        An existing laws and practice or customs could not apply be-cause a trade practice in combined transport is very difficult. Therefore uniform rules for CID and UN convention on the multimodal transport is to make a basis hereupon. And the revision of incoterms is done to meet the requirement of modern transport particularly such multimodal transport. In FRC terms the seller fulfills his obligations by delivering the goods at the named point into the custody of the carrier nominated by buyer. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer When the goods have been so delivered. In DCP terms, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods is fransferred from the seller to the buyer When the goods have been delivered into the custody of the first carrier. CIP terms is the same as DCP terms but with the addition that the seller has to procure transport insurance against the risk of loss of or damage to the goods during carriage. The seller contracts with the insurer and pays the insurance premium. To the liability system of CTO uniform rules for a CTD adopted network liability systme and UN convention on International Multi-modal Transport adopted Uniform liability system. And to the calculating criterion on the liability limits of the CTO Uniform rules for CTD employed weight criterion and UN convention on International multimodal Transport employed dual criterion (pack-age of other shipping Unit and K/G). These laws and practices create many problems among the parties concerned in multimodal transport. Therefore the parties employed to international trade must understand the laws and practices for multimodal transport and must clarify such problems at the contracting times.

        Wireless communications have progressed remarkably in the last decade. The popularization of cellular phones has driven much of the research activity. CMOS technology provides such advantages as low cost, high-level integration, and easy access over other technologies. Above all, the CMOS technology makes it possible to integrate RF circuits, analog circuits, and digital base band circuits on a single chip, which makes an ultimate one-chip system (or system on a chip). The growing demand for mobile communications, mainly telephony, implies the need for better performance of RF transceiver architectures. Especially, the VCO is the most important block of RF front-end of the transceiver because it operates at a high frequency and requires a low phase noise. The main characteristics of a VCO are its oscillation frequency, phase noise and tuning range. LC VCOs have been used for high-performance PLLs because of their reasonably good phase noise characteristics. But implementing high-quality inductors in a standard CMOS process is rather difficult due to the parasitics. Moreover, the LC VCO usually has a narrow tuning range. On the other hand, a ring VCO can be easily integrated in a standard CMOS process. In addition, a wide oscillation frequency range can be obtained. However, the highest possible oscillation frequency is lower for a ring VCO than for an LC VCO. Therefore a feed-forward and a negative skewed delay (NSD) scheme were proposed to improve the operating speed of ring VCO. The feed-forward and the negative skewed delay scheme have been analyzed using a small signal analysis. But the small signal analysis is applicable only to the initial stage of the oscillation. So, a large signal analysis is needed for accurate analysis of the steady state behavior of the oscillator. This paper presents a large signal analysis for a ring oscillator with the feed-forward and the negative skewed delay. The frequency increase factor is obtained based on the analysis. The predicted frequency increase factor is verified through simulations and measurements done for both the conventional ring oscillator and the ring oscillator with the feed-forward and the negative skewed delay. Simulations and measurements show a reasonably good agreement in the frequency increase factor as predicted by large signal analysis. The chip was fabricated in a standard 0.18μm CMOS process.

      • Survival analysis of orthodontic microimplants placed in posterior buccal alveolar bone

        서론: 본 연구의 목적은 교정치료를 받는 환자에서 수평적, 수직적 성장 양상이 교정용 마이크로 임플란트의 성공률에 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 총 142명의 부정교합 환자(여성 109명, 남성 33명, 평균연령 23.5세)에게 상악과 하악 협측 치근 사이 치조골에 식립된 337개의 교정용 마이크로임플란트를 조사하였다. 여러가지 임상적 변수와 골격적 변수에 따른 성공률을 알아보았으며 통계학적 분석을 위하여 marginal survival analysis 를 사용하였다. 결과: 전체적인 성공률은 81.3% (337개 중 274개)였다. 성별, 나이, 시상관계에서의 골격유형, 식립 위치, 좌우 식립유형, 골밀도, 골두께는 마이크로 임플란트의 성공률에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. Marginal survival model 에서 장안모 환자의 경우 단안모 환자보다 유의하게 높은 마이크로 임플란트 실패율을 보였다 (P=0.011) 결론: 교정용 마이크로 임플란트 식립시 수직적 성장 양상에 따른 성공률의 유의한 차이가 있다.
