콘이 있다. 이모티콘과 선행 연구를 포함한 대부분의 시각적 표현 방식들은 감정을 기쁨, 슬픔, 분노 등의 단일 개체로 정의 내려 규정하는 모습을 보인다. 그러나 감정은 복합적이고 유동적인 요소로 이루어졌기 때문에 규정보단 전반적인 상황 이해와 전개 과정에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 본 논문은 감정을 스펙트럼 현상으로 바라보고 실제 감정 표현 수단으로 사용하는 시각적 표현 결과물인 '이모티콘' 과 언어적 표현의 '감정 어휘'를 바탕으로 색상, 형태, 질감, 흐름을 방법론으로 담아낸 감정 표현 체계를 제안하며 단어에 시각 효과를 적용한 감정 레터링 실험을 보여준다. 감정 표현 시스템에 시각적 보편성을 갖추어 감정의 유동적인 전개를 포함한 총체적 측면을 시각적으로 보여주고 언어로 한계 지을 수 없는 광범위하고 복합적인 감정을 시각 언어로 치환하기 위한 연구이다.

한지 소재를 활용한 페이퍼아트 연구 : 표현기법 개발 및 도구 활용을 중심으로

우리 사회의 눈부신 발전은 생활의 편리함과 삶의 윤택함을 주었으나 점점 심각해지는 환경오염은 우리 인류 모두가 해결해야 할 큰 과제로 대두되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 다방면으로 노력하고 있으나 여전히 활용 가능한 많은 것들이 그냥 버려지고 있고 그중에서도 책이 버려지는 양은 어마어마하다. 이러한 관점에서 버려지는 폐도서를 활용한 작품을 구현하고자 한다. 아무 의미 없이 버려지는 책에 의미를 부여하고 표현하고자 하는 메시지를 담아 작품으로 승화시키고자 한다. 우리나라의 전통 한지와 헌책의 만남을 실현시키기 위하여 한지와 페이퍼아트에 대해 조사하고 해외 페이퍼아티스트들을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 추상적으로만 생각했던 페이퍼아트에 대하여 구체화하고 헌책을 재활용함으로써 한지와 폐도서의 만남을 구현하고 더불어 메시지 전달까지 하는 계기가 되었다. 더 나아가 작품을 통하여 헌책에 담긴 꿈과 이야기를 찾고 사람의 향기를 한껏 느껴보길 희망한다. The remarkable development of our society has given us the convenience of our lives and the richness of our lives, but the increasingly serious environmental pollution is emerging as a big task that all of us, humanity must solve. In the case of Korea, we are also making efforts in various ways to away from many things being thrown away, and among them, the amount of books being discarded is enormous. From this point of view, I want to implement an art work using the discarded books. I want to give meaning to a book that is discarded without meaning, and sublimate it into a work by putting the message I want to express. In order to realize the encounter between Korean traditional Korean paper and used books, I have researched Korean paper and paper art and studied overseas paper artists. Through this study, Paper Art that had been considered only abstractly was materialized, and by recycling used books, it was an opportunity to realize the encounter between Korean paper and waste books, and to deliver a kind of message. Furthermore, I hope people to find the dreams and stories contained in the used books and feel the fragrance of people through the works.
