학대전담경찰관의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 직무자원-요구 모형을 토대로 학대전담경찰관(Anti-Abuse Police Officer)의 직무요구 및 직무자원이 각각 직무소진과 직무열의에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 전국에 있는 17개의 지방경찰청 중 총 7개의 지방청, 164명의 APO를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료의 기술통계, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석을 위해 SPSS 24.0을 사용하였고, APO를 대상으로 한 직무요구-자원 모형 검증을 위하여 AMOS 24.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 실험 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무요구의 각 변인들은 직무자원-요구 모형에 입각하여 직무소진에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치고, 이 직무소진은 이직의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무자원의 각 변인들은 직무열의에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고, 이는 이직의도에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무요구에서는 업무강도, 직무자원에서는 동료의 지지가 각 직무소진․직무열의에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직무요구와 직무자원이 각각 이직의도에 이르는 경로에서 직무소진과 직무열의의 매개효과를 확인한 결과, 그 중 유일하게 직무요구에서 이직의도까지 이르는 경로에서 직무열의 매개효과가 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 APO의 직무요구와 직무자원이 각각 직무소진과 직무열의에 미치는 영향에 대한 본 연구의 의의와 한계, 그리고 후속연구를 진행하는 데 있어 더욱 의미 있는 연구결과를 얻기 위해 필요한 제언을 논의하였다.

美國 對外政策史의 介入主義에 관한 硏究 : 이데올로기와 介入의 相關關係를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlations between interventionism and liberalism throughout the American foreign policy's history. In the study it was suggested that the one primary premise of the American foreign policy's history, which was sometimes dominated by isolation and intervention other times, was liberalism and that such a kind of world view became an established tradition in the American history. The world view of the U. S. originated from Locke, who emphasized individual freedom in every part of political, economical, and social activities. It was translated into a conviction that there could happen a harmony among interests among nations based on peace in the international relationships. America is a country founded by immigrants from the Old World and has never had feudal elements that were common among the European countries, which fact made the unique backdrop of the nation's foundation. Thus the uniqueness of the American society derived from the absence of feudal oppression in the Western history. In that aspect, America made a start of liberal societies throughout the world and took such a pride in her democracy that was part of her natural heritage. Since the American Revolution, the Lockian liberalist ideal has been cherished as one of the constant ideological traditions in America The core of liberalism is well manifested in the classic premise of 'laissez-faire.' In the level of domestic politics, people believe that a 'liberal perspective' can be maintained only when an individual is free from social restrictions of all kinds and that the greatest economical welfare can be made possible only by the 'invisible hand.' In the same context, the relations among the sovereign states are characterized by equality, independence, mutual respect of each other's sovereign, and nonintervention in each other's domestic matters, which are the international equivalents of individual freedom. Thus conquer by war, intervention, meddling in other's domestic matters, and force cannot be compatible with human beings' innate freedom and is denied by the liberalists. That kind of ideas, however, succeeded in forming the field of peace and cooperation only among the nations with an ideological tradition based on liberalism. Nothing but a rhetoric, the long history of liberalist foreign policies is valid only among those states that are liberal by the Western criteria. That's why most illiberal weak countries have fallen a victim to the power politics and subsequent interventions of the superstrong U. S. In a sense what's been witnessed since WWII may be a simple extension of the intervention tradition established in the 19th century. Meanwhile, interventionism is defined as a mentality to solve the problems with international relations by an intervention of a strong nation. From the outer surface, it seems opposite to the American cases. According to the consideration made by the investigator, interventionism is inseparable from the liberalist world view; interventionism is a product of the liberalist world view being projected into a heterogeneous world and a manifestation of the momentum to reorganize the world with its image. In particular, America had a momentum whose strength was bigger compared to the dominance of liberalist ideology and put it into a messianist crusade when her morals and ideals were introduced to play a part. That kind of tendency could be found with the world after WWII too. An opposing concept to isolationism, messianism offers some clues to why America either escapes from the world or intervenes in world matters with an intense enthusiasm. The absolute majority of Americans are usually divided into two either wanting to avoid the alien or alter them and have never found an eternal settlement between the two. There is no doubt that the world after the war went through revolutionary periods in many aspects. For instance, the power distribution was changed fundamentally in the international relations and the mutually assured destruction was pursued by nuclear armed nations. Currently war on terrorism is sweeping across the whole world, where the ideas of war and peace are urgent more than ever. Despite the urgency, however, it's hard to find evidence that international politics have the mechanism changed in an epoch-making manner. The only change is the reproduction of increasingly more sophisticated methods with more exquisite rhetoric and techniques. The results of a consideration of the Truman Doctrine in the study report that America's inelastic world view played a crucial role in the directions of her foreign policies. The national security staff including Truman saw the world was divided by two systems that were fundamentally incompatible and each had senses of value widely different from each other's. Fighting in the two world wars, America got to take the role of guardian of the liberal world whether she wanted it or not and was forced to take responsibility in her own survival and the safe free world. The consequence was the widespread acceptance of a moral logic that argued that partial defeat meant overall defeat and that communism imposed a common threat to the whole any place. The ideological stubbornness of America contributed to making the normal foreign interactions inefficient and was presented even stronger where an ideology that's extremely different from the Americans such as communism was dominating. This is why American couldn't help intervening in the matters of Greece, Korea, and Vietnam. In conclusion, America's interventionism is inseparable from her liberalist world view. It's not suggested that the Lockian ideology provided the deciding theoretical background of the American interventionism. But the investigator maintains that the liberalist tradition should be one of the key elements to explain about the theoretical mentality of the interventionism. Thus it became clear that the liberalist ideology was a crucial factor in the Truman Doctrine. But the study still has a few matters that are not explained. The biggest of them is the influences of the objective factors in the international relations. For example, as discussed earlier, power politics is more determined by practical calculations than ideology. The power logic can involve military forces, economic benefits, multinational corporations, or international non-governmental organizations(INGOs). Another point is that there are no confirmed ways to explain such interventionism as has nothing to do with liberalist ideology. As mentioned in the previous chapter, the acknowledge of interventionism not being a unique feature of America will lead to a proper comparison study for future.

Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 AODV를 위한 효율적인 경로 복구 방안

한글초록 :Ad-hoc Network 는 기반 구조 없이 단말 이동 노드들로만 이루어진 네트워크이다. 노드의 이동성을 보장 해주어야 함으로 Ad-hoc Network 에서는 Table driven 방식의 기존 라우팅 기술은 사용이 어렵다. Ad-hoc Network에서 사용하기 위해 많은 라우팅 프로토콜들이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 그중 Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector 라우팅 프로토콜에서 개선 방안을 제시한다.본 논문에서는 기존의 AODV 라우팅 프로토콜이 지역 복구를 보다 효율적으로 실행할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 지역 복구 방법은 먼저 연결이 성립되어 있던 노드들에 대한 활용성이 떨어진다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 후보 노드라는 것을 이용하여 기존에 연결을 최대한 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 기존의 연결을 최대한 이용하고, 불필요한 패킷들의 생성을 막아 네트워크 사용량에 대한 부담과 복구 지연시간을 줄였다 영문초록 :Mobile Ad-hoc Network is a mobile network composed of more than two mobile terminals without fixed infrastructure. Legacy table driven routing protocol such as OSFP and RIP can not be applied to MANET because of its mobility supporting lack of capability. Therefore, Several reactive routing approaches have been researched. In this thesis, we propose an effective path recovery scheme for AODV in mobile ad-hoc networks. The existing path recovery scheme in AODV routing protocol can recover path disconnection in some ways. However, they can not utilize pre-connected routing nodes. In order to the utilize pre-connected routing nodes to recover the path more effectively, we set the candidate nodes. The candidate nodes are used to recover the disconnected path using a pre-connected routing information. This scheme produce a good results with less control packets and fast path recovery time

영화 <돌연변이>의 음악분석2 : 집시재즈와 아코디언이 쓰인 장면분석을 중심으로

This paper analyzes Gipsy Jazz and the accordion used as a music concept in the movie <Collective Inventor>, and analyzes how gypsy jazz-style music was composed and used in movies. In other words, a scene-wise analysis was conducted on the background of the unusual overall music concept in Korean films, not the music of the genre used to help produce partial scenes of the film, and how the music of mutations in the film was correlated and affected. Beyond the music used to help the story, emotion, and mood of the movie, the historical background and meaning of the genre of Gypsies were studied with scenes in which music was used to convey messages and elements that audiences could receive visually and audibly from the movie mutations. As a result of the analysis of the movie <Collective Inventor> and music, the genre of gypsy jazz was used as a big directing element to help the movie deliver a big message to the audience in the movie, and the character of the main character was clearly and effectively given through the function of being used as a movie music and being restrained and free. The music concept of the movie should not only blend well with the elements of the video and the atmosphere of the music, but also be used with the flow and message of the entire movie in mind, and furthermore, it was deemed necessary to consider the effects and functions that can be given to the characters as the theme instrument of the music. From this point of view, the concept and proper use of musical instruments were derived through the analysis of music by mutations of mutations. Therefore, this paper shows the concept of film music and the proper use of musical instruments through the movie mutant music, and based on this, it is hoped that the musical identity of Korean films will be established, the spectrum of the broadening genre, and the development of film music. 본 논문은 영화 <돌연변이>의 음악적 컨셉(concept)으로 사용된 집시재즈와 아코디언에 대해 분석한다. 또한 영화 안에서 집시재즈와 아코디언을 바탕으로 작곡되어진 음악이 어떠한 구성으로 이루어졌으며 연출적으로 영화에 어떻게 작용되었는지에 대해 분석한 연구이다. 즉, 영화의 부분적인 장면 연출을 돕기 위해 사용된 장르의 음악이 아닌 한 국영화에서 집시재즈라는 장르의 음악이 이례적으로 전체 음악 컨셉으 로 설정된 배경과 영화 내에서 돌연변이의 음악들이 어떠한 상관관계를 가지며 영향을 주는지에 대해 장면적으로 분석하였다. 단순히 영화의 이야기, 감정, 그리고 분위기를 돕기 위해 사용된 음악을 넘어, 집시재 즈라는 장르가 가지고 있는 역사적인 배경과 의미가 영화 <돌연변이> 에서 관객들에게 전하고자 했던 메시지와 관객들이 시각적, 청각적으로 받아들이게 되는 요소들을 음악이 사용된 장면과 연구하였다. 영화 <돌연변이>와 음악을 분석한 결과, 집시재즈 라는 장르의 음악은 영화 내에서 영화가 관객들에게 전달하고자 하는 큰 메시지를 돕는 하 나의 큰 연출적 요소로 사용되었으며, 자유롭기만 하던 집시재즈 스타 일의 음악이 영화음악으로 사용되며 절제됨과 자유로움이 섞여지는 기 능을 통해 주인공에 대한 캐릭터성이 분명하고 효과적으로 부여되었다. 즉, 영화의 음악컨셉은 영상의 연출요소들과 음악의 분위기가 잘 어우 러지는 것뿐만 아니라, 영화 전체의 흐름과 메시지를 염두에 두고 사용 되어야 하며, 더 나아가 음악의 주제 악기로 캐릭터들에게 부여할 수 있는 효과와 기능에 대해 고려할 필요가 있다고 판단되었다. 이러한 관 점으로 돌연변이의 음악분석을 통해 컨셉과 악기의 적절한 활용 방안을 도출할 수 있었다. 이에 본 논문은 영화음악의 컨셉과 악기의 적절한 활용예시를 영화 돌연변이 음악을 통하여 보여주며, 이를 토대로 한국 영화의 음악 컨셉으로 작품에 맞는 음악의 정체성 확립, 넓어지는 장르 의 스펙터럼, 그리고 이를 통한 영화음악의 발전에 보탬이 되기를 기대 한다.

강선을 사용한 리버 플러스 슬래브의 처짐 변화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 프리캐스트 콘크리트(Precast Concrete; 이하 PC)중 중공슬래브 종류의 하나인 RPS(Rib Plus Slab, 이하 RPS)의 생산 후 처짐 변화를 관측, 비교하는 연구이다. RPS는 연속전단 보강근인 V형 레티스바를 배근하여 기존 중공 슬래브(Hollow Core Slab)의 낮은 전단 강도를 보완한 하프 프리캐스트 콘크리트(Precast Concrete) 슬래브이다. RPS를 활용하여 아파트형 공장, 물류창고 등과 같이 높은 하중이 발생하는 구조물의 시공성과 구조성능을 개선 할 수 있다. 국내 구조설계에서는 프리스트레스를 받는 휨 부재의 설계 방법을 제시하고 있지만, RPS와 같이 합성 단면으로 구성되는 프리스트레스 부재에 대해서는 명확한 설계법을 제시하지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 구조적 성능과 시공성을 개선한 1방향 슬래브인 RPS에 대하여 생산시 부터 시공 시까지의 처짐 변화를 각 단계별로 관찰하고, 설계 기준에서 정하고 있는 처짐을 비교 분석하였다. 실제 처짐값과 설계 처짐값을 비교하여 실험없이 설계값 만으로 처짐을 예측할 수 있고, 생산 후 제품의 변화에 의한 처짐 특성을 정확히 규명하기 위해서 생산부터 시공까지의 처짐 관찰의 필요성에 목적을 두었다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 설계기준식의 값을 실제 관측된 처짐 값과 비교해본 결과 11m 스팬의 최대 허용오차 2mm/m, 최대 19mm(PCI Design Handbook 8.2.1) 의 허용오차의 처짐 식은 부재의 자중(Self weight)까지는 실제 처짐을 과소평가하고 있었다. 또한 콘크리트의 강도 증가에 따른 설계기준의 처짐과 실제 처짐의 오차는 콘크리트 강도가 증가할수록 오차범위가 줄어드는 경향을 보였으나, 슬래브 높이가 H=300인 RP2, RP2A 에서는 Topping con’c 타설 후의 처짐이 과대평가되어 있다는 것이 관찰되었다. RPS의 처짐은 콘크리트의 탄성계수(Modulus of elasticity) 뿐만 아니라, 지속적으로 변화하는 콘크리트의 강도(Aging), 크리프(Creep), PS강재의 이완(Relaxation), 건조수축(Shrinkage) 등 콘크리트의 인장응력, 인장증강효과 등 여러가지 복합작용으로 이루어지기 때문에 탄성계수의 수정만으로는 처짐, 거동을 정확히 표현하는 것은 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 정확한 처짐의 산정을 위해서는 처짐 모델에 실제 처짐 관측 연구가 선행되어야 한다.

참깨의 배 및 배축조직으로 부터 Callus 유도 및 조직학적 관찰

참깨(Sesamum indicum L, var Dan-Baek)의 배축조직 및 배로 부터의 callus유도 및 조직학적 관찰의 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 실험에서 배축조직으로 부터의 callus유도에는 2.4-D 5×10^(-7)M+BA 5×10^(-6)M의 조합에서 4주간 암배양하는 것이 가장 효과적이었다. 그리고 배축조직으로 부터 발근은 2.4-D 5×10^(-6)M+BA 5×10^(-6)M의 암상태에서 가장 효과적 이었으며, 종자로부터 callus유도는 2.4-D 10^(-6)M+BA 10^(-6)M의 16시간 광 상태가 가장 효과적 이었다. Callus induction and hystological observation from embryo and hypocotyl of sesame(Sesame indicum L.) was studied. 1. Callus induction from hypocotyl is effective at 2,4-D 5×10-7M +BA 5×10^(-6) M in dark for 4weeks. 2. Rooting from hypocotyl is effective at 2,4-D 5×10^(-6)M + BA 5×10^(-6)M in dark. 3. Callus induction from seeds is effective at 2,4-D 10^(-6)M × BA10^(-6)M in dark for 16 hours.
